My brother asked about the pork souvlaki over the gyro, and the employee told him they were "the same," even though both are listed separately on the menu. As Greeks, we know they're different items with different cooking methods and textures. The employee ended up getting him a gyro even though he wanted souvlaki. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely confuse customers who specifically want one or the other. Hopefully this is something management can clarify with newer staff going forward.

There was a second birthday party in full swing, yet the family who owns the restaurant greeted us with such warmth and kindness and invited us to sit wherever we felt comfortable. You can immediately tell this is a place built on heart, humility, and truly good people. The service stood out in the best way. I asked whether the Caesar dressing contained anchovies due to a pregnancy restriction, and although our server wasn't completely sure, he handled it with care and thoughtfulness. He brought the dressing on the side and offered to swap it entirely out of an abundance of caution, which meant a lot and showed how much they value their guests' comfort. And the food. Absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic, and the sauces alone are worth coming back for. You can tell everything is made with intention and pride.
