I came in here today to have a charm added to my necklace (I brought the charm with me, I did not buy it here). They have a jeweler on the premises which is very convenient. He added my charm to my chain and cleaned my necklace. The charge was $35, which I think was too expensive to add a small charm (which I brought with me, I did not buy it here) to a necklace. They post that cleaning rings is free on the outside of the store and my necklace was small. They have a beautiful display of jewelry. They also have a very large Buddha on display (3 feet high?) which I found disturbing and offensive. I won't be back. I won't be back. read more

Top notch customer service. Very hard to find a jeweler in Round Rock that services Movado. Had to order links for watch. They were upfront in saying Movado is slow to ship so that was really good to know ahead of time. They notified me as soon as my links came in and were placed on the watch. They were so kind that Jaime the watch specialist did not charge for the battery because Movado was extra slow. If you need anything for your Movado, this is the spot for you. Prices not inflated. We went here first to look at wedding bands cause the ratings were so high but the man helping us continuously made me feel insulted. He was fine at first; showing me bands I wanted to see next to my ring, then he showed us ones that matched my ring pretty well that I really liked. He told me I was "taking my ring off wrong" by "putting fingerprints on it and smudging it". He offered to clean it but then took off with it in the back and it freaked me out cause he didn't say anything before going to the back. When he came back with it it did look beautiful. We went back to trying on the 2 I liked. He then said he "didn't care for the diamonds on the band of my ring," which I thought was a very rude thing to say to a customer, and right there in front of my fiancé. We talked about sizing and he said "see how your ring is squeezing your finger?" You would think a jeweler would know that on hot days your fingers swell a little (especially after taking rings on and off multiple times on an 80+ degree day), and on cold days they shrink. He wasn't wearing any rings but I still thought he would know that as the manager of a jewelry store. Nonetheless, rude to say to a customer. My fiancé asked if they had the bands I liked in platinum (since my ring is platinum) and the man said they do, but went on to only say bad things and why we DON'T want platinum (jewelers don't make nearly as much profit on platinum than gold). He didn't know my ring was and guess he didn't make the connection. So we sat there and listened to him make himself look bad. I remember his name but won't mention it because I'm not as rude as he is. I loved the bands but won't come back here because of the experience we had. The wedding band I had bought a month earlier had not fit me properly due to dieting before the wedding. It is 9 days before the wedding so there was not enough time to get it re-sized (have to send this particular ring back to the manufacturer and it takes 3 weeks). He talked to the manager and they loaned me a silver wedding band that fits which l can use for my wedding day! We purchased both mine and my fiancés wedding bands at this location. High quality jewelry and diamonds at a very good price point. Sales reps are not pushy at all. I wish I remembered the sales reps name who initially sold us the rings, but I will come back and edit this review when I find out. He was great and very helpful in finding the right rings for us. What a nice find for fine jewelry...in and "outlet mall" no less. [They have other locations] Very nice selection of watches (Rolex, Cartier...) and diamond jewelry. Plus, they have two actual jewelers in-store so items don't have to be sent out to be sized, polished, etc. Everything is done on-site. The prices are very comparable to other custom jewelers and the quality is high. Recently purchased a piece from TCJ and am very pleased with everything. Great customer service, no hard sells, had exactly what I wanted (VS rated), offer an excellent warranty, and the price was what I was going to pay for a similar item at another jeweler. Do NOT waste your time!!! My husband had bought me a beautiful watch here, unfortunately my watch broke around Nov 2019 & I brought it back for it to be fixed. I visited to check on my watch a couple weeks later and they had told me it wasn't ready yet. I went back in February of this year and I was told it was "still not ready". I went a couple weeks later and they told me they were short staffed because of the pandemic so it was going to take ANOTHER month to be fixed. I seriously did not go back till June and for some apparent reason they were taking forever to FIND my watch in the store. I told them I was there to pick it up and they wanted to give it to me STILL BROKEN. (So what the F have y'all been doing since November????). In July I FINALLY received a text it was ready to only go back to the store, to only tell me it was not ready and that I had to pay $300 for the fix. (It was not fixed LOL). I finally went in the first week of August and it was "finally ready". Let me tell y'all that it DOES NOT look finished. I did not pay a dime, I refuse to pay $300 for a watch that is not fixed and that took 9 months to "fix". I'm a very disappointed customer who will never go back. I bought a diamond over $ 20,000.00 at this store and after a year later I traded in Rolex watch $17,500.00 with pay more $500,00 but it was more than 10years old model Rolex with add some diamond. However I went back Marc Robinson 2days later, But he tried not to refund and went away from my place, not even talk with me about this issue. I can't possibly tell you how grateful l am to this staff. I was tasked with selling our son's ex wife's wedding set from their store. From Houston, l called needing one thing after another in order to get proper appraisals. All items were forwarded to me, respecting my request to leave my son to deal with his other issues. The appraisals were a bit confusing, and l brought them up to Round Rock in "quite a mood." Saleem and Sunny listened graciously, then took a lot of time explaining why the reports varied. Each had a different number of total diamonds and a different carat size. How can that be? But they explained how common that is then offered me several options my son had to clear this debt with them. Though my son wasn't in need of a new ring, l was quite impressed with their selection and was offered a simply stunning upgrade in exchange for my son's loan. This set is so well worth it, but so is 40 years of marriage. