The Haywood Cafe is the BEST place to watch NFL Games on Sunday in Keystone, before you drive home. They have NFL Sunday Ticket and have 30 flat screens throughout the bar. Most importantly, you can tune a table receiver to the game you are watching, to be able to hear the play by play....very nice. The service is lightening fast and the food is surprisingly tasty. When we were there, they had a $2 Rolling Rock and $1 Pint specials going on. They serve breakfast and lunch staples and also have a mean Hot Wings setup. Not to forget, they have an awesome, and I mean awesome, arcade in the back. And I mean, awesome. All the the old school machines that will take you back, and they only cost a quarter! Another bonus is their internet cafe. First 10 minutes are free. There are printers available, for $1 a page or something like that, so you can print out your boarding passes before driving home through the Eisenhower Tunnel (see Review). The Haywood Cafe is where we go after a quick morning sesh at Key when our teams are playing the afternoon games or the late games. It helps you avoid traffic and it's a great environment as there are always people rooting for every team playing. read more

We ordered biscuits and gravy, Rocky Mountain omelette, BBQ sandwich, and cheesesteak. All were PHENOMENAL!! Haven't had food this good in a LONG time. We were all extremely satisfied. Service was great as well. read more

Great food! Great service! One minor suggestion: it is freezing inside because they leave the front door open. Experience would have been amazing had the door been closed. read more

The food was good (the corned beef hash was excellent). The atmosphere was "meh", although I like being able to get a speaker for your table to listen to the games on the TVs. The service was, unfortunately, underwhelming. Good food, fair prices, I'd go back again. read more

The food here was awesome, the Ritz and Gravy are to die for, ate it white looking down Loveland Pass and everything was just amazing. Recommend to get it to go, drive up 10 minutes to Loveland Pass and eat it there. read more

Great all around. From the host to our waiter to the food everything was wonderful and delicious. Big portions reasonable prices . definitely go here. They kept the coffee coming and even asked if we wanted one to go read more

All things considered this place was top-notch. It's takeout only because of the virus which is very hard to do with breakfast. Ordering on the phone was easy and friendly. The food was ready exactly when they said it would be and it was and a flawless delivery. The omelettes were good and the potatoes were also cooked to perfection. Out of the few places we found up here in Keystone this one so far is the best! read more

Best meal of my trip to Keystone! I had a salad and tea for lunch. Fresh ingredients and great service. Also great parking lot patio seating for COVID times. Definitely would eat here again. read more

The corned beef hash and eggs was perhaps the most delicious I've ever had. Staff were super friendly and hustling, Jake at the bar was awesome. read more

Four words: Bacon. Infused. Bloody. Mary. Seriously one of the best Bloody Marys I've ever had, and I make my own at home - no premade mixes allowed! - so I'm pretty picky. But hey, if you want a 'regular' Bloody Mary, go during happy hour, because their happy hour deals are awesome! I also had the turkey reuben and fries, both of which were really good and affordable. Service was prompt, restaurant was clean, and it's walking distance from River Run if you need it to be. Considering the much pricier (and no, not *better*) options in the village, this place is great. read more

Loved the crabby Benedict! Coffee was good too. Great stop for breakfast in Keystone.

A great place for breakfast near the Keystone resort. The staff was helpful, fast, and friendly. We ate there twice while skiing in the area. read more

Love this place! We always come here as a first choice as we live in Montezuma, so it's just a few minutes away. Always inviting and smells good when you walk in. Occasionally when they are busy, the staff is very diligent in getting people seated. Always great food! And drinks too! I enjoy the friendly inviting atmosphere as well as the local decor from summit county. If you do come here, get the porker omelette or the chicken fried steak! Can't beat it! read more

We ordered the popper omelet and biscuits and gravy and the food and service was great. I would definitely recommend this for breakfast/ brunch. read more

Great service from Austin :) He rocks! The bloody mary and burrito was also pretty rockin!

Good service, good food, good portion sizes. Nice atmosphere and decent wait time in September on a weekend. Would return for breakfast again! read more

We stop for breakfast or lunch in a regular basis when we go target shooting at the range in Keystone. Chad, Jake and their staff are always friendly and welcoming. They use all of the present protocols for a safe and healthy environment. The food is outstanding especially their cheese steak sandwich ( my sons favorite). I'm a breakfast for lunch guy and their Swiss eggs and eggs Benedict are worth the price of admission. ( just kidding) It's probably one of the best kept dining experiences in Keystone because I always see locals there having a great time. We highly recommend it. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped here to dine before our hike. We ordered a chicken fried steak and French toast to share, both dishes were delicious. We also got their special bacon infused vodka Bloody Mary, also very delicious. Besides the food, the service was outstanding. We sat at the bar area and the bartender was very attentive. Getting a table was nice and easy too. This was a pleasant experience compared to our awful service at Sunshine cafe the previous day. read more

Yum. Great Bloody Mary made on site. Excellent biscuits and gravy. French toast kids enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. read more

Their bacon bloody mary's are what they're kind of known for and they're pretty good. Coffee is always served hot, refills come by regularly, and the portions are more than generous. Breakfast is made to order and therefore fresh. I recommend the the corned beef hash and eggs or the Classic breakfast. Great place to start your morning before heading to the slopes. read more

