    Roast Pork Meal

Nice little corner breakfast/lunch Cuban cafe in Trinity. Had a savory beef empanada ($3.75) and the huge portioned flavorful Roast Pork Meal ($10.50) with Black Beans and Yellow Rice and a side of Cuban toast. A lot of authentic Cuban cuisine for a hearty lunch at a very fair price! They also supply their wide range of crispy Cuban sandwiches at the Thirsty Buffalo Brewery nearby.

What a cute little wonderful coffee/sandwich shop! I feel like I've found a hidden gem. I can't remember the ladies name but she was from Brooklyn, and oh my she was such a delight to talk to! I got an egg bacon cheese Cuban breakfast sandwich and it was amazing! They also have outside tables! I will definitely be back :)

This is a quaint little cafe with some really great food and cafe con leche. I've driven past this place a few times on my way to Starkey Market and decided to stop in - the woman behind the counter was friendly and greeted us right away. I ordered a cafe con leche, ham croquettas, and a guava & cheese and guava pastry. Everything was great. The cafe con leche was fantastic - and the croquettas are a steal, highly recommend trying them! The pastries were also great - the guava & cheese pastry is really big and the pastry is nice and flaky. It was nice to stumble across this little spot, we enjoyed it and will visit again!

After years of driving by Havana Dreamers Cafe, we finally had the chance to try it in January. My family and I rented bikes from the shop next door and worked up an appetite after our ride. We popped in to Havana Dreamers Cafe and were greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The space is cozy and welcoming. I ordered a cafe con leche and two guava and cheese pastries. We took them to-go and devoured them at our hotel. The cafe con leche was smooth and the pastries were delicious! Big, too. The prices were also reasonable. Glad I finally got to try Havana Dreamers Cafe! Can't wait to try more items next time we're in Trinity.

My husband and I live to come here and get Cuban coffee and Cuban bread. They have the best. It's not very big inside, but they do have outside seating. The employees are friendly and quick getting your drinks and food out. This is a must try place

Very friendly staff. Very clean dining room. Staff were helpful on selecting the right bread, 5 different choices. We had the Tampa Cubano and the Cubano . Both were great. Decided to try the Cafe con leche, terrific. Made with passion.

Nice Cuban coffee shop with casual seating inside and outside. Staff is helpful and service is good. This is a great morning stop for coffee or a breakfast sandwich with a Cuban twist. Parking on the street or in the lot nearby.

Just a follow up, to show the consistency of this place. In my opinion, it is a hidden gem with the best Cuban sandwich I have had anywhere. I know I said that in the last review, but just look at this thing. When something is great, and you come back six months later and it's still great.... well, then this place is a winner! The people are always friendly, the service is quick, and you got a nice little outdoor or indoor area to eat. I know in this review I only took a picture of the sandwich hopefully the other pictures from previous review are still here to show. That is such a cool little place!

Nice environment. Friendly staff. Options of coffee that are self service. Meat empanada was good, not oily. Good sandwich.

We go every Sunday to Havana Dreamers to get breakfast. Food is consistently good, maybe even great.

Super disappointed this last time. I got the piccadillo meal (like usual) .... it was literally just ground beef.

The wings were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and coated in a rich Garlic Parmesan sauce. The nachos were crispy, well-seasoned, and paired nicely with the wings. The highlight of our meal was the Smothered BBQ Chicken Sandwich--a juicy, tender chicken patty topped with fresh salad. We wrapped up our lunch with Bruschetta, a fresh and flavorful Italian classic, which was the perfect way to end our meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our food from The Trough at Starkey Market.
