Amazing food, Great service and always friendly. I've been here several times and I try different dishes and have not been disappointed. The establishment is kept clean and my family loves this place!

We came for a late lunch around 3:30 PM on a Friday. The server was attentive and efficient. I wasn't impressed with the iced milk tea--it was small, tasted just okay, and cost $4.50. On the other hand, we found the Pork Liver Congee and Beef Brisket Rice delicious and served in good portions. They also gave us free two curry wontons for us to try at the end. Confirmed their famous curry wontons only come in fried. The restaurant was small but clean. Parking was easy since there was a parking lot.

3.6 stars. Cantonese noodle soup is always a comfort food for me, and I can be a tad picky about flavors and textures. My kids and I wanted some noodle soup on a weekday for lunch. We got the Wonton Beef Brisket Wide Noodles (Ho Fun) $14 regular, Pork and Century Egg Congee $12, a side of Chinese Donut $3.50, and the Wonton Siu Gow dumplings Egg Noodles $15 large. Overall, the food was mediocre and nothing that stands out. The flavors and prices were decent. Server was nice as we were the only ones in the restaurant. The parking lot is small. I might go back and give it another chance and try other dishes.

Delicious Chinese food in Edmonds along Highway 99! We were in the mood for a hot noodle soup on a cold rainy day, and their won ton and dumpling soup did not disappoint. Love the thin egg noodles, flavorful broth, and generous filling of the won tons. Also had the fried rice that had a nice char on the ingredients. Both dishes came out hot and fresh, and we were very satisfied at the end. Not a large place so I imagine it can get busy, but well worth the wait!

Small and inviting resto. Lots of pictures posted on the walls that looks pretty good and appetizing. There's only one person serving but she is very nice and friendly as well as attentive. Super clean and friendly to eyes. I recommend all the foods we ordered. All delicious and savory. Location is also great. Go get your noodles here. No regrets or disappointments.

Tried this restaurant for the first time. They said they have been open for 2 years. We enjoyed our noodle soup. Big chunky meat and shrimp wontons and tender beef brisket. Soup was flavorful and served hot. Nice and clean restaurant. Clean restrooms and very nice people. Will be back to try other items

Beef Chow Fun is very good and has "wok hay"

Great little family business featuring Hong Kong style food that makes Canto me very happy. Fast and friendly service serving comfort foods like wonton noodles, beef brisket, chow fun, and lo mein. Wonton noodles are the best in the area and the chow fun has "wok hay" (a unique charred flavor favored in HK cooking imparted by high heat). Curry wontons were a nice surprise. I thought they'd be pork filled, but it also featured a whole shrimp

Agreed with some of the reviewers that this place should have a line especially on a cool spring/fall/winter day. It feels super authentic with famous Hong Kong milk tea. It is a mom n pop place very friendly and fast service. The fried curry pork was super tasty. I also ordered the special, fish balls soup. It has chunky handmade paste with fish and shrimp in tasty broth and vegetables. Great if you are going low carbs. The wonton in the wonton noodle is satiating. Large, meaty full of shrimp 'dumpling'. I would give it a 4.5 stars if there is a half star option. The place is small but clean and quaint serving comfort food. I very much look forward to be back if I m around the area.

This is my new favorite Asian restaurant in the north end. I had seen pictures online of the "seafood stir fry udon" and asked if they could substitute beef instead of seafood which they did. They did a great job on our meals and I sure loved mine. Our waitress was fabulous, attentive, and helpful. She also gave us a free sample of something else. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand what she said it was. I think it might've been an appetizer and it was delicious too. I wish I had taken a photo of it, but I ate it too quickly because it was so good. When we first arrived, nobody else was in the restaurant, but shortly after us, the place started filling up. The beef chow fun also looks like it would've been good, but since I had to choose, I ended up choosing the udon. Can't wait to go back.

Beef brisket soup with wontons. Just like on the street in Hong Kong.

