After five minutes alone out there, I went back in, and the hostess again assured me someone was coming. Nobody did. I finally hunted down a waitress who didn't know if outdoor seating was even open -- she checked, came back, and told me I'd have to sit inside. Seating a guest is the most basic function of a restaurant, and I was told three different things by three different people. I ended up at the bar, which wasn't gross, but wasn't clean either. Small menu, long waits, and at $90 for one person you expect something closer to a fine experience -- not a rowdy pub with poor service. And that falls on management, not the staff.
