The cashier was really friendly and the food came out quick. I probably should have gotten a drink, but I got the Everything Bagel with Basil Tomato. I wanted a savory snack, but I got a somewhat sweet meal. The basil tomato cream tasted like there was sugar in it so that threw me off plus the everything bagel did not really taste like an everything bagel. I kinda wished I tried some of their other unique drinks/latte. --Capacity-- Plenty of open spaces and tables. I would say the cafe can hold 20 people in capacity. It's spacious enough to sit down and get some work done, although it's not necessarily my favorite study environment because the space is a little dark and makes me feel sleepy. That being said, the Duluth Town Green area feels much more lively and community-oriented now, and I kind of love her!! There's definitely more to do around here these days, which makes this a nice place to stop by while you're in the area. My sister is a major coffee girl, and she loves all of The Alchemist locations. After this visit, I understand why.

Some can be runny, while others make it thick or creamy. Sometimes it's more savory, other times it's sweet. This is perfectly drinkable, especially when mixed with the rest of the drink. It's got a nice nutty sweetness that plays really well with the matcha! The matcha is decent quality too. Their Lavender Azure seasonal drink is also quite nice. It's a bit more subtle with lavender, which is fine bc some people find the taste overpoweringly floral, but you can taste the blueberry. It's a good balance for me, though I would've liked more floral notes. The food? Good! The bowl is very filling, but the main item that really got me was the Chicken 65 wrap. I got it hot with oat milk so it's creamy, nutty and it doesn't even feel like I'm drinking coffee - which can be dangerous. I got a second one to go before I left. I also had a croissant which is very reasonably priced at $3. I'm not much of a sweets person so depending on the next time I'm in, I'd be curious to try their croffle - I still haven't had one yet in general.
