It seems like they are only in it for the money. After I told several people that they estimated $1,800 for my cat's canine tooth extraction and none of them had ever paid that much when they had their cats' teeth taken out, I asked other vets for quotes. All other quotes I received were only a third of what CCC estimated. Don't even ask me how much money I already left there for other things. I guess, if you're rich and don't mind getting ripped off, it's a great place and they take good care of your cats.

Having to euthanize her was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but Dr. Parks and the staff showed so much love and kindness to us both during the process. I'm very grateful they were there to make sure it was as painless as possible. The staff has also been great in monitoring my other kitten, their exams are thorough and they explain everything that is happening in a clear and concise manner. I've always felt well informed about my kitten's health and been presented with all the best options. CCC is not a cheap place for vet care, but it's the best you can get if you have a kitty. If you want top of the line care for cats this is the place!

I had to bring my dog and cat in for appointments at the same time, and they had two rooms for us. One to have the dog in, and one for the cat. Thank god. It was a wellness checkup for the kitty, Emmy. I was having concerns bout her weight, and how to manage it with another chonky cat at home. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian gave me solid advice I've been using since the appointment and we've found something that's been working. I know my fiancé had brought our dog, Bowie, in for an earlier appointment, in or around Jan/Feb. He didn't like how expensive they were, I'll add that in. I haven't ran into any major differences between here and any other vet. They were super great when I was carrying a cat and holding the dog. They helped me get all my stuff ready, get the prescription ready while I got them in the car. It was a very pleasant experience. This is a very nice vet, it's not super fancy. Has a small town feel, but it's located a little closer to Madison.

He didn't approve of my getting my kitty's meds from Chewy (drastically lower cost) or the local compounding pharmacy. Her initial prescription was ordered by his cooperating pharmacy on the east coast. 2 click pens were paid for (per my call to that pharmacy) but I was only given 1, yet paid for 2, later the 2nd was "given to me as a courtesy". The estimate was lowered from $610 to just under $200 for shots and weight, no exam. My little girl was howling and hissing after being manhandled. The building is deteriorating, walkway broken up with lots of debris, lots of scratches and chips in exam rooms, lots of overpriced "products" for sale, staff is harried and seemingly overwhelmed. We are moving on.

I got there right before closing and Dr. Ken was kind enough to take time out of his evening to tell me about their cat friendly practice and show me around the clinic, including the areas that they perform surgeries and teeth cleanings. Dr. Ken has now been daisy's vet for the past three years and I can't say enough about the exceptional care they have provided to her! From the friendly office staff, to getting her in for emergency appointments... they even have cat boarding and a cat gym! They also offer "cats night out" events where your cat can socialize with other cats and you can learn information on how to better care for your pet. And to top everything off, Dr. Ken is one of those veterinarians that paddle boards and home brews. Can't beat that-- I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Extremely poor experience with Tabby and Jacks new location in Verona!…read more Took our Samoyed in for a grooming, getting brushed out, nails clipped, and coat cleaned up. They called and said that there was some matting under the belly and in the rear end. Gave them the "go ahead" to trim up those two areas a little more. Two hours later they called and said that he was ready for pickup. Asked us to take care of payment while they go get him and bring him out to us. When he was brought out he had been completely cut off of all his coat, except for the tip of his tail, front of his head, and paws. He was trimmed up to look like a poodle! And the bill was $40 higher then what was quoted because of a "matting fee" added to the bill. The young gal who did the job apparently had absolutely no experience in double coat dogs Would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Cats hide their sickness, so we did not have any warning signs. We did not have a lot of time, but did not want to have him pass scared at the emergency vet. We were lucky enough to be able to bring him home and have Full Circle come over the same day. Carrie has the perfect demeanor and was so kind through the process. She explained what would happen and made sure we were ready to do so when the time came. While I hope to never have to call/use Full Circle again, I am very thankful that we were able to be with Milhouse at home while he passed. He was comfortable and did not need to suffer longer than necessary.

We called and they accommodated us, we wore masks and they worked us in.
