#1 crispy bacon with scrambled eggs. If you enjoy a classic all American breakfast, this is your guy #2 beef chorizo with cheddar cheese. The chorizo in this was flavorful & seasoned nicely! Like all hashbrowns or potatoes, I typically cannot eat them on their own without a sauce. For these sandwiches, their sauces on the side were a must to bring them all together! I enjoyed the red salsa but they're green (jalapeño based) was good as well.

This place is overhyped and overpriced in my honest opinion. I got the chicken option (#4) and it was nothing special. The hash brown itself was dry and flavorless, the chicken was just salty -- it had no flavor other than salt -- and the garlic sauce flavor was barely there. Whenever I go to the farmers market the line for this place is always really long, and the wait is also a decent amount of time, but I'm sad to say that I don't think it's worth it.

Food truck at the market in Little Italy. Was soo fire. Service was great. Great vibes. When I was the food market I was looking for the one great foodie find. This was it! If you ever see it as a food stand, truck, or business you need to try them out! The guy who took my order was friendly and very positive with every guest! It was also fun watching how they made the stuffed hash brown! They even threw in a sample of their hot sauce which tasted great! Looks are everything when it comes to presence of food.

The hash brown was super crispy, but the small burnt edges are bitter (I did see that the workers try to cut off as most burnt pieces as possible). It was a good savory flavor, but a tad dry. The avocado helped balance everything with the addition of salsa and ketchup. SERVICE: -it took about 7 minutes to come out, even when they were super busy at the Hillcrest Farmer's Market
This is a popular vendor at Little Italy Mercato, so I thought I would give it a try. I tried the #2, which is a Stuffed Hashbrown that comes with mozzerella, chicken breast, and house garlic sauce. We waited about 10 minutes. First impressions... the hashbrown looked somewhat burnt on the edges and were charred black. After the first bite, I was shocked by how bland it was! The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The hashbrown was also bland and not salted at all. I didn't taste any garlic sauce at all. I was surprised that I didn't like it since this place looked so popular!
The Brazilian guys are serving up some of the best stuffed hash browns all through out the San Diego Area! They have alot of pop up markets in the area with one of my personal favorite in Little Italy on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. They are usually located at the end of Kettner Blvd in the cul de sac. They have many options to choose from and there hot sauce is out of this world! This time I opted for the #3 which is the Cali and it was a stuffed and grilled golden brown to perfection with Carne asada and Pico and garnished with fresh parsley. The crispness of the hashbrown was very flavorful and packed with good Ole Carne asada! The meat was savory and had a nice marinate but I feel it could of been marinated longer. The hot sauce added a nice twist to it and it was the perfect treat for breakfast on a Saturday. Customer service was Second to none and watching them cook your food over flaming fire is always a plus. This place can be busy but they always deliver the best food with a smile and is a excellent addition to the Little Italy's farmers market!

I'm glad I tried this place but not sure if I would come back.
I always see this stand at my local farmers market and today I finally tried one & it was so delicious! I got the #1 which has smoked bacon scrambled eggs cheddar cheese and avo sliced on the top. It took about 10min & it was made fresh so now I want to try all the other flavors the offer. The stuffed has brown was seasoned good and it had crispy edges and the salsa offered was yummy as well! read more
Came across this food truck at the end of the Little Italy Farmer's Market. We share a #1 (Smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, avocado, cheddar cheese) $15 and it was generally pretty good but I felt the bacon was tasting a bit porky, almost like that smelly pork smell that comes from certain pigs. I also wished the hash was crunchier rather than stiff and a bit stale. read more

I really don't want to say this because I had 100% intentions of thinking this was the best creation ever. Even while watching them make it, I was PUMPED! The staff was friendly and chatted with us while we waited, which I appreciated. We stopped at the La Jolla Farmers Market on Sunday just for this. I ordered the beef chorizo, scrambled eggs, avocado slices, and cheddar cheese option. It was hot and crispy when we got it! Unfortunately, it just didn't taste like much. The sour cream was needed for texture- otherwise, it was dry and the potato part lacked flavor. The chorizo was good, but I don't think the individual elements were able to stand out. read more

Discovered these guys at a Farmers Market on a Saturday in Little Italy. Their booth is located all the way at the end of the market so you have to make your way down there. However, once you do prepare for the magic. I have never thought of seen stuffed hash browns, it is a delicious masterpiece. They stuff meet, potato hash browns or even in my case scrambled eggs to make the perfect bite. The one I ordered was eggs, cheese and smoked bacon and it left me wanting more. It was also served with their Adrenaline hot sauce which they bottle and sell. Service was quick and easy, order, pay and they call your name when it's ready. I did see they have other variations of the stuffed hash browns such as chicken and a ground beef one which looks equally delectable. This farmers market has plenty to choose from but for me this one takes the cake! read more

Great Meal with little to no change Family and I attended the Farmers Market this past Saturday and stumbled Across Brazilian Guys down the Hill. Looking at the menu, it caught our attention so we decided to check it out. Service: The server was very welcoming, I had to wait about 30 seconds due to them calling out orders to the customers. That's not a bad thing, I enjoy that they had a good system going on and the synergy was amazing. I ordered the #3 and after 10 minutes I was able to get my meal. Food: The presentation was eye catching and appealing. I was handed a fork to enjoy, though I'm sure I could've eaten it as a sandwich. The meat was very tendy and flavorful and the pico was as well by complimenting the beef. We finished it pretty quickly which is a testament to how delicious it was. If I would change anything it would be the hashbrown itself. A little salt would be good to compliment it with the other sandwiches, but the meat and pico alone was good. I'm not taking away from that, but that's my personal opinion. Overall: We enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the servers and everybody around. I'd check them out once again! 5/5 read more

