From the moment you walk in, our sales representative was welcoming and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. The selection was beautiful, and she took time to explain options without any pressure. My friend and I were just browsing. My 25th wedding anniversary is in June, so I thought look for an item for my hubby to buy. Smile. Our gift purchasing protocol is that I pick and he pays. No selection was made. What stood out to me was the variety of items were reasonably priced.

I finally landed on a setting in their clearance section. I ended up paying less than half of what I expected to be my minimum cost to have this work done. The result is incredible! I waited at the front desk for him to adjust my watch links. The jeweler grabbed my watch with no padding or towl under watch and started beating my watch with a hammer against the desk. I was blown away by this. Asked the lady at the front desk. What is going on. He's hitting my watch and scratching it. Along with miss treating my property. When I asked him he said well its a (used) watch and I even treat the Rolexes the same when I work on them. I could not believe it. What he didn't know is I bought this watch and it had one to two light scratches. After he was done I had two to three more present on the watch. The link added has 4 scratches deep. Being he beat it with a small hammer. Next time sir be more respectful of other people property. Every one can't afford something new.
