Absolutely incredible service! Went for a girls day with three kids and two adults. The nail techs were so sweet. The service was impeccable. Absolutely superior to any place I've ever gone.

This is after I added lotion to my feet in my car.

I will never return as the service as less than average. I chose a classic pedicure ($35). The salon offers 2 other levels. All 3 levels include the most basic pedicure service: cleaning, trimming of nails, callus remover, salt scrub and massage, hot towels, and "cooling" lotion. The other levels included an extra service: either a hot stone massage ($47) or a paraffin wax treatment ($58). As the young lady was completing my pedicure, she used a foot rasp/file after adding the gel 'callous' remover. I asked about the other foot file (the one has the holes like a cheese grater) and she said that I had to pay for the 2nd level service ($47 - hot stone included) in order for her to use that on the heels of my foot. I asked why the distinction was not made in the description or explained before I sat down as I am accustomed to larger foot file being used and then the yellow square to smooth away any rough patches, as well as a brush being used with a soap to "scrub and wash" the top of the feet and toes- this was not done at this salon. She continued to say it was extra. I explained that this is customary as a part of the service every other place that I have been to (and I have been to multiple) and that typically levels vary due to the additional service for hot stones or paraffin. Needless to say, they did not change their stance. We continued the service without the large foot file as I did not want the hot stone because I felt if I pay more it should be for a service that was described and that I wanted (it's 88 degrees today so no hot stone was desired). I pointed out that I still had polish on my pinky toes that was not removed initially (I was afraid to say anything until she started to polish and I realized she was not going to remove the old polish) and she then put on her glasses to 'see' what I was talking about. After my feet were rinsed and polished, I was put under the dryer. They sprayed my feet with the 'quick dry' spray after 8 minutes WITHOUT adding any lotion or oil or other moisturizer to my feet. As such, I left the salon with ashy feet - the heels and soles of my feet and ankles were streaked white from the water and 'cleanser' in the water. As such, I had to put on lotion once I got to my car. I would not recommend this salon as they do the minimal service. Additionally, I watched others ask for and/or be offered something to drink and receive bottled water and/or a cup of white wine. I asked if I could please have a bottle of water during and after the final polish of my feet but it was never provided. I would not recommend this salon as their customer service appears to be lacking as well. I hate that I wasted my money for a below average pedicure at an unfriendly salon.

Lumpy and uneven lines. Asked them to fix it, but they were incapable of making a nice, clean curve.

The polishes are old. The guy I had was really unhelpful and possibly unfriendly. Wasn't happy with final shape. Do not recommend.

Was not impressed. Nails were uneven, all products were old and seemed watered down (including nail polish).

I did not enjoy and would never ever recommend you buy a gift card that states what service. As I had ZERO idea what was paid at the time of the gift card purchased, I was in no position to argue. I had had the gift card three years but when I had gone in there to schedule a date..their schedule was always full or I was not in state. The spa service was good, front desk and their protocol was not. I would also encourage the owners to place on their discount that gift cards amounts be listed to the service and that changes to the cost should be negotiated upon arrival. As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine selling a service that has been paid for and then the person takes a third of the service away and still has to pay. A 30% gratuity is absolute nonsen...

The spa called the next day (as I made the appointment after they closed the day prior) and let me know that I could actually arrive just before my foot peel because I booked too much time in between services. I arrived and was greeted with an amazing smell, nice relaxing music and a friendly staff member. I filled out paperwork and the staff member showed me around. The space is extremely clean and very very well decorated. I waited a very short time in the relaxation area before Terry came to get me for my services. First we started with my eyebrows. Terry was extremely gentle and I almost fell asleep while she was tweezing my brows! She explained step by step of everything she was doing. Next she started my foot peel and covered all pertinent info with me. Lastly, Terry ended up checking me out and she provided her card in the event I had any questions or concerns. She gave fantastic service. Her touch and communication is definitely what I'm looking for when I visit any type of spa. Highly recommend!!
