I called Earl on a Monday morning, arrived at his place 15 min later and he went straight to work on it. He determined it was overcharged by the very hot discharge line and fans running crazy hard. He recovered the charge, did a light evacuation, then put in the proper amount of refrigerant. He was done in 30 minutes. $100. Front axle conversion to a Dana 60, Dynatrac solid ball joints, Timken Wheel bearings, Eaton truetrac differential and 4.88 gears new u-joints. Transfer case fluid change. Install of 8 piston brakes all around with stainless steel lines from SSBC. Coming back for for a BDS 10" Lift, Fox Struts and longer SS Brake lines. Possibly a PCS Steering Ram assist I highly recommend them. They have a customer for life now.

Apparently it is much tougher than others when it comes to permits, and it ended up requiring a lot more paperwork and extra effort than he expected. Even with all that, Cyrus stuck to his original quote and never tried to charge us more, which we really appreciated. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. They also worked hard to finish ahead of the timeline they originally gave us. Inspection passed with no issues, and now we've been using the AC for months with zero problems.
