Mostly routine cleanings until recently when I needed a filling and honestly, it was the easiest dental experience I've had. Let's just say: bite rest pillow, cheek separator thing, and some kind of magical injection technique where I didn't even realize I'd already been poked. Dr. Kim is easy to talk to and never pushy. My family has been seeing Dr. Kim for 3+ years. He is an amazing dentist who thoroughly explains what is going on and takes extra time to do cleanings. My teeth look so good after each visit, especially since I have a lot of staining from tea/coffee. He is also very conservative in recommending procedures and discuss/make recommendations rather than push patients into doing procedures. Robyn at the front desk is also very helpful and sweet. This is the best experience with a dentist I have had in my entire life. Mimi is so warm and welcoming, and Dr Kim is a Miracle worker. I was so afraid to have a deep root cleaning after a long gap between going to the dentist. I was also afraid of being judged because I'm pretty fearful of dental work lol. But today, I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I felt no pain. I was treated respectfully and with true care as a human being. I am seeing my teeth look great for the first time in a LONG time. Thank you both for an amazing journey back to my teeth being something I can be proud of. Dr. Kim changed how my family sees dental care. I hadn't been to a dentist in over XX years because of bad experiences (it would be embarrassing to say exactly how long!). Dr. Kim is kind and patient, and he makes us feel comfortable. He's great with kids, and now my three children understand why going to the dentist is important. They don't have the fears I did. Dr. Kim treats his patients like family. He educates and informs without any judgment--even when I ask questions I once felt embarrassed to ask. We have been looking for a good dental clinic for a while. We were so happy to find Dr. Kim! He is patient with us and very accommodating. The clinic has a nice vibe to it as well. Dr. Kim is so amazing. We've been looking for family dental and he's so patient and gentle with my kids 2 yo and 4 yo so they didn't get afraid nor nervous. Dr Kim explains the process one by one so the kids were aware of what he's doing. My son has 3 little cavities but he's not pushing for big services ie anesthesia. Extremely disappointed with this practice, my teeth look worse, not better. Dr. Kim appears only interested in performing expensive procedures, general fillings, and particularly cleanings, seem to be beneath him. Dr. Kim did a very bad job of cleaning my teeth, they were still dirty after a rushed 15 min., when I had an hour appointment. Dr. Kim left me sitting for 35 mins, then rushed the job, I lost a filling the next day! This practice is money driven first and foremost, if they don't like your insurance, they will push you out. I found Dr. Kim to be passive-aggressive, and not entirely truthful about a procedure I inquired about. It was obvious they did not want my business, not enough money in it. Dr.Josh is a real pro. Very kind and o get the clear message that he cares about my teeth.

Dr. Kim, in my opinion, is a mediocre dentist, who appeared more interested in money than patient care. Kim and his receptionist (wife) performed an Insurance Biopsy, and found it not to their liking. My treatment was mediocre, apathetic, disrespectful and mendacious. Kim did not want my business, too much work, but not enough Dollars. Absolutely vile behavior from a "professional." An awful and traumatic experience. read more

Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about dental concerns. I had a crown done and routine exams, and he explains the xrays in such a way where you as the patient can make an informed decision together with him as the professional. Well I just want to start off by saying wow. I'm a very anxious person who has her husband with her 24/7 when she gets nervous but being at this dentist, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. VERY DISAPOINTED AND MISSING MORE TEETH From the initial review till now I have had to change my posting as when I went in for the third time of service they scheduled a cleaning that I wan not aware of, I though my teeth that needed crowns were going to be done and with the limited amount of dental insurance I have I did not want to use limited insurance money on cleaning as I needed the crowns. Also the filling that was done before had cracked and a piece of my tooth chipped off that Dr. Kim had done a filling on, when I went in he said it was not an issue (this was during the cleaning I had walked out from) After that the tooth next to the one that had just chipped broke my other tooth, one of the teeth that needed a crown. When I called to schedule an appointment in late December I was told to find another dentist (I should have listened then and found another dentist) Now both of the teeth that needed crows are past any treatment and need to be removed as they finally called me in for a quick charge to my insurance 5 month later. (I was very put off being told to find another dentist for no reason that was explained) (Previous Post before all the ISSUES) Dr. Kim is an amazing dentist he answered then explained all of the questions I had as well as a through explination of my current dental issues. This is after my second visit where he was fantastic as well. I have personally been afraid to go to the dentist after past expirences. Dr. Kim is great! I've seen him now for two routine cleanings and each was great. The first one was the first time I'd been to the dentist in a few years. Dr. Kim did my xrays and cleaning himself. He explained everything I was looking at and made me actually understand what was going on with my teeth. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and I like that he's younger and seems to be using new and current techniques. I walked out of that appointment feeling more confident in my teeth and my dental health. My second cleaning was very quick and routine. Josh and his crew are hands down the best. No one likes to go to the dentist. From the moment you walk in they make you feel comfortable. Josh explains exactly what he is doing. I recently moved to the area, and was having some tooth pain. I reached out to the office. The service I received was above and beyond any I had ever had before. Mimi the front desk gal actually moved appointments around to squeeze me in to be seen! I was incredibly grateful and impressed. Dr. Kim was also very amazing. He explained everything to me as he was doing it. He put my mind at ease with the stellar communication.
