When my dad passed away I was left in the position of taking care of all of his affairs. One of those was a Nissan Altima he purchased from Hatch Toyota used car division. He paid way to much for it (based on book resale), but that is not the problem. He paid way to much for it based on it being a good no issues vehicle. I paid it off with funds available, and because we wound up with way more cars than we needed I started doing some research on selling it. I expected low ball offers from dealers. I got a couple, and then I checked Autonation and CarMax. Carmax has always offered more than any dealer, so I was surprised when they didn't make an online offer at all. When I ran it through AutoNation they sent an offer to email, and then cut it in half due to frame damaged discovered from doing a vehicle history check. This was clearly not disclosed by Hatch when they sold it at the already almost outrageous price. Oh, I suppose its possible they told my dad and he bought it anyway, but I highly doubt it. I know him. He would have just bought something else, or demanded a price more in keeping with a frame damaged car. In my very well informed opinion there is no way my dad would have bought it if he knew its actual vehicle history. In my opinion Hatch deliberately and willfully took advantage of my dad in his old age. Based on my opinion derived from what I discovered if asked, I would say I wouldn't do business with Hatch, and I could never recommend them. In my opinion they deliberately took advantage of an old man in a very mercenary fashion. There were hints I noticed driving the car that seemed to indicate it might need service. I was thinking maybe it might need shocks, but frame damage could also explain it. It was frame damaged and its on the recorded vehicle history. Its pretty bad when your 1 star reviews outnumber all other reviews combined. *** Added 4/2/2025*** A after reading the "owner reply" on my negative Google review, I figured what the heck. I'll give them a chance. I dialed the number provided in their reply. I used my cell phone and got a prerecorded "call can not be completed as dialed." Thinking maybe there could be an issue with my cell service I tried my IP phone service where I got a message that the, "number may be changed or discontinued." The optics are not good. I want to make a shout out to Hector at Hatch Toyota. It's been a pleasure doing business with you. The communication with him was great considering I live in CA. Little hiccups here and there which is not his fault and took a while for me too since I had to go on military leave for two weeks. They kept the car for me as promised with the deposit I gave. It was a fast and easy process. Probably the fastest I've ever done with purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Just an awesome guy. Even picked us up from Enterprise when I was just about to order an Uber. Also, Nikki's very nice and made the financing process quick and easy with no hidden add ons that I wasn't aware of unlike another dealership I went to in Sacramento, CA. Both of them are very professional and could not have expected any less. Thank you again Hatch Toyota of Arizona! Drove my '21 Toyota Supra back home to Northern California.

We weren't sure which vehicle we wanted, and our sales person was very patient with us explaining the features of the three different vehicles. We are very happy with the Toyota crown hybrid. All of the employees were friendly and easy to deal with. The price was great too.

Not So Guaranteed Prizes )-: False advertising....

Friendly Sales Guy, False Advertisement, Harassing Calls! We got a flyer in the mail saying we won a prize which of course I expected to be some sort of bait and switch or some other type of gimmick. Since it said we were guaranteed one of the prizes we thought they why not show up and just pick up the prize maybe will win something big. We got there and found out we won a $25 grill and thought well I grow something then they said they ran out of them already so we don't get anything but we can enter to win a go pro raffle. The go Pro is it actually a go pro though it's some off brand. So we drove an hour each way and didn't get anything so it was a waste of time and I learned a lesson next time I'll just throw the junk mail into the garbage like I usually do. Our sales guy was a young guy and he was really friendly I don't remember his name. I feel bad for them since we went there to buy anything but he was at least friendly about it. My wife was interested in a Toyota FJ is that they had a couple but the prices were extremely high I'm not paying 35,000 for a used 2014 vehicle. All in all I sort of despise when I go to the place and they give you a guaranteed prize or some sort of guarantee and then you find out it's all just a joke. I have them 2 out of 5 stars and just removed another star after they called me only 3 hours after I left the dealer and told gem not to put me on a list or call me. The sales guy said nobody would call and bam, harassment in the same day. I'll drive to phoenix before I ever buy anything from these liars. Yes, this is the most annoyed and harsh, yet still accurate review I've ever done. I am annoyed. Car dealers should really try to not live up to the terrible car dealer reputation!

So my husband bought a F350 duly truck and you would think they would take care of him on the scheduled maintenance days. Anyways we had to drive down to Winslow to get good service, over there we heard that Winslow already have like 10 customers from Showlow that's how bad Showlow Ford is. And becareful what extra warranty they sell you it's not Ford warranty, and that Zeirech warranty is no good. Good Luck!

When I contacted Mark he said that wasn't right and he would check into it. I had to call him back a week and a half later and he advised he had just talked with the warranty co. and they advised when a part goes out and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered and there was nothing he could do. I then emailed Guy Hatch explaining that his finance Mgr. had sold me a warranty that he himself did not understand and I felt they should take care of it. Hatch never answered so I sent the same email as a second request. I did rec. and answer saying he tried to call me three times but could not get me and wanted to know what I expected him to do. In my third email I advised I had rec'd no calls or voice messages from him but what I hoped he would do is realize that I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty by Mark and that Mark had admitted he did not know the warranty worked that way. I further added that having had my own business for years and sold extended warranties I had never heard of a clause saying if one part fails and causes other parts to fail only the original part is covered. I explained to him that I felt it was in the best interest of his business to do the right thing. That was weeks ago and I have not heard back from him. I gave them 2 stars as they have some good people there but Guy and Mark aren't two of them. I won't be doing anymore business with them.

Abysmal Service Department!…read more Our story began when we decided to special order a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon edition toy for the fleet at our house. We stopped in and talked for a moment with a sales person, then met the owner in his office and special ordered it just the way we wanted it. I would give the sales process about 3.75 out of 5 stars since we had a pleasant experience but didn't feel we got much of a great price, but it was about the same as the last Jeep dealer we had already shopped at so we just gave up and bit the bullet. Much to our excitement the new Jeep arrived in only half the expected time so off I went to pick this shiny thing up. I grabbed the jeep and drove it home. I felt like it had much less power than the Jeep I test drove at the other dealer and less than my friends brand new Jeep. I realized there was oil in the air intake where the filter goes and figured this explains a lot as it is probably a bad engine with loss of compression and too much piston blow by. I read online that another person got a new engine and the problem was solved. To the dealer I went and the service dark haired skinny little guy told me there is no check engine light on so there is nothing wrong with it. He literally walked away from me and back into the building and didn't say another thing to me. if one of my employees treated a customer like that, I would fire him on the spot. I contacted Jeep since we apparently had some sort of premium Jeep Care package? They apologized and assured me we would be taken care of... After months of back and forth and nobody even getting someone to really look at it I gave up and traded it on a new Honda... I hate to say that after owning 9-10 jeeps in my lifetime I am pretty sure I would never buy another one, at least new. Out other issue, realizing it really swerved around on the road more than any Jeep I ever had before. I resolved this by replacing the terrible BFG load range C 32" factor tires with new 33" tires and wheels with a load range E rating that took 80% of the instability away and made me feel better about that... And of course it looked cooler too... All in all the Jeep looked cool, leaked oil, leaked water through the windshield frame and for a $40K vehicle was really a disappointment. The service department at Hatch doesn't care at all about customers or service.