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the dear ring cutter, my knuckles we're totally swollen, who patiently cut my old ring off, allowing me to sport a wedding set I never dreamed I'd own. We had an interesting experience here. My fiance and I were looking for engagement rings and this was one of the first places we looked and had really good reviews. The first question we asked when walking into the store was about their diamond sourcing, as we wanted a conflict free diamond. I was hoping to get a lab created diamond, which they do not do here. There was some back and forth on the difference between lab grown versus natural and in the mix De Beers was thrown into the mix. Both my fiance and I are fairly certain it was in reference to their supplier. The primary concern we put forward was that we wanted to make sure it was certified to prove that it was conflict free. The purchasing process was extremely efficient and easy. She picked the setting and they brought in a diamond to match what we were looking for. When the diamond came in we went to take a look at it and it wasn't going to be right for the ring. They offered us another diamond in store for additional money and with the ring it was stunning. Somewhere in this process we ended up with an uncertified diamond and were uncertain of its conflict free status. They provided some documentation around the ring and diamond when doing the appraisal but it was a store created document and not something more official like a GIA report. When I got home I looked at the documents that were provided more closely and reached out to the store seeking a GIA report on the stone. De Beers GIA certifies all their stones and we were under the impression that was what we had purchased. After a month or so of back and forth and mentioning De Beers as a reference for the certification I was requesting multiple times, we were informed that the diamond we purchased was not from De Beers (they don't source from De Beers apparently but we did get proof from their supplier of their conflict compliance) and it was not GIA certified. Eventually we had to get in contact with the manager of the store to try and get this resolved. In retrospect this is something we probably should have done sooner. At this point there was a dark cloud hanging over the ring and we really just wanted our money back. Something didn't feel right about the whole thing. We talked to Sunny, the manager, and relayed some very unfavorable communications we had with the contact we were talking to previously. He immediately started to look into possible solutions for us and offered us 4 different options to try and resolve the situation. None of them were a refund and at this point that was all we were interested in. This had just been dragging on too long and at a point earlier in the conversation it felt like we were being threatened over a Yelp review we posted after a bit of radio silence from our contact. There may have been a misunderstanding here but it didn't feel like it at the time. After a bit more back and forth with Sunny we eventually came out of the process with the refund we were looking for. There were a lot of hiccups along the way after we actually had the ring in our hands. That did not feel like a pleasant experience, but Sunny did a good job of remedying the situation in the end. I'll be honest, I talked to the contact and Sunny in person when I returned the rings and the impression I walked away with, was that there might have been some misunderstandings during the back and forth. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, largely because of my time spent talking with Sunny to work our way to getting a refund. This was a long journey from start to finish. It took about 2 months to get a refund after the ring was finally in our hands. In the end though, we got to an amicable place. Even though we returned her ring I still have the band that I purchased for myself and I love it. The lesson I took away from all of this was to get all of your information upfront and ask a lot of questions. If your diamond gets changed midway through the process, make sure it is everything you want it to be (GIA certified/conflict free if you care about that) before you let the diamond blind your judgement. Ultimately this turned into a good experience in the end but it was a long road getting there. They make nice jewelry and it is worth visiting this place. If you do decide to make a purchase, do yourself a favor and make sure you dot the i's and cross the t's on your side of things and know what you're getting. If we had a little more information up front a lot of this would have been avoided. Sometimes people make mistakes but you can help them avoid some of those mistakes if you're diligent. I didn't know much about this company but wanted to check it out. i am a bargain shopper....they had an ad on living social for half off hence i decided to give it a try. It was my husband's birthday and i wanted to surprise him with a nice watch. i initially had my mind set on a Rado watch which through the Rado website I found out they were official dealers and the only one in Texas who were authorized to carry this watch brand. a very humble gentleman greeted me as soon as i stepped in to the store, i immediately felt like i was wanted and they wanted my business and would please me. i right away told them i had the living social voucher, but he continued to be attentive and showed me a variety of watch styles they carried. my husband loved his new watch by Rado and was happy with the price as well. we have since shopped at the store 2 more times, once for jewelry repair, THEY DO REPAIRS ON THE SPOT, only charged me $30 for ring sizing, where as fast fix was charging me $99 and we also bough my little girl diamond earrings, which were very affordable as well. they also do custom jewelry orders, i had my great grandmothers sapphire jewel and wanted a unique setting for it. I shop here for custom jewlery, but the store has many unique items ready for purchase as well. Being located in an outlet mall, this store certainly wasn't what I expected. Once I went inside, I realized the quality of the jewelry and the value offered here. Sunny and his team do business the old fashioned way - with a handshake and a commitment to customer satisfaction. My most recent purchase has EVERYONE saying Wow. I literally have women stop me mid-sentance to grab my hand and take a closer look at my ring. I am a happy customer.
