    Pile of Garbage!

I wouldn't feed this crap to my dog. Is it peeled or unpeeled? It's a crap shoot, dry and apparently don't wash the mussels. Got a mouth full of grit.

WOW!!! I ordered ahead online and stopped on my way home from work to pick it up. I ordered a beef empanada, a chicken empanada, seafood soup and the seafood paella. This place is the real deal! The food was fresh and absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed everything we ordered and we will for sure be back. The owner even made sure we had all the sauces we needed as well as utensils if needed. He has a very cute set up as well if you want to dine there even. This is a true gem when you want authentic Spanish cuisine

Great authentic Spanish food. Experience, service and prices were also great. Paella was flavorful with a perfect balance of ingredients. The owner/chef is very nice!

This is only the second review I've ever submitted in my life. The first was when I was pissed at a car dealer that blatantly lied to me. But this - what a Fantastic place to eat. I was here on business and after much searching, found the perfect place to eat. Perfect ratings and all that. Fresh ingredients. Made from scratch. Authentic paella straight from Spain. Call ahead if you're in a hurry. The paella takes 30 minutes, because, well, ..., ITS MADE FROM SCRATCH!!! And do yourself a favor. Get the homemade flan for dessert.

    All this for one person.

Love this place. If you're in the mood for food from Spain this is the place. If you never tried it, this is the place. Reasonably priced. The guy who does it all is the nicest guy too. You need to give him a try at least once.

I was introduced to this place by friends. One of the first three restaurants I've tried in the pandemic. Amazing! I had the seafood paella and it was incredible! The flan will make you cry. My friends had a burger and chicken kabob and said those were the best they'd ever had. I don't eat chicken or beef, but I trust their palates. If you want paella, call them ahead of time and order it 30 minutes before you want to arrive so it's ready for you about the time you get there. Did I mention the flan? You can have some before your paella is finished. And then have some again when you're done. Flan. And everything. But the flan...omg...

Absolutely delicious. Rice cooked to perfection. This is a dinner everyone would love.

But you just sit back and listen to the Latin music in peace imagining you are in Cuba as you eat. If ambience is what you are looking for, a to go order would be better. If none of that matters, take a seat and enjoy your food hot. Service is fine but I was the only one there If you're in the area make a stop

Me and hubby walk in and are greeted immediately with a friendly hello. When we were seated, we told the man that seated us we were newbies. He brought us out our water and told us to take our time looking over the menu. When were were ready to order, we decided to just split the cuban sandwich and get an order of fries. When the food came out, (on two plates!!) we were so glad we did decide to split the sandwich. It was HUGE!! It was also SO GOOD!! Fries were nice and hot and crispy. Highly recommend this place, when we get back to FL we want to try some more of the other tasty sounding menu items.

A Delicious Discovery: Authentic Mexican Gem in New Port Richey…read more This weekend, my husband Eriq and I headed up to our favorite Thai spot, only to find it closed. Hangry levels were rising fast, so we pivoted to a nearby Mexican grocery store and market that had been on my radar from glowing reviews. It delivered big time on authentic flavors, generous portions, and warm hospitality. Tucked at the back of the well-stocked Latin grocery store is a casual dining area where you order fresh-made Mexican classics. The menu offers plenty of traditional options and cool protein choices. One of the cooks kindly brought me a little sample cup of their pozole when I asked about it -- tender, falling-off-the-bone pork in a rich broth. Absolute perfection. (She also mentioned their menudo, but I politely passed on that one!) We decided on the tostadas, and wow -- for $13.99 you get three super-crispy house-made tortillas piled high with toppings. I went with two chicken and one steak (which was tender). The chicken was incredibly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender from slow-cooking in spices. Fresh shredded lettuce, cilantro, crumbled cheese, a drizzle of crema, and slices of avocado on top made every bite fantastic. Eriq loved the al pastor version he tried and powered through all three. He also ordered a carnitas taco (which looked excellent, but he ran out of room!). The tortillas held up beautifully under all the toppings -- no crumbling disasters, which is rare and impressive. They brought out two house hot sauces (a smoky red and a vibrant green salsa) that were outstanding, plus ice-cold Mexican sodas made with real cane sugar. Service was friendly and attentive, with staff bringing food out promptly. The whole place felt genuinely authentic (we might have been the only non-Latino folks there, always a great sign), the grocery section was small but well stocked with staples, fresh meats and produce. If you're in the Holiday/NPR area and craving real-deal Mexican food at very reasonable prices, definitely stop in. We'll be back soon -- those tostadas are going to haunt my dreams in the best way possible.

Great food at a fair price. Friendly staff. I will return to try more of the menu. Local family runread more

The inside is decorated colorfully and is comfortable. I was not familiar with many foods on the menu, but I was adventurous and tried the special: Pastelon de Amarillo's - ground beef, cheeses, sweet plantains in a round dish. I asked for sweet plantains for a side. Next time I'll choose something else. That was too many plantains for me. Husband had grilled skirt steak with red beans & white rice. He ate almost everything - left some of the rice. He really enjoyed his dinner, and he, too, would like to return. Andrew was our wait staff and he was efficient and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and our booth was comfortable. I took home half of my meal as I didn't want to stuff myself. When reheated the next day, it was just as good. I hope this restaurant is here for many years!

You can watch boats cruise by while you eat. The best spots are on the open outdoor deck or at a table next to the large windows. Inside, the dining room is decorated in a Mediterranean style. The famous historic 1905 salad originally created in 1905 was made table side by Tossing 4 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cup julienned ham, 1/2 cup julienned Swiss cheese, 1 ripe chopped tomato, and 1/2 cup green Spanish olives. Top with Romano cheese, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, and a tangy garlic dressing. The flavor is great and it's a nice light healthy option. 9/10 The Ropa Vieja was Originally introduced to Cuba by Spanish sailors. The name means "old clothes" because the choice beef is shredded, sautéed and simmered with onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Suggest valet for $6 or a couple of trips around the lot to find a spot. We sat outside, which was enclosed and heated and your are right on the water. Super cool and great views. We started off with the toasted bread and butter and the devil crab croquet. Not a fan - full of crab but the flavors didn't sit well and really needed some type of sauce to pair with it - we only had hot sauce. The original salad - is a must we shared it across four. It's made table side has cheese and olives in it and was really good. We got ours with a side of shrimp. Main courses - Cuban - it's a classic sandwhich which we shared. Comes with fried plantains which were ok. Again would have been better with some kind of sauce to dip it in. Steak Salteado - good flavor l, was expecting thin sliced steak and it was more like stew meat. Paired with rice and was good. Palomilla - would be better as the sandwhich version. Again this one needed a sauce for dipping. Shrimp "Al Ajillo" - this is a must and the oil garlic mix is perfect for dipping you toasted bread.
