Very busy. Good for a breakfast burrito. We ended up at this breakfast spot because we are always on the hunt for new places to try. Park in the lot and Hash will validate. We walked in a bit confused as it was our first time. The place was pretty efficent at getting the line moving. Was very conveyer belt feeling. We grabbed a couple Plastics of OJ. The Orange Juice was really fresh tasting. Awkward when I got to the front to order and the guy was not in a good mood. He answered the phone and told someone to just order online. I didnt like the way he spoke to the person on the phone, or how he interacted with people in general. After ordering you get a number and await your food. The food runner dropped off the food and when i asked for utensils she just sort of pointed me in the direction of their utensil stand. Seating was very cramped and I noticed a few groups of 3 and four panic after they ordered but had no place to sit. I had the Breakfast Burrito with shredded beef. It was good, large, two people could share it but I ate it all cause Im a fatty lol. My wife had the breakfast quesidilla with bacon, she liked that as well. I cannot rave about this place enough! I had the BEST experience at Hash. I went for breakfast with a group of 4 and everyone was impressed by how attentive and kind our server was. The location is in the middle of a few business offices but they have parking vouchers that allow quick and close parking to the restaurant. It is a very small space with just a line to order and the kitchen but there is an accessible bathroom and the seating is outdoors on the patio. And the food... the food was SO good! Im so incredibly frustrated. Ive never experienced customer service like this before. I ordered a vegan burrito earlier this week and it came with egg. I called the restaurant to try and get a refund, only to be told they needed to speak to the person who took my order. I thought that was a little strange, it was as if they didnt believe me. So i waited for a call back that never came, and tried again the next day, only to be told i would receive a call back. Finally i got ahold of the manager again, and she told me if i order a vegan burrito, i need to specify that it means no eggs because so many vegans eat eggs and "theyre not mind readers"...ok, thats weird first of all, but why wouldnt they ask me if i meant i wanted the entire burrito vegan if this is an issue theyve experienced before in the past? Am i supposed to be a mind reader that ordering something vegan doesnt necessarily mean all vegan?! Whenever i order a vegan version of anything else elsewhere, they know it means vegan, or if they didnt they would ask to specify. It was honestly really bizarre being told it was my fault because i couldnt read THEIR minds that vegan doesnt necessarily mean all vegan. I've heard some good things about this place and I wanted to give it a try on this beautiful Saturday morning. Parking was easy, in the garage, and they validated it. The location is quite weird. It's the only restaurant within a bunch of office buildings. I ordered the Hash on Hash. Overall, it was really good but honestly VERY heavy. Cheese, bacon, tater tots, eggs, oil-fried veggies. Maybe I should have expected it to be that heavy, but with all of the great reviews written about this specific dish, I really was eager to try it. I couldn't finish it (which is rare for me) and even now, hours after eating, I still feel it in my tummy. That being said, I will be returning to try the pancakes!! They looked to die for. BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS IF YOU COME ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY MORNING! I arrived at 9:20 on a Saturday, and was excited to see only one party in front of me in line to order. They insist on serving when possible, for example, I spilled a little bit of a syrup or something on the counter and began wiping it off and two women came and told me they would take care of it. The food came within 10-15 minutes, but the caveat is that there wasn't a "surge" of customers when we came, so it's hard to definitvely. AMBIANCE: There is no indoor dining. All seating consists of outdoor metal chairs and tables, some with umbrella shades. Approximately 80% of the seats were taken so the establishment was well-attended but still had seating options. I also got a size of pineapple upside down cake pancakes. The hash was amazing and I got through about 3/4 of it before I tapped out. I really liked that the tater tots in the bottom were still crispy even after being piled on top of with all the fixings. The pancakes left something to be desired, however I didn't take away stars because they were very good REGULAR pancakes. They just didn't take like pineapple upside down cake.
