Stopped by on a Wednesday morning before attending a meeting upstairs. It is located on the first floor in the little food court of the Dole Cannery building. Staff was kind and service was good. A little pricey, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary for a local coffee shop. I ordered an iced mocha with soy milk. It was good, but nothing spectacular. Had to give it a good stir since there was a lot of mocha sauce left at the bottom of the cup (also kinda common with iced mochas). If I ever go back I may try one of their specialty drinks instead. I don't think I would go there for the coffee shop itself, but definitely would go again if I was already there for something else!
Fred is the owner and he is so kind and knowledgeable about coffee. I ordered a latte and americano and they were both so smooth and delicious. I hate when coffee is bitter or too acidic, but because of the way Fred air roasts the coffee beans , the beans are fragrant and not at all bitter and inedible. The coffee shop is located in the dole cannery so it's a little obscure, but definitely worth stopping by! Very clean and quaint.

New location and it looks great. I ordered the Bullet which is their signature coffee. The young woman asked if I wanted "collagen" added, "Huh? Am I getting a facial?" No, thanks. I went to use the bathroom and when I returned, it was ready. I don't know...the coffee was bitter and didn't taste the way it was described: drip coffee, ghee, coconut MCT oil, and vanilla. I didn't even finish it. I thought maybe drinking it with my malasadas would help but it didn't. Not sure if I'd come back. Cute shop though.
This local supports local... Located in Dole Cannery across from the theaters one of many tenants in their food court is this delightful shop I believe is once occupied at the Ohana Hale Marketplace. Though I was craving for some coffee after an early morning appointment I couldn't resist the fact that they had matcha as well. Greeted by a delightful lady she crafted my iced matcha with almond milk perfectly and loved that bite matcha is classically known for and that it wasn't too sweet as well. Not just in latte form they also have their famous freeze which is their blended drink but as I waited for my drink I noticed that they have "Tokyo Cold Brew Float" as well since they do have soft serve affogato as well...ooooo!!!! This cozy shop is a delight as their decor does scream all things coffee but this food court setting is quite sad as the location makes it more for neighboring folks who frequents nevertheless seems to be thriving as what they serve is drink made with pride and love it since it's not overly crowded like the mall. I will be back for the float and can see why many do so as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with this drink. It was primarily ice that was then topped with soft serve and very little coffee. Came across this coffee shop inside the mall across from Costco. They have macadamia nut milk which I have been looking for all over the island! The worker/ owner is very nice and gave great suggestions. I got 2 matchas and a latte and they all taste great! I prefer macadamia nut with my Matcha, it might taste a little water down I with latte if you are not used to it. But if you are normally an almond milk lover, you would like it better w Mac nut milk.
Every single time I come home, this place is visited at least 3-5x. We love their coffee. It's toasted fresh every single day and you can absolutely taste the difference. I'm a HUGE fan of the bullet proof with mocha collagen so that tends to be my order. My sister is obsessed with the chai latte and the matcha latte isn't far behind if you're looking for something with a bit less caffeine. It is located inside the Dole Cannery which is full of history and stories. It's where pineapple used to be canned back in the day but now serves as a cool indoor/outdoor plaza with food and shops. The owner Fred is also there quite often and he is just a gem! We love bumping into him when he's here and he'll answer any coffee questions you might have. Sometimes it gets busy depending on what time you go, it might take a bit long but I'm telling you it's 110% worth it!
I'm visiting from Cali and I Just had the greatest coffee from the island. I ordered the Kona Freeze and it was absolute magic. The owner was very knowledgeable about coffee, and overall gave me and my family the greatest service. Gave us samples of their macadamia milk. He also was so kind and gave my twins a free dole whip sample. Thank you for your outstanding service. See you on our next trip in Oahu. Mahalo
You can smell the fresh roasted coffee beans as soon as you walk into Dole Cannery. If your not a coffee drinker, they have great options for iced or hot tea's. This time, I got the ginger tea, very overwhelming on the ginger, but the chai tea is delicious. I also got the yellow muffin which was very delicious. Service is friendly and fast.

This coffee shop is a small corner establishment in the Dole Cannery. I noticed it because of all the lights inside and decided to stop by. The Tokyo cold brew float caught my eye on their menu board so I decided to try it...definitely not disappointed! This drink is layered with soft serve ice cream, ice, and cold brew; it's a creamy and refreshing drink especially when it's hot. Service: 5/5, friendly and efficient.

Refreshing beverage in Honolulu, Hawaii... Strolling through the spacious and clean Dole Cannery Food Court, we came across Hawaiian Fresh Roast. It's located near Subway and 'Ōlena on the ground level. We saw the photos of the latte art, but it's usually done on hot beverages. When it's 77°F, we would rather have an iced matcha latte, please! Our barista cashier was very pleasant and efficient! Thanks for the great service and wonderful drink! We enjoyed looking at the coffee plantation memorabilia! read more

Super cute affordable coffee shop within Dole Cannery. Support local! The barista is very friendly and helpful with suggestions and prices are reasonable. Free parking in Dole cannery lot across the street above theaters with validation. The selections are fun and icy...coffee slushes, dole whip, ice cream, parfait, chocolate, baked goods and other yummy sweets. Perfect for a snack or just a little something while you hang out and meet with friends in the courtyard. There's plenty of seating and it's air conditioned inside. We ordered the coffee slush and dole whip for a pick me up on a Saturday. Very refreshing! We also purchased the Waialua chocolate just to sample and try! The factory located next door but no sales to public. Glad the coffee shop had it in stock! read more

