I had been wanting to get lip fillers for a while now and I was scared of going to just any location. I had found Dr. Tamiry's office online and read nothing but positive reviews. After all the research, I was confident this is were I wanted to go. As soon as I got to the office the staff was very friend and knowledgeable. The procedure was so easy. And that's why I was so drawn to it. Little to no down time at all. I was back at the gym the very next day. The Doctor put the applicator on the muffin top, and it was cold for first 2 to 5 minutes and then you just hang out the rest of the time. Once it's complete the nurse comes in and massages out the area. It was fast and easy and the Doctor and his team made me feel super comfortable. I'm really excited to share my results. I love coming to Dr Tamiry for filler and botox. I don't usually write reviews but his skills with botox and filler is so far superior to anyone else I've seen. I have gone to places cheaper, but the Botox didn't last as long and Dr Tamiry's placement of filler and botox is perfection. He is very fastidious with proper protocol in everything he does. Plus he is very gentle! I can barely feel when he's injecting. After 12 years of looking for the perfect Dr., that delivers the perfect amount of product, never over or under done, in a spotlessly clean, yet relaxing environment ... I found it here! PS.... First, Dr. T is charming and hilarious and everything you'd want in someone who's putting needles in your face. I cannot recommend him enough. Second, the Dr. and his staff have so much integrity. Unlike other places, when I'm at HautSpa Medica I trust that the treatments recommended are solely for my own benefit. Dr. T and Nasrin aren't trying to push all sorts of things on you just to make money, they truly want patients to like their results and look their best. When I'm here I know I'm in good hands. Dr. Tamiry and his lovely wife are a great team. My experience getting dermal fillers under my eyes was pleasant. I felt safe and comfortable for both my initial treatment and follow up visit. I am so pleased with my results. My under eye area is smoothed and looks rejuvenated, not over filled. The doctor listened to my concerns, answered all my (many) questions, reviewed my case and pictures before deciding if a follow up treatment was needed. I am So glad I found HautSpa Medica in Newport Beach. I have been a patient of Dr. Tamiry for the past year. He had worked on my lips, cheeks and chin. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Brooke and Nasrin. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Soft background music was playing. After I signed all the paperwork, Brooke took my photos in different angles. Then she took me to the procedure room. Dr. Tamiry introduced himself and went over my paperwork and made sure all my Medical information was correct. He then went over the photos with me and provided the areas of needing improvement. I was so surprised to find out that I had not paid any attention to the areas that I neglected over the years. Frankly I was just concentrating on my forehead and lips.The consultation was just an eye opener. He then went over the procedure explaining the possible risks and what I should expect. He then cleansed the area and Brooke applied numbing medicine to my lips. He first started my Botox and then proceeded to my chin filler. He elongated my chin and then worked on my jawline. At the end he worked on my lips to give them a nicer pout. The whole procedure was painless. They have the best numbing cream! My chin and jaw look awesome. I had fillers and Botox done at this spa. They did my cheeks and jawline with fillers. They did my forehead with Botox. After all of the swelling went down after approximately a week, there was no difference between my before and after look regarding the fillers. I look exactly the same in the cheek and jawline areas. I paid $1,800 for the fillers and Botox combined (Botox was $500). The Botox marginally worked but did not last more than one month. I have had Botox at another location numerous times and it usually lasts four months. The reason I gave this location three stars instead of one is because the doctor and his wife are very nice people. Unfortunately I do not feel that I received the services I paid for because I look the same as I did before I had the filler procedure done at this location. read more

Haut Spa Medica is a nice little office located in a small but busy plaza, which includes the popular and delicious Moulin Bistro! Dr. Tamiry and his staff are friendly and approachable. I went in for the Medical Weight Loss treatment and I must say at first, I wasn't sure I'd get any results...but after just one week of treatment, which includes supplements and a "skinny boost" shot, I lost 5 lbs. Basically, they give you a diet plan -- which isn't super strict, just recommended foods to eat and check in with you every week when you come in for your "skinny boost" shot (which helps boost your metabolism and increase your energy). I think this is the key to it all -- the accountability. Dr. Tamiry and Amber are patient and listen to you when you report your progress (or lack of progress) - no judgments. The MetaTabs (mostly B-complex vitamins) and skinny boost shots are enough to kick start your weight loss. Of course, one must also adhere to the diet (basically eliminating processed foods, sugar, carbs etc.) And it would help to get active too. Bottomline, I'm happy with the results I've had so far and I'm thankful to HautSpa Medica for helping me along the way. Hmm...maybe next I'll have them do Coolsculpting on me. read more

First off I have to say that Dr Tamiry and his staff are phenomenal! They are so friendly and personable. From the moment I walked in I felt like I had known them forever. Just awesome people!! I came in for Botox and a consultation for Juvéderm filler in my lips. I had wanted to get lip injections for a long time but never felt comfortable enough to actually do it. I am a complete perfectionist and was terrified of looking fake. But After talking with Dr Tamiry I decided to go through with it. He kindly answered every single one of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should expect to see with my results. He spoke to me as if I was on his level; he wanted to share his knowledge with me. I didn't feel pressured in anyway to get more than what I came in for like some places. He put numbing cream on my lips as we started with the Botox. He listened to my concerns and helped me address my problem areas. He was very gentle and there was virtually no pain. The Botox was a breeze. Now onto the Juvéderm filler.. This is where he gained a client for life. He is very gentle. The numbing cream helped a lot and the pain was minimal. He did not rush and made sure to stop in between injections and evaluate, then reevaluate his work. He would step back and look from every single angle! He is extremely thorough. I was able to hold a mirror so I could watch as we went along. He continued to ask how I was doing and if I had any other questions or concerns throughout. After addressing more of my hesitations he would continue. He knew how important it was for me that they looked natural. He spent almost 2 hours making sure my lips were symmetrical and perfect!!! And that I was happy. I loved that he didn't just do what he thought would look good, he valued my opinion and my suggestions. Which was amazing. I felt so comfortable and confident in his hands. I wanted to take a moment and share my experience at HautSpa with anyone considering treatments with Dr. Tamiry. I've been suffering from a moderate amount of acne scars for the majority of my life. I've tried lasers, creams, and just about every other treatment that's been recommended to me over the years, and have never gotten any noticeable improvement. I started receiving micro-needling treatments with Dr. Tamiry a few months ago. I purchased a package of 6 treatments and was amazed to start seeing a noticeable difference by the second treatment. Even my friends made comments about my skin looking so much better, not knowing that I had been receiving my micro-needling treatments. As I have continued to receive my treatments the improvement has become significant and I couldn't be more happy. I can now wear less makeup, if I choose to, and not feel like people are staring at my skin. I have to say.. At first thought me doing something like this was FAR out of my realm of thought. I completely enjoyed every minute of this experience! The doctor was so fun and made the experience worth while. I went with a couple of friends and the whole procedure takes only about 15 min. I did a botox treatment. The pain isn't bad and my face really got back to normal in less than an hour. After about 5 days I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
