Really good customer service from the moment I called to the moment they hung up the 65 inch tv. They did come in later than what we agreed on. More than that since it was a Saturday there reception was handled by someone who did not have access to where the technicians were and if they will be coming in late. All this was of course offset by the exceptional job by the technicians (Omar and one more person whose name I cant rem now). They handled the tv really well and made sure they cleaned up any little mess there might have been. All in all it was worth the money spent. Tony is magic! I'm so happy with how quickly they installed 3 televisions. I also needed a tv installed in my bathroom but there was no outlet close enough. He could have very easily said "no", that I needed to get an electrician in first - and I would have been happy to do that. But he went above and beyond by crawling into our attic to see if he could create a line from there and viola! I will be calling them back once I've decided how to do my backyard set up. Omar and Heder did a really great job despite having a slightly crazed client who was freaked out by her new technology. I upgraded to Spectrum Ultimate with Apple 4K boxes. The technology was new to them as well but they got everything up and running smoothly. I also have a home with two stories and thick mediterranean walls and thanks to HDH I have consistent fast wifi in every corner of my home. Highly recommend. Purchased a new TV at Best Buy & didn't want to wait 2 weeks for Geek Squad to mount it. Found HD Hookups on Yelp. Contacted them for an estimate, and was able to schedule an appointment. Wish I could give them ten stars!! I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to hiding cables and having excellent quality Dolby Surround Sound. I needed to move two TVs to different parts of a new home I have moved into. Both had to go on the wall, and required moving the cable outlet from opposing walls, and the installation of (hidden) electrical outlets. One of the TVs has four HDMI components, and Diego made excellent suggestions (on an initial consultative visit) on how best to make everything look clean and tidy. The two guys that arrived, Omar and Cezar, scoped the job quickly, and set about the install. Wow - amazing job - exceeded my expectations and they even re-programmed by Spectrum remotes to operate in a more efficient manner. HD Hookups installed a rather complex media system for us last January. Everything worked well until a week ago when we suddenly lost our streaming capability overnight. We called the company and learned our problem was the result of coding changes made by Apple TV. Within 2 days HD Hookups sent technician, Cesar, to deal with the problem, which was made more difficult because the nuanced settings on our remote had also been lost. Frankly, when I learned of the situation I became anxious that, starting from scratch, it might not be possible to regain the same functionality we originally paid for. However, Cesar worked diligently for over an hour, not only to restore our streaming capability but to actually improve system performance. He explained how sound quality could be enhanced and made those adjustments in addition to answering a few key questions about the use of Sonos. Now jets actually seem to fly over our heads, back doors seem to close from behind us and the volume range on my Sennheiser headphones has increased. Literally, everything about the system is better today than it has been since its initial installation last January. I recommend this company without hesitation for any media-related installation, repair, or upgrade work. For their exceptional service I would give more than 5 stars were it possible! read more

Doug came out and took a look at the house setup and provided insight and then quickly provided an estimate. I got a few other estimates as well but they just did it based off what I told them or had me send a couple of pictures. Doug took the time to come out to check things out and provide a quote. Because of this I figured it made the most sense to go with HD Hookups and I'm so glad I did. The installation team outlined how the 85 inch tv would look on the wall with tape for me to make sure it was where I wanted and they had me sit on the couch to make sure. They were spot on with where they thought it should be placed and I agreed. They then got all the speakers installed and hooked up to the receiver and calibrated the sound. Next they hung the 60 inch outside in the California room and showed me the outline of how it would look and again provided helpful insight for me to decide how high to mount it. Finally, they helped to get me all set up to access everything through the apps and provided a tutorial on how to work my new system. You can tell these guys know what they are doing and are very experienced. I called HD Hookup's main phone number on Monday, because my very complicated whole home audio / video / security system was not functioning. Diego, one of the owners answered the phone on the second ring. They were available for a service call the next day on Tuesday, between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. At 10:00 am Diego called me, and told me that he would be there at 10:30 am. I also received an automated text about his arrival time. Diego arrived promptly at 10:30 am. Diego took a good amount of time to analyze my system. He only then started to diagnose the problem, and one by one, solved each issue. I was happy that he didn't just try to tell me to get rid of my components and sell me something new. He gave me an honest opinion on what I have, told me it was very adequate, and fixed only what was necessary. We discussed upgrades only when I asked about them. One hour later everything was up and running, we reviewed each component to the system and insured all was working. Diego was polite, respectful, and very efficient.
