Unfortunately we did not receive a nice limo as advertised... Went through Joseph's Hats Off Limo service for a wine tour. This was for my bachelorette girls weekend that myself and my eight friends were looking forward to. We signed up for the 4 hour Leavenworth wine tour. I talked to the owner Joseph on the phone and he assured a wonderful wine tour in which we would stop at 4 different wineries. I was required to put down a $100 deposit to reserve. I was told this would go towards the total balance of the tour. The day finally came, and our limo arrived to pick us up one hour BEFORE our requested arrival time.. Our limo we got was not in any of these pictures on this Facebook page or on their website.. it was a very old black limo! Many of the controls inside were broken.. this was such a disappointment!! Not at all what we were expecting and told we were getting. After our second stop on our wine tour, the driver let us know we only had one stop left. I had to explain to her that we were paying for the 4hr and 4 winery tour. As you can tell there was a big lack of communication between our driver and the owner.. Lastly, when it came to paying for our tour the driver failed to remind us that our $100 deposit came off of our total balance. So we ended up way over paying and it seems that she got a very generous tip from us.. The wineries we went to were amazing!! Icicle Ridge and Eagle Creek were great! We hired Hats Off Limo for a bachelorette party in Chelan. I can not say enough good things about this company. Joseph (The owner) was accommodating to our plans and made sure that everything was confirmed leading up to the day of. Dave (our driver) was in constant communication to make sure that we knew when he was going to be there. He was not pushy with the timing, he knew the exact location of each winery we requested going to and he put up with 12 tipsy girls. :) The house we stayed at had several hair pin turns down the side of a cliff, yet he was able to drop us off IN THE DARK, right in front of our house, which took some skill... The limo was clean, they had ice cold water available for us and each time we got back in the vehicle, Dave made sure it was toasty warm (huge perk for Chelan in the winter time). Also, Hats Off was cheaper than EVERY other place in the Chelan/ Mason area. read more

I was visiting Lake Chelan this weekend for a girls trip and we had a wonderful time! We rented a limo for wine tasting on Saturday and our driver, Zack was incredible! He went above and beyond, helped us stay on track with our schedule, even came and helped take some pictures of our group for us! I highly recommend and will be using this service again! read more

Visited Chelan and stayed in Manson for a Bachelorette weekend April 30th. Joseph the owner was very helpful and willing! We were picked up at our vacation rental in Manson- taken to wineries we had requested and some new ones suggested by Joseph. Our times were flexible and they accommodated us. Our Driver, Rick was very helpful and excited to help us with our needs! The limo was stocked with water and glasses- so bring wine!! He let us bring food and what we needed. Rick had some skilled driving going to Hard row to hoe, very impressive on tricky roads! He even stopped at Red Apple so I could run in and get coffee for the Bride and myself (and more wine)! From the wineries we were dropped off at Tsillan Cellars for dinner. We then had a second Driver, Al pick us up from Sorrentos in a 15pass van and take us to Senior Frogs! He waited with the van across the street. Al took us back in 2 waves of girls as some wanted to stay out later! Very appreciative of his cooperation! Thank you to Joseph, Rick and Al! read more

After being "15 minutes away" for an hour our limo didn't arrive. Instead a mini van and a Pontiac showed up. The excuse was the limo broke down. We had seen the two vehicles driving by slowly before and thought that was odd. When they pulled up with apologies they were still going to charge us almost full fare. It also became obvious that the driver af the Pontiac was intoxicated. We refused to get in the car with an intoxicated driver. I would never recommend this company. No stars for customer service and no stars for safety. read more

Just used their service during a bachelor party weekend in chelan. Great service, they were early for both pickup and drop off. They took us about an hour to gamble sands golf course and then back to downtown chelan and we felt the price was very fair. Would 100% use them again. I left sunglasses in the limo and he fedex sent them to me the next day. read more

I booked Hats Off Limo for my sister's bachelorette party in Chelan. My communication with the owner prior to the event were good. On the actual day of the event, the owner took us around and did a great time hosting us and calling ahead to the wineries. However, the communication after the winery tour and post communication was disappointing and handled very poorly by the owner. If you choose to use this company for your event, I suggest confirming, double confirming, and triple confirming what the agreed upon arrangements and price are before your event. I also suggest paying any remaining balance owed after your deposit before your event and then tip afterwards to avoid any miscommunication or frustration. read more

Bachelorette parties are not always easy and while I think we did ok - we never felt like we were annoying. I book MULTIPLE wine tasting limo tours in Chelan every year- both in summer and winter. DO NOT book this company. Stuff broken in limo, AC doesn't work (pumps hot air when it's 90 degrees), old music connections (no Bluetooth, only IPhone 6 or older cords) and picks you up at a different location than you're dropped off- we wandered around in heels at the past two wineries looking for our limo. Joe (the owner) was an absolute delight; he let us pick our own wineries and even had some suggestions. I even had last minute changes (within 24 hours) and it was taken care of. He was incredibly accommodating, funny (telling silly jokes), and bent over back wards to help make sure that the 11 of us had a wonderful time. He took great photos too. Wow, possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I placed a tentative hold on a reservation for transportation to Oktoberfest over email and the guy seemed totally cool. I received a call the week of the reservation saying we'd be sharing our limo with other people going to the same place which was never part of the plan. I told them I wanted to cancel as that had never been discussed and wasn't what our group wanted. The woman started arguing with me telling me I should have known we were paying for "shuttle service" and not a private limo, but that had never been made clear to me. She then said that I would be charged a cancellation fee, but no deposit had ever been mentioned. I told her that since it hadn't been mentioned that didn't seem fair. She hung up on me, then called me again like a half hour later to yell at me more. Luckily I found another limo company easily. When Hats Off still charged my credit card I called Visa to dispute the charge and they fixed it. I then received a harassing email from Hats Off calling me a bunch of names... Definitely stay away from these crazies. read more

Joseph, the owner, couldn't have been better scheduling the ride, processing the payment, and communicating with me by email. We were having a bachelorette party/shower for my to be sister in law. The limo showed up on time, I think that's one of the only things to go right. Our driver was nice yet when she was backing out over the tracks something went wrong. We are now right in the middle of the road on a blind corner. Who knows if someone will fly down the road and hit us ?!? My mom tried to get out and help direct her and she kept tying to move forward then backwards and almost ran over her as she was getting out. Once we finally got out of the road she went the wrong way and we had to turn around. Again she had issues. My mom was in the back and said "stop you'll go off the edge" , and she screamed back at her "it's fine I have plenty of room". We get to our first winery for tastings and are having a great time. Our driver came down and told us we had 10 min to finish up before she's leaving. We had 3 wineries to hit that day. After a snide text message from the driver we gathered up and left. The second Winery went better. Than on to the third where she held up the bride to be for 20 min talking while the hostess was waiting for her to seat us. After we were dropped off at our final location and paid she started talking to the bride to be about how to make new friends through the driver's religion. So not only was the driver terrible the inside of the limo was destroyed. The mirror on the ceiling and the lighting around the bar was all duct taped on. Plus by the radio was a broken piece that had been taped and maybe glued back together. Just embarrassing all around. We will never use this company again. read more