Fred (the owner) is so friendly and knowledgeable! He let us taste the beans and explained his perfected process! I loved my pumpkin Kona freeze, it was blended perfectly with just the right amount of coffee, sweetness and ice My husband didn't love his Tokyo float unfortunately, there was more ice than anything. The ice cream sat on the ice and there was very little coffee in it. We were in a rush and the line was starting to grow on our way out. I'm sure if we had mentioned this to Fred he would have been more than accommodating to make it right. Great tasting espresso and coffee tho. 10/10 recommend for the service alone read more

If you're looking for great Italian style espresso at an affordable price this is the place! Conveniently located in town next to Costco. We got the caramel macchiato and a pumpkin pie iced latte. Great coffee and great staff! read more

Came here from the airport for a quick pick me up. It's located in the Dole cannery. Parking is across the street in the structure but they validated our parking for the first two hours. My wife got the dole whip, she loved it. "Better than the one from Disneyland", she says. I got the mocha flavored Kona freeze and it was delicious. Chocolate and coffee flavor came through very nicely without being too sweet. Service was quick and very friendly. Small shop but ample seating in the area in front of the storefront. Recommended for the drinks, especially the Kona freeze, if you looking for something quick. read more
What a refreshing treat, a Dole Whip at this small coffee shop in the food court located in the Old Dole factory building. Located across the parking lot from Costco, wander past several empty stores, down a corridor to an open area with numerous tables. Bathrooms are available if you ask for the code. It is located next to Subway and another restaurant. Look for the giant coffee grinder out front. All kinds of coffees we available too, but there is nothing better after a hot walk than a Dole Whip. read more

The lady that was working was so sweet. I was probably the first customer of the morning. I got the iced matcha latte add 2 shots of espresso and a chicken sandwich. The matcha was good. Not as sweet but they will make it more sweet if you ask. The chicken sandwich was different. Taste like curry. Pretty good! I'd definitely recommend a stop into this place if you find yourself in Dole Cannery. Not sure why you would since it's usually dead but it's a really cool spot. read more
You guys, the Kona freeze... WHAT in the world?! This is the greatest frozen coffee drink I've had in my life! I got this right off our flight arriving in Honolulu and not only did it save the day (after arriving from NYC), but the taste itself is out-of-this-world refreshing, like a massive blast of joy and energy and so perfectly sweet but not too sweet. Came back twice on our trip even with the 30 min drive from our hotel. Cannot wait to make this my arrival tradition. 5 stars!!!!! read more

Came here on a Saturday morning expecting it to be busy. It's located in Dole Cannery, so parking was a breeze. Just had to walk in to find their business. When I got there, I stood in line. Had like one more person in front of me. I overheard the owner, Fred, say that his employee called out sick last minute. I was like damn, that sucks. Anyway, he was running a one man show this morning. He took like 3 orders, then made their orders, then took another 3, & made them. So the wait was very long. BUT, the Kona Mocha Freeze was REALLY yummy! I could actually taste the espresso in it. I'm sure the wait wouldn't have been that long if he just had another person with him. He was a super nice guy. The only thing that I didn't see up when I went inside was a menu. I had no idea what to order, so I had to look on here for some options. I would come here again! read more

Pro tip: get the Japanese Syphon coffee - it's a extremely rare and special made to order coffee that you won't find anywhere else! Came here today to check out the mini food court inside what used to be a Sports Authority- this place did not disappoint! We ordered: 1 japanese syphon coffee 1 iced latte w/almond milk ~$16 A bit pricey but so worth it. The owner of the shop personally created and explained in front of us the japanese syphon coffee. It took about 5-10min and we were able to request 100% kona coffee. All the beans at this place start off in a unique contraption that airs them out (similar to a decanter but for coffee beans). Apparently this is the only machine in the entire US and what makes it stand out is how mellow and delicious the beans are even before they're made into coffee. I'll be stopping here again! read more

Stop by to try the Kona Freeze This didn't disappoint, the Kona coffee flavor was just right. Cool and refreshing. Great for a hot day, outside it was 90 degrees Friendly and fast service. Need a cool coffee fix this is the place Be safe and support local. read more
Overall, this place is a good spot. I ordered a mocha freeze and an iced espresso with a splash of whole milk. The mocha freeze was good, but was lacking "body" and was on the thinner side to the drink. The espresso was Kona Peaberry and that was delightful to sip on. It really packs a punch and the flavors were bright and fruity. Neil and Sung were of great service and provided the good recommendations. The atmosphere is chill and inviting. You walk up and then wait for your drink. The location is inside the Dole building to the right. read more

This was a nice little hole in the wall coffee shop! The first thing I noticed was how great the service is. The lady who took my order was very friendly, answering all of my questions and giving me recommendations. I got the japanese sychon, which was explained to me as a specially brewed roast that is a lot stronger than a regular roast. It was a bit pricey (over $7), but I figured I would try it since that seems to be their specialty. They have an assortment of coffee beans that you can choose from, and after she made the coffee she also gave me some in a small sample cup and suggested I try that first to see if it was too strong and if I wanted to add milk. I thought that was a really nice touch! The coffee itself was really smooth and tasted great, and they also have some lattes on the menu that I want to try so I will definitely be back! read more
Tried coffee, pretty good. Definitely worh a try The tiramisu was the VIP of the visit. It was tasty, different textures, not too sweet but clear coffee and chocolate flavors. Well priced at under $4 considering it's in a glass container Also got a cookie, which was also tasty and nice value. (Although not sure if it's homemade) read more

Not gonna lie. I rarely have the cold drinks that I think masquerade as coffee but thought I'd try the Kona freeze. It's so very yummy! It's not overly sweet. Creamy. And I can taste the coffee which is yummy. And the service was welcoming. I didn't feel rushed. read more

One of the better chai lattes I've had on island! Quiet place with plenty of tables. Dole Cannery has WiFi, but no outlets, otherwise this spot would make for the perfect study/work spot! read more
