When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.

Max was amazing! Friendly, professional, and had great customer service. Note: my son went there last week to have line put on his new reel. He could have tried to up sale me and try to get me to purchase other things but he didn't. He also remembered my son and had nice things to say. I asked him some questions and he seemed very knowledgeable. Fixed the line on my son's reel for free. The store is pretty small and full of supplies. Parking is very limited. Wondering if those 5 Star Reviews are even real because the people leaving them have so few, if any other reviews. I can understand having a bad day, week, month, year, but this nonsense decades? For me, for anyone, to be wanting to be treated this incredibly badly, repeatedly is beyond me. For the high prices, shotty customer service, and recommendations always for the highest profit margin items, other places are far better.
