When I did go back to the appointment area, I noticed how unclean it was. While talking with the tech I pulled a long hair from the towel covering the pillow. The tech apologies but doesn't change the towel... Despite my better judgment, I lay down anyway. It smelled like cigarette smoke. While my eyebrow tint was setting, I made the mistake of taking a closer look at the towel I was laying on... I saw a lash extension (I was not getting my lashes done). I also found a few more blonde and brown hairs (my hair is black). I felt disgusting the remaining appointment. 3. If that wasn't enough, my eyebrows turned out to be the dreaded "90s sprem shape" I'm so upset!

Nothing new to report as far as that goes on that front. Customer service was good and no complaints. The product I purchased was a deodorant called Milk & Honey. The deodorant was extra strength and hasn't disappointed in any kind of failure in protection there. The fragrance I purchased was Lemon and Vanilla which is subtle and pleasant. Good, quality deodorant and the plastic applicator works just fine versus my last experience with an Ulta store which really had nothing to do with the store but a different brand of deodorant with a tedious and dysfunctional applicator.
