Every time i call i get an excuse i will be doing it later today and you will have it tomorrow. Tomorrow has never come. I call and he does not answer or return my calls. I am very frustrated about the whole situation but cannot seem to be getting anywhere. I still do not have the car. I am a senior citizen and have cancer. I have been unable to keep my doctor appointments and have been unable to keep other appointments that i need due to my condition. If he could not do the job he should have told me and i would have gone somewhere else to have it fixed. I have seen several other cars go in for repair and have been repaired and back to their owners. He has done work on my car before and i have never had a problem. He was paid promptly after the repairs. Am i being pushed away from my repairs for being a senior. This situation is totally uncalled for a business owner to do. I would not recommend him to anyone who wants to have their repairs done by him. You may become deceased before you get you automobile back from the repairs he has done.

They charged me $1,300. 20 mins after I pick it up, the same problem starts happening but worse. They take it in for another couple days. Claim they changed the spark plugs. Try to charge me another $300. I refuse seeing as they already charged me a ridiculous amount and it was for nothing. It is only a couple months later now. I am having engine issues again. Bring it somewhere else obviously and they tell me that no spark plugs were ever changed. They are definitely the originals. What the hell was I charged $1300 for?? Also I was out of a car for a week and a half. I have a job and a life. The woman that works the desk says she is the owner. Learn how to communicate with your customers, be honest with how long it is going to be and maybe try not lying about the work that was done. I'd love to hear from you and get some money back.
