I love Hawaiian Kitchen. It's been one of my go-to spots for a while now whenever I want a solid & nourishing meal that isn't notably unhealthy. I usually get their BBQ Beef & Chicken combo and it always hits. The chicken & beef are sooo soft and grilled nicely with a sweet/salty glaze. The broccoli is steamed and salted which I much prefer over some mushy boiled broccoli as this one's got a little bite to it. Their steamed rice perfectly balances the flavors and the macaroni salad is so good and made in house. Also, their rice sauce is an elite sauce, haven't had anything like it elsewhere and it is so flavorful that I always ask for extras. I've also had their spam musubi: salty fatty spam, soft rice, a little sweet glaze wrapped in nori, very tasty; I usually save one for later. I've also had their calamari which is perfectly cooked every time. Hot, a crispy outer crust, and the actual squid is really soft and easy to chew, their paired sweet thai chili has cilantro in it which is a nice touch. Whether it's authentic or not doesn't matter to me, I always have a good meal here.

I wish I could remember the exact protein in this Poke bowl but it was a chef suggestion that I loved!

I am so happy with Hawaiian Kitchen. The clean and fresh flavors never disappoint. I'm now on a mission to try every Poke bowl combination. I cannot wait to return!

Wow! Freshly made dishes. The Hawaiian Sauce- you could put that on a flip flop and I'd eat it!! Fresh veggies. Carefully diced chicken breast. And I'm 80% certain they put crack in this Hawaiian pasta salad. Dumplings were fresh and they added a hint of sugar to the bottom, so it's caramelized in the pan. Perfection.

I ordered from Hawaiian Kitchen on UberEats, so I can't comment on the service or ambiance at the actual restaurant. They were running a BOGO free deal on a few items, so I decided to order two of the Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Poke Bowl. The chicken itself wasn't anything special, and was a bit tough if anything. However, the rest of the toppings were pretty good. It was a satisfying meal and seemed healthy overall.

Food choices are good, gad the Tuna & Salmon Bowl. At first thought not enough, but was pleasantly surprised how I was full afterwards. Tasty and fresh.

Idk why but i had my eye on the spam musubi for awhile and i don't even like pork - seriously. But there was just something about it that had me wanting to try it. And so weeks later i finally caved in and ordered. The verdict : spam musibi - a tad bit salty for me. However it def doesn't disappoint in the filling me up department. It was rolled in a ton of rice and i think it had some teriyaki sauce in the middle. It was surprisingly GOOD. Chicken tenders looked huge. I mean, it was. Chicken, shrimp & steak combo was yummy. It came w a side of broccoli and macaroni salad - which did not disappoint. I give it a thumbs up. My hub devoured his Salmon & chicken combo. He said it wasn't bad. Just reminded him of Hibachi style food. I just think the food to price ratio is off. Def on the pricier side for the amount of food you get, if you're asking me. Overall would definitely order again!

Tofu side order fair cost $5.00

Stopped at Hawaiian Kitchen in Bethpage to see if they had something different to eat. The energetic lady took my order of the lunch specials which came with a side of white rice with soy sauce and macaroni salad. I chose a chicken and beef, only after did I see the outside sign that notes they have short ribs. I noted they had some specials were tofu was listed. I was able to order a side and paid a fair price of $5.00 for it. Well it wasn't something different to eat but, the chicken had fairly big chunks and there were some beef chunks too. It was a spall container of three dividers and I guess adequate for a lunch portion.

They have many menu options ranging from preset poke bowls, to make your own, combo meals, and mini meals. Drinks are about $2.50 a piece, and a wide variety of Hawaiian Sun, casual soda. I was tempted to get the mini meal since I don't eat a lot, but I ultimately caved and decided to get the combo meal since I wanted to try the Kailua pork too. The verdict? The Kailua pork was a little too salty for me, it comes mixed with like cabbage or lettuce, and overall very mushy which I didn't mind. However the Chicken Katsu came with a bbq type sauce and everyone thought the sauce was delicious. My fiance ordered the bbq mix which included the bbq chicken, beef, and short ribs and I thought the beef was so yummy. The portion size was big. All the combos come with either 1-2 scoops of rice and macaroni salad. My meal was pretty perfect for 2 whole meals for me. I ate the katsu with my leftover rice for breakfast the next morning! The food comes in takeout containers which makes it very easy for you to take to go if you don't finish. I might have to come back and try the poke next time...

They have pre made bowls or you can build your own which is my fav! The place clean and cute and of course, packed and full of life. The staff upbeat and friendly which is what we love! Unfortunately I had to give them one less star for this rating (compared to my previous 5 star) because their bubble tea changed, not only their packaging but their quality. The cup felt flimsy, like if you squeeze too hard might pop the cover off, no big deal if the actual drink is great, then you bypass this BUT unfortunately this has to be one of the saddest bubble tea drinks I've had in a while. The drink was warm!!! Ugh, the ice was added last so therefore it melted immediately and so by the time it got to me, warm... I'm like ok I can add ice at home lol .. I had the mango and my boyfriend the peach. Both flavors were good, but both warm with ice is just not the same. We had it with tapioca bubbles and mango/peach popping boba. The popping boba was good but the tapioca pearls were SOOO HARD and a weird orange see through color so either they weren't ready or they were old! They were so hard they kept clogging our straw and couldn't sip our drink... everything about it was just a disappointment, I was so sad because I've been going there for years and I've loved their bubble tea and never had that problem! Anyway, go for food, skip their bubble tea.

The menu had mostly Hawaiian options to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I had the customizable poke bowl ($15.95). There was a number of different options to choose from with different proteins, toppings, sauces, etc. I had a base of brown rice with avocado, cucumber, sweet corn, edamame, mango, ahi tuna, spicy mayo, ginger, wasabi, jalapeno, green onion, and cilantro. This was nicely done. Everything appeared fresh and it was a good size portion. I would have just liked to seen a little more ahi tuna present, but besides that, very pleasant and filling. I also had the spam musubi ($2.95) and a side of macaroni salad ($3.95). The musubi was okay. It was a little dry. There needed to be more sauce present. The macaroni salad was a heaping portion, and it was tasty. There looked like a lot of mayonnaise present, but it was not too overpowerful as some type of sugar seemed to be incorporated to balance it out. Regardless of what it was, the salad was flavorful. Will I go back? I would.