Great food and even better service. Try the Elk Sausage sandwich and their fantastic Bloody Mary. read more

This cafe was recommended by a local fellow. Pleasantly surprised. Clean and lots of condiments for breakfast/lunch. Pleasant waiter, Kevin. I had the chicken club wrap, minus the ranch dressing and provolone cheese. Got the honey mustard dressing. It was DELICIOUS. Curly fries done just right. My husband had the Cuban sandwich. He also like his lunch and beer. read more

They aren't wrong to pride themselves in perfect poached eggs. The corn beef hash was a little salty but had a good flavor and there was a lot of it, more beef then potatoes. They make a delicious biscuit and their cheesy grits are definitely some of the best I've ever had. Plenty of seating and nice and sunny with lots of windows. read more

Always a great place for breakfast!! Look forward to coming here every year during our family ski trip!

There's nothing better than a good, hearty breakfast! Especially in Colorado, because you'll probably be hiking or skiing a short while later and you'll need some good energy. Haywood Cafe serves up the best in the area. We went two mornings in a row and decided to return because of the delicious food and to see our server Jason again. He was delightful and Haywood is lucky to have him! He brought us everything we wanted, our orders were correct both days we were there, he joked with us, and asked us how the wedding was that we attended the night before. He was personable and funny! It's hard to find good service and Haywood has it! As for the food...it was really great! Clean plates all around. If you are wondering about a side get the cheesy grits. They are dynamite! The menu has a great selection of benedicts, omelettes, and other staple breakfast items like french toast and biscuits and gravy. I had the "Sexy Mexy" benedict with chorizo and avocado. It was awesome and really filling! I also tried the french toast which had excellent cinnamon flavor. On day 2, I had a breakfast sandwich that was simple and yummy. I had coffee to drink but I was interested in their large drink menu (the bacon bloody mary, mimosas, Irish coffee all looked appealing). Hopefully we'll be back this winter! read more

I came here during off peak season, October. Haywood was half full on a Sunday as everyone was watching NFL football. I on the other hand came here for lunch, no beer, just lunch. My girlfriend told me the food was great here, she has a condo down the block, so we decided to get something for lunch. I didn't expect a burger, some wings and 2 diet cokes would cost $30.00. The food was par at best. My wings were sort of cold, small and tasted okay. But for 10 bucks, I expected more - more wings and more celery. Our server was great! He came around, introduced himself, took care of us just fine. Refilled out cokes a few times and made sure we were doing okay a few times as well. The wait staff has the chill, laid back, buddy buddy type service. This place is more bar than restaurant from my one experience. My girlfriends burger was just a burger, nothing special and it was still good. I do plan to come back for breakfast, since they serve it all day and I have heard they do better for breakfast. I was not completely disappointed, but I was not excited about my experience. I left wishing Haywood was better. read more

This place is fantastic. Their breakfast burrito is smothered in pork green chili is amazing. My girls were very happy with the French toast. The service is also great! I will definitely be going back. read more

Great for both breakfast and lunch! Great bloody Mary's and good sized portions! Gyros were a bit dry but I ordered more tzatziki sauce and it was perfect! Taco salad is also HUGE but delicious! Worth the trip! read more

Visiting Colorado from Philly and wanted a classic diner breakfast after skiing the past couple days and only eating cliff bars and progresso soup. This place definitely delivered. I got the Rocky Mountain omelette with a side of grits and an order of French Toast... I was pretty hungry. The omelette was spot on and the elk sausage was real nice. The French toast was pretty dry and just tasted like nutmeg and cinnamon, so not bad but could've been better. Our server was very nice and attentive. Like the last review I just wrote, I'm giving this place an extra star because of the cute waitress. read more

Best mimosas and eggs Benedict's! Staff is always kind! The best curly fries I've ever had.

Great friendly service...love their country fried steak! Eggs Benedict is also terrific!

The first day the server forgot one of our meals. The second morning the hostess let two people she clearly knew ahead of everyone waiting for a table during the breakfast rush. There was a older couple in front of us waiting for a 2 top and us with our baby waiting for a two top as well. We couldn't believe she just let her friends in front of us. Super disappointing. read more

This spot is the bomb! The city is unfair to these poor guys so I say bring them business and tip these awesome servers. I had the breakfast sandwich with egg and ham over wheat toast..delish. My kids ordered the French toast which they could have shared and their mimosas were generous. Since these guys are so spread out on seating (10ft ) ridiculous you'll have to wait for a table read more

Great lunch place while in the Keystone area! Attentive service and tasty food! Amazing taco salad! Kids and adults alike loved their chicken tenders. So much food, too. Only thing that could've been improved was the coffee - not very warm. I'd go back in a heartbeat. read more

Best eggs Benedict. We got the corned beef hash Benedict and will never be able to have eggs Benedict elsewhere. The side of fruit was fresh cut and generous. They sat all the locals and offered to break up groups at different tables but we were there first and just basically ignored our family of 5. Three adults and two little kids. Nobody took our name or seemed interested in trying to help us. Rude. Rude. Rude. read more
