We decided to replace an older TV get an additional TV. Our original TV was integrated with other devices and we wanted to integrate the two new TVs and control them with our iPads. We decided to go with this company because of the great reviews it has. Diego visited our home on August 2, 2020 and after we explained what we wanted, he said that there was no problem as they could do all of it, including the programming. We were in for a huge surprise, after making a hole in the wall for cabling they hooked up the TVs. The second one needed a cable box, which we got immediately from Spectrum. They connected the box tying the cables the way not even a child would do. When we brought this up to Diego, he blamed us for doing this, as if we would be undoing a well-tied cable. The programming never worked because these guys are not professionals and have no idea what they are doing. After coming back three times, the integration did not work and the TVs were doing all kinds of funky things. On top of everything, they wanted to keep charging for programming time. We finally called a professional programmer who was able to fix the problem. We found his name online on the RTI website and he is an authorized and qualified programmer who was reasonable and polite. In summary, don't be impressed by so many positive reviews, these guys are only good to hook up your TVs; don't let them sell you any integration controllers because they CANNOT program them. Additionally, we still have to fix our wall. One of the most frustrating things is that they DO NOT return your phone calls; once they get you and you pay, you are dead to them. read more

Omar, who was here 6 years ago, came to fix it. We both pretty quickly agreed a new AVR was warranted. Today, he installed a Yamaha RX-A2A AVR, at a reasonable price. He wired the three devices directly to the TV and the sound from the TV on an optical cable to the DVR. This allows me to receive full video capability (including DOLBY VISION...WOW!) There were great! They mounted my TV without and problem and it's exactly what I wanted. When they ran into a problem, due to the construction of the home, they knew just what to do, had a plan, and got it mounted perfectly. Prior to my install I bought a TV, corner mount and HDMI Cables, pre labeled the cable ends with which device it was connecting to. They were on time and after a quick meeting about positioning and height had the tv up and cables routed in the wall. Incredibly frustrated. To preface and to be fair, I have used them once in the past and they installed my tv great and quickly. However, I got a new tv and looked to them again to install this new one. I was scheduled for noon-2pm, but they called around 12:30pm asking if 2-4pm worked. I gave the ok, but then no one ever ended up showing or calling or anything. I've already moved all my furniture out the way and set up everything just for them to not give me any notice. I was already frustrated this so I just decided to try and install the tv myself, but it turns out the dang tv I got recommends professional setup and I don't have a drill strong enough to get through a hard patch of stud so now I'm sitting here having wasted hours and my tv is still not setup. Although the latter part of my frustration isn't their fault, I'm putting it on them anyways, but it's the experience that you put the customer through that matters the most. Had your service members showed up when they were supposed to or AT LEAST have the decency to reschedule then I wouldn't have wasted all this time and about to blow a gasket b/c of how frustrated I am at all the wasted time and effort. Safe to say I will NEVER be going back to them. Who schedules to come out and then doesn't show up? read more
