After we arrived and unpacked we made a quick trip to nearby grocery store were we bought everything we needed for a weekend. We actually even ran into the owners at the grocery store. They are very friendly and always make it clear that if you need anything to ask them and they will provide. The cabins are far enough from the main road that you aren't bothered from the small town traffic noise and spaced out enough that you feel like its just you and your cabin in the middle of the woods. We stayed at one of their pet friendly cabins and I brought along with me my German Shepherd. We already are planning on returning this year in fall/winter time with a couple of friends, can't wait!

We had booked on AirBnB and are familiar with that process. The check in instructions on the app and in the email said to contact the host for check in instructions. We sent a message to them on the app and got no response. We called their phone number shown on their listing. It is not an operational number. We ended up having to call the AirBnB customer service number. They were also unable to get ahold of the host. AirBnB refunded our money and we had to check into a motel nearby. It was a long frustrating night.

The kitchen has all the basics for eating in your room. The lawn (real grass BTW) is such a great space for hanging out. Mini Golf, Axe Throwing, Four In A Row, Cornhole and more! We travel a lot and rarely stay anywhere more than once but we have stayed here multiple times and recommend it to everyone!

I filed a CORPORATE COMPLAINT WITH HEADQUARTERS and they did nothing since I didnt speak to management. Why they dont have another sweet especially didnt have a balcony. I couldnt stay anywhere else as my mom was staying here as well for her upcoming surgery. There was nothing the property management could have done! But what you can do is not advertise a suite with a balcony that you dont have the suite is cold and univiting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Carpet has stains on it and the bedspread is worn and needs replaced. The mattress has indentations on both sides. The parking lot has huge potholes and being on a motorcycle it's tough to maneuver around them. On the plus side the staff was helpful and the area around the hotel is pretty with all the trees. If I come to this area again I'll stay in Showlow and not here.

We chose this place because of the amenities they had, given we had our 4 year old with us too! What caught my eye before purchasing was the mini golf and chess game provided to guests. I thought this would be great for my 4 year old to have something to do! Check in was easy, especially given we had reservations prior. Keep in mind there is a $200 deposit/hold when you arrive and a nightly fee of $14. The staff were very friendly and sweet! From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, they were always so helpful! Couldn't ask for better customer service! We were assigned to cabin 5, the deluxe. We were amazed by the cleanliness and the size of our cabin! It felt like a home! The cabin had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen. The inside was very modern, freshly painted, and decorated so nicely! The patio was perfect, which also had a bbq grill and seating! It was so nice enjoying the weather from the patio! My fave part of this stay, which is most important, were the beds! They were sooooo comfortable and so clean and the pillows felt like we were like lying on a little piece of heaven! We all slept so good the nights we stayed! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the amenities as I hoped because we spent a lot of our time at the lakes and site seeing. Although, our cabin was right in front of the mini golf, which was nice. We got to see other guests play from time to time. Overall, PVC at the Roundhouse Resort was beyond our expectations! Pluses- cabins are pretty, well laid out, clean, comfortable and warm. Every 2 units shares a bbq and picnic table. All units have a comfortable front porch with a table and 2 chairs plus a bench. We had read there was a pool and exercise area but they are no longer available. The units are supposed to have a fireplace but they do not. This is a 20-unit property and has no activities.

It even had a kitchenette and a pretty well sized bathroom! I wouldn't recommend more than 2 folks staying inside, it's pretty narrow and you're limited on where you can put your belongings. The camp grounds had lots to offer, you can build your own campfire or visit the game shack. The coffee shop on site, Cyclelogical Coffee, has an excellent breakfast menu. I can't think of a better spot to stay in Pine Top, I'll surely visit again.

Tried to be nice and reported them to the front desk as "missing" and that they if they were "found" to place them back on the desk. The AirPods did not reappear, so if you stay at the Green Tree inn, make sure you don't leave any valuables in the room. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Would have rated this place higher if the AirPods weren't stolen.

The first morning I went to shower and found this washcloth (picture attached) in the shower + a piece of used TP at the top of the shower (right when you get in). I went to go put some ice packs in the freezer and there were two old waffles left in the freezer (picture attached). It seems like their housekeepers did a quick turnover and missed some MAJOR things. I honestly don't know if I would ever stay here again since I am pretty grossed out by the experience. When we checked out there was no one at the front so we were unable to speak to anyone about this. Hopefully they can make sure their housekeepers do a better job in the future.
