After my daughter asked a question, an associate with pink hair stepped in to help, and she completely transformed our experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the products. She took the time to explain several items in detail, demonstrated products for me, and even showed me how to properly layer them. I've been shopping at Lush for years and still learned things I never knew. What impressed me most was how well she read the room. She never made us feel pressured to buy anything. She made us feel comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for. Talking with her felt less like interacting with a salesperson and more like chatting with a friend I'd known for years. We ended up spending well over $250, not because of a sales pitch, but because she took the time to educate us and create such a positive experience.