I don't know why this place isn't mobbed. This is the closest thing to genuine Hong Kong food that I found in the Puget sound. It's within driving distance of Everett Community College. The parking lot is a nightmare cuz it's a strip mall, and there aren't a lot of tables, so I'm always amazed when I get in and the place is half empty. They have really really good brisket broth and spicy wontons are worth every penny.

Beef brisket and wonton noodle soup! Delicious!
    Larry J.

The food was amazing! The broth was so flavorful! The beef brisket was tender to perfection and the wonton was just as delicious! It's hard to find a wonton noodle dining destination, this is our new favorite!

4 stars for wonton soup $13. Juicy pork shrimp fillings. Comfort nice aromatic clear soup. 3.5 stars beef brisket noodle $14 soup. The noodle is nothing special. The brisket is ok not melt into your mouth. $33

This noodle spot is in a convenient plaza off highway 99. There's a little parking lot attached as well. The restaurant itself is pretty small, sits less than 10 small groups at a time. Ambiance is standard for a small Chinese place. We ordered hot soy milk, dumplings in soup, braised pork belly ramen and beef brisket and wonton noodle soup. The soy milk was okay, tasted like the kind you get from the store. It's sweetened as well. The dumplings in soup were good. Generous amounts of filling, in a hearty broth. The braised pork belly ramen soup was not bad. The braised pork belly had a really nice flavor, and the noodles had a good chewy texture. My only problem with it is that they use the same soup as the ones they use for the wonton noodle soup: has that same distinct soapy flavor that usually comes with wonton noodle soup. The beef brisket and wonton noodle soup was okay as well. Noodles, soup, and wontons were pretty good, but the brisket was not. The cuts given were mostly tendon and fat, and the few cuts that did have meat were super chewy and basically inedible. The portions are pretty generous, but also on the pricier side especially for a Chinese restaurant. Overall, it was okay. Wouldn't personally come again, but probably a fine spot to stop if you're in the area and craving wonton noodle soup.

We had to ask for water three separate times, including going up to the host stand because nobody checked on our table. When the water finally arrived, it had a strong musty taste that was unpleasant enough that none of us wanted to drink it. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed annoyed whenever my mother or aunt asked questions, and there were several instances where responses felt abrupt or dismissive. What made it more frustrating was seeing much friendlier interactions with surrounding tables. We never felt welcomed as guests. I understand automatic gratuity for larger parties, but the mandatory 20% gratuity felt difficult to justify given the level of service we received. Had tipping been left to our discretion, I would have left considerably less. The food also fell far below expectations, especially for the price point: * The walnut shrimp still had waste material visible in the tail. * The salt and pepper calamari was overwhelmingly salty, lacked pepper flavor, and came with burnt shallots. * The beef and broccoli was covered in a thick, gelatinous sauce with noticeable clumps of cornstarch. * Our party of six was given only two small bowls of rice to share. To make matters worse, I felt nauseous after the meal despite generally having a strong stomach. Overall, the combination of poor service, underwhelming food quality, and high prices made this a disappointing choice for what should have been a celebratory family meal.

Since it was our first time, we ordered a lot, knowing we would have leftovers. Had the fried pork buns, the boiled beef and onion dumplings, the sesame balls, shumai steamed, orange chicken, chow mein, green beans and oil sticks. My oh my, what a feast and we brought home as much as we ate! I would say the winners were the beef and onion dumplings and the green beans (OMG I could have just ordered these and made a meal of them!)-- but other stand outs were the shumai, and the orange chicken. I think you can skip the oil sticks, (kind of bread like with out a lot of flavor), and would go with the hunan noodles instead of the chow main. The fried pork buns were doughy with out very much meat inside. All in all, a great place. Will definitely go back! It doesn't look as good as it is from the outside, large posters of food pretty much cover all the windows. Will dream about those green beans! LOL

My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.
