He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. They replaced the main panel, fixed in wall wiring issues for old wires and breakers that would short out bc it was too much on one circuit (for example the hair dryer being used in a bathroom would short out the breaker if someone used the microwave....sigh). They installed outdoor electrical to both a hot tub and a free standing island kitchen bar. Both of these projects were logistically difficult due to my recessed yard down a flight a stairs and my breaker box panel at the other end of the house and upstairs. Electrical work is not cheap but I see why. Theses guys were fairly priced. Not the cheapest but not the highest prices. Communicated well both prior to appointments and during the work to ensure I understood what needed to be done. I hope I dont need more electrical work but if I do, will use them again..

I had a couple of other companies come out for a quote - each had different approaches to repair/replace but they didn't seem confident they could fix the issue despite the cost and wanted to tear open walls and bypass existing outlets and switches. Enter Lowell. He was prompt to bid and was able to start relatively quickly. He didn't talk himself up and was realistic with expectations, but within a half hour, he found the issue and had the lights on and figured out a repair that wouldn't involve gutting plaster walls and tearing up concrete. He updated various outlets and even repaired a glitchy interior light switch. His years of experience, especially with older homes, is exactly what I was looking for and needed. And very pleasant to work with! We've had him repair some other things since and we've been super happy with the work and the costs are fair. Last year we had them take out our old leaky water heater and install a new tankless and that was also smooth and easy. They responded quickly, the technician gave us several choices and explained each one. We opted to upgrade to a new tankless water heater and that was a great choice. With 4 people who take long showers, its awesome to never run out of hot water. This time we had an issue with our AC and decided to give them a shot. The AC is about 10 years old so on the cusp of where we need to decide if its worth it to keep repairing it or if its time to replace it. They sent someone out the same day and we were very relieved that he didn't immediately push us to get a new system like 2 other companies did. He reviewed our options and the pros and cons of repair vs replace. It would be great to replace it but we aren't quite ready. The tech wasn't pushy at all and that was refreshing. We decided to repair it and wait until it's no longer worth repairing and he got us back up and running the same day. The price seemed pretty reasonable to get another 1 or 2 years of use. Overall we've now had multiple positive experiences and will continue to call them in the future.
