I chose Oakland Vision Center for several reasons, so I made an appointment. When I walked in the office I saw the office staff were helping one elderly lady. They were helping her with kindness, just like they would do for their grandmother. I was answering questions as a new customer when the phone rang. She answered the phone and asked them to hold on while continuing to helping me. Then soon after, one worker came out from back and asked her to help the person on the phone, and she took the tablet to continue filling out the form for me. They work together to provide the best possible service for all their customers. When I was selecting a frame for my glasses, one lady helped me find the frame I was looking for. The other store told us that under our insurance we could only choose from his small ugly display of frames. So I went and bought the frames discounted online. Found franklin lakes store for the lenses and she explained my insurance plan would cover up to 150.00 frames that covered the nice Ray Ban frames with a 20 or 30 dollar copay. I'm returning my online frames and buying the insurance covered ones from her. Appreciate her honesty. Will be returning for all family frames and lenses. She has a decent selections of good looking frames as well

I had my prescription filled and called her mid morning about a week and a half later to see if I could pick up my glasses that day. I was driving to CT the next day and did not want to drive home at night without glasses. Janet promised I would have the glasses by end of day but they were not delivered to her. She had the lab rush them after hours and delivered to my home at 8:30 pm so I could leave in the morning for my daughter's. This is personal service you would never get any where else. Dr Sara and Dr Tracey were both very patient and careful with me. Glasses took longer than expected to come in, however worth the wait. One staffer at Wyckoff seemed a little distracted, but otherwise both locations provided me with excellent care. Travis at MP and Rich at Wyckoff were also patient and acted like they cared that I got the lenses I needed. Each location also gave me a little bit of a discount on minor things - very appreciated, as they did not have to do this. (I did get 3 pairs of glasses in addition to the IPL treatments, so I spent some cash there). Yes they are more expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. Thoroughly recommend. Bonnie H.

I was told 7-10 days, that was in June 7. It's the 24th, I received the text to pick them up. Got there and only 1 pair was there. Fine, I opened them up and the lenses are not at all what I asked for. Now, I'm gonna have to wait an additional 2.5- 3 weeks to get my glasses. I hope my other frames were done correctly, but they still aren't finished. This...after spending more than 2k. Never again!
