Only when I got there I found out that this wasn't the case at Chalet at all. I am so disappointed at their customer service and how they treated my kitty. The doctor walked in and basically asked me if my cat is nicer at home, then gave him a shot without even telling us what it was. Before anything else was said, she told us that we could go. We were so confused and shocked all at the same time that we didn't know what to say. A minute later, she walked in with another lady and told her to scruff our kitty while she gave him another shot... What was that??
