Service and food quality have gone down hill. Ordered pizza which used to be our favorite and it was not good. Cheese had a funky taste to it and while good string pull it just made the whole pizza bad. Our appetizer arrived after the pizza and our server didn't even realize we didn't have it because she never came and checked on us once the order was put in. Did ask if we wanted boxes for the pizza but despite empty drink glasses never asked if we wanted another round. Appetizer was good although pita was over crisped and burnt on edges. Very disheartening because we have always loved coming over here but it just isn't as good as it was previously. read more

A local taproom concept in small town St. Paul. Walking in, it was difficult to tell as a first timer whether we were suppose to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, which was a little awkward. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade during the summer which is nice. Once we figured out we seat ourselves, we sat outside by the trees. It took more than the typical couple minutes to be served, so I tried to go up to the bar to get drinks, but that also didn't feel like that was their preference. Just wish it was a smoother customer experience. The food was ok, I had their sweet & spicy pizza. The combination of ingredients was great but the quality of pizza tasted pretty cheap. My wife got their burger with fries and she enjoyed her meal so if I were to come back, I'd probably go the burger route. read more

Didn't have a good experience for Valentine's day. They ran out of rib eye at 6:30pm. We had appetizers that were not good and the drinks were horrible. Normally we have a good experience here. Fred and I found this really cool tap room the vibe was laid back and wholesome. with a ton of beer options, and kind knowledgeable tenders. The boneyard rpm hit the spot for Fred and omg this 'dirty fries' are a must!!!! Fred wanted to get an extra two orders to go! I hate having to make a review like this. The menu here looks great. I didn't try one bite of it. The bar looks great. I was so looking forward to a smoked Manhattan. We went for Father's Day - my dad has had his eye on this place being built out and we were so excited to try it but even more blown away by the food and the service was friendly and eager to serve!! So glad to have such a well-designed space with amazing food, compliments to the chef for doing more than just typical bar food. The soup of the day was amazing with potato, leek and asparagus topped with croutons, a drizzle of olive oil and some grilled asparagus, it was seriously so good that all the staff ordered it for lunch too! Such a gem of a spot, full bar, taproom and good food just a few minutes from Newberg! They're building out the brewery side, can't wait to try their in-house brews soon. read more

Harvester was an unexpected stop driving home from Salem. We drove by on a Wednesday afternoon on a sunny day and quickly made a U-turn. We've never been to St. Paul and admittedly never even heard of it but were immediately smitten with the town. Both the interior and outdoor space at Harvester were inviting, spacious and modern in its aesthetic. The tap menu was extensive. Long brewery seemed to be a main focal tap selection from the list. Ordered both the beef and smoked pulled pork sliders with tots and fries along with a side of potato salad. The salad was refreshing and unique in its flavor. Was quite pleasing to the palette. The fries were simply divine. Perfectly crisp with just enough seasoning. Sliders were satisfying and flavorful. We will definitely return when in the area. Actually, we are only 30 minutes away so a day trip is in the immediate future. Highly recommend. read more

Met a friend here for lunch and some taster flights. The food was excellent and the beer selection did not disappoint. Only had one beer I didn't like, brewers problem not the taprooms. The only thing they made I didn't really like was the beer cheese, it was kinda plain. I hope to come back when it's warmer when they can have the doors open and seating outside. read more

This place is a hidden gem. The sweet and spicy pizza is to die for. The prime rib and turkey sub as well. I used to work in the service industry on a busy weekend so I normally have sympathy. The staff was so rude to us as first timers that my husband and I ordered 1 drink each and left. I wanted food but was so appalled by how we were talked to that we drove to Newberg instead. I love the St Paul Rodeo but this place is not worth the stop. read more

They steam with a beer sauce vs. wine- so amazing and good! kiddo had cheese pizza which was gluten free and she wouldn't even know, it was so good. Visited Saturday and the prime rib was stellar! We all went there to celebrate a family birthday, the staff was so nice! There was 10 of us, we had called to let them know the day before we were coming . Everything was set up for us when we got there, we were so impressed! Our server was a super nice young man, so helpful and friendly! We got four orders of French fries for appetizers, they were delicious and hot, yum!! Then for the whole table we ordered four large pizzas, they were pretty good, but not something I would come back for. The beer was nice and cold and the cocktails were pretty good.