Can't say that I've been to the brick and mortar, yet, but I have, however, visited the pop up by Seven Seas coffee in South Park. The pop up specializes in stuffed hashbrowns. You read that correctly. It's about the size of a hamburger and they offer them in a few varieties; carne asada, chicken, egg and sausage and the special of the day when I went was chorizo. It's sort of like a potato Hot-Pocket and comes jam packed with filling (and it's piping hot, watch out). Pretty dang tasty. They're big and can totally be shared. The only slight downside is that they're pricey; $12 for carne asada and $10+ for the rest but hey, it's an indulgence. Good stuff! read more

Really loved the uniqueness of the stuffed hashbrowns at the little Italy farmers market. Got one stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, and chicken and another with bacon, egg, and cheese. I thought the bacon, egg, and cheese was more flavorful and definitely more traditional breakfast. The other could've used some seasoning maybe. They were still both good, but I just wasn't blown away. A good choice is you want to try something different. Staff were friendly and the wait was 10-15 minutes around noon on a Saturday in little Italy. read more
Hey, what's happening Brazilian Guys & Ladies? Thank you for making me a delicious Chorizo & Egg stuffed potato for breakfast at the Little Italy Mercado one Saturday Morning. Other than the exterior potato hash used as the vessel needing to be a little more crispier, it was one scrumptious meal. The eggs and chorizo were well scrambled, seasoned, and as a result tasty. I loved the salsa they offer with their eats. It has good flavor and a mild heat. They offer a good variety of hashbrowns, from veggie, to beef, chicken, and of course the chorizo breakfast. Nice people and friendly service. read more
Saw them at the little Italy farmers market. Prices are a little high for what it is. They are made fresh to order and take 10-15 minutes depending on how busy they are. Breakfast hash brown: added the sauce for $1, but I don't think they put it in cus I couldn't taste it. Entree was good overall, nice and crispy. I was nicely full afterwards. I probably wouldn't be back mostly due to cost. read more

Had this at the Hillcrest farmers market and it was well worth it we had the spinach and mushroom. Don't for get the hot sauce the takes it to the next level of the offered a fried egg it would be great. I can't say much there concept works and it's good your product should speak for it'self. read more

I've seen their booth at the Farmers Market Saturday morning off Melrose. I finally decided to try the stuffed hash browns. Carne Asada and cheese. Their own hot sauce A little garnish I was blown away by how good it was. Hash browns were crunchy outside soft on the inside. Excellent meat and cheese in the center. The hot sauce was the right blend of spicy without being too hot ! The guys were happy and friendly at the booth, which makes it that much better ! I would recommend to everyone! We got a stuffed hashbrown with eggs and bacon from the Little Italy market as it seemed like the best breakfast option. It was good, but our two complaints were that we wish the bacon had been a bit crispier, and also that it could use some kind of sauce inside of it opposed to just having a salsa/hot sauce on the side. read more

(This review is for the pop up in south park 2/15/21) I tried the stuffed hash brown with egg and bacon. It wasn't that great to me, I like my bacon crunchy and this one was soggy I kept having to pull it aside. The feta cheese with spinach and mushroom was good. My BIGGEST CONCERN though is that the guy was NOT changing his gloves after cash/card payments and he was using the same gloves when dealing with the food. Definitely unsanitary and wouldn't eat there again. read more

Have had the stuffed hashbrowns a couple times now and they're okay. What makes them good is their sauce which they make themselves. It adds a great amount of spice and, honestly, the hashbrowns are kinda bland without it. A little goes a long way. Its also more on the expensive side considering the size, especially when you get add-ons. read more
The Stuffed Hash-browns is a good idea and looks really good, unfortunately I wasn't as pleased as I wanted to be. A little pricy for what it was but it was in the farmer's market downtown so I didn't get to experience their restaurant. Maybe if I had gotten a different type of hash-brown, because the options all sounded good, but unfortunately something was just a bit off. Good idea just not what I had hoped for I guess. read more
Farmers Market Review - As tried at the Vista Farmers Market. The Saturday Vista market has many options but this Brazilian Guys tent looked interesting. There were plenty of options, most of which I've never heard of before. I went "safe" with some stuffed hashbrown and a Cassava shells. So the issue with this concept at a farmers market is that it takes a long time to griddle your food. It's a labor intensive process of flipping the griddles over and over. It took almost 15 minutes to get our food, and while that isn't unreasonable at a sit down shop, it's too much for a farmers market. There were people buying, so it may have been busy, but still.. As for the food it was different and worth the try. My only other sampling of Brazilian cuisines has been from those all-you-can-eat Brazilian Steakhouses. - Worth a try... but better to get it before you have your hands full of shopping bags. Visited San Diego over the summer and The Brazilian Guys happened to have their little pop up at a local farmers market I visited. They caught my eye right away because their food was unlike anything else in the area. My husband and I shared the chorizo sandwich (it isn't really a sandwich but don't know what else to call it). It was made with hashbrowns as the bun, chorizo egg and cheese in the middle and delivered with their delicious house sauce. It was so good that we had to buy another right then and there! Sadly there is nothing in the bay area that compares! Would definitely recommend and search for their location when visiting San Diego again! read more

What's the address?
They don't have a physical address. But on Sundays they are outside of Seven Seas Roasting on Fern St I think until 13:00 and they are at farmers markets.
We have 3 adults and a 2 year old. If we come on a weekday around 10, will there be a line up and adequate seating? Thanks.
I think it should be ok. They have outdoor seating and I dont recall any high chair for the kids.
