WOW. I have been here about three visits now, and I will NOT be returning! Things were going okay, but today's visit consisted of me having my cuticles/tips of fingers cut not once, not twice, but 5 TIMES! The tech was very rough when handling my hands and fingers, and she also insisted for me to relax as if it were my fault that she was injuring me. I did not receive professional customer service and still had to pay for my service, even with the owner aware. Very disappointed! read more

Beware! I am shocked at their business practices. I have been a client since they opened but I won't be returning based on my last experience. The quality of service was poor (3 cuticles bled) and I was overcharged by $10. The lady that normally does my nails was on vacation. I didn't recognize any of the technicians with the exception of the man I was assigned to. When I questioned the price he argued that has been the price since June until I explained I had just been there 3 weeks prior and charged the lower amount. He then spoke to another tech in Vietnamese and she tried to back him up. I paid the requested amount but showed them the charge from my last appointment making it clear I will find a more reputable establishment for future appointments. I have been told if you are perceived as a tourist they increase the the prices. I couldn't believe that was true as I had always had positive experiences. Now I'm inclined to believe it. Their prices are ridiculous! They have very old and very few regular nail polish so I chose gel. I went to check out and a $15.00 charge was added to my already $47.00 pedicure . $62.00 for a pedicure ! Forget it ! Will never go back ! read more

We were able to do walk in pedicures on a Friday. Very friendly staff. The middle package was nice, but not overwhelming. So far the nails look nice after a couple of beach walks. read more

I gave the ladies a color to use on my nails and they did not even use it, the daughter was there and would not leave my group of friends and I alone to enjoy ourselves. Very very overpriced for bad nails and rude looks. The young daughter was climbing on me and yelling at my friends and I to play with her and if we politely said no, the mother would give us a bad look. As a teenager, I work for my money and I wanted to enjoy my Sunday getting my nails done with my friends and this experience was awful. Other costumers getting manicures and pedicures were looking at my friends and I in disbelief for the lack of control over the daughter. read more

I will never return as the service as less than average. I chose a classic pedicure ($35). The salon offers 2 other levels. All 3 levels include the most basic pedicure service: cleaning, trimming of nails, callus remover, salt scrub and massage, hot towels, and "cooling" lotion. The other levels included an extra service: either a hot stone massage ($47) or a paraffin wax treatment ($58). As the young lady was completing my pedicure, she used a foot rasp/file after adding the gel 'callous' remover. I asked about the other foot file (the one has the holes like a cheese grater) and she said that I had to pay for the 2nd level service ($47 - hot stone included) in order for her to use that on the heels of my foot. I asked why the distinction was not made in the description or explained before I sat down as I am accustomed to larger foot file being used and then the yellow square to smooth away any rough patches, as well as a brush being used with a soap to "scrub and wash" the top of the feet and toes- this was not done at this salon. She continued to say it was extra. I explained that this is customary as a part of the service every other place that I have been to (and I have been to multiple) and that typically levels vary due to the additional service for hot stones or paraffin. Needless to say, they did not change their stance. We continued the service without the large foot file as I did not want the hot stone because I felt if I pay more it should be for a service that was described and that I wanted (it's 88 degrees today so no hot stone was desired). I pointed out that I still had polish on my pinky toes that was not removed initially (I was afraid to say anything until she started to polish and I realized she was not going to remove the old polish) and she then put on her glasses to 'see' what I was talking about. After my feet were rinsed and polished, I was put under the dryer. They sprayed my feet with the 'quick dry' spray after 8 minutes WITHOUT adding any lotion or oil or other moisturizer to my feet. As such, I left the salon with ashy feet - the heels and soles of my feet and ankles were streaked white from the water and 'cleanser' in the water. As such, I had to put on lotion once I got to my car. I would not recommend this salon as they do the minimal service. Additionally, I watched others ask for and/or be offered something to drink and receive bottled water and/or a cup of white wine. I asked if I could please have a bottle of water during and after the final polish of my feet but it was never provided. I would not recommend this salon as their customer service appears to be lacking as well. I hate that I wasted my money for a below average pedicure at an unfriendly salon. read more

I asked for a new file and the lady started talking in her native tongue and walking away shaking her head. I would've paid extra bit why when they ate stopped to use a new one for each new client. So I decided not to and she just walked away with anger. read more

The entire experience was horrible!!! Not worth your time or money! The prices are reasonable, but not worth it. If you have to try it, do not ask for a French mani/pedi as they are incapable of this technique. read more

No way, don't go! Not a good experience. Rough....the guy that did my toenails.....HURT!! He rushed through my polish and he had long fingernails and they dug into my feet and toes. Don't waste your money. Unclean, no customer service, trimmed the skin on the side of my nails too much (they still hurt). Part of my group decided not to even go through with a mani because the pedicures took so long and the staff gave precedent to a woman who had just walked in over our group who called ahead and waited patiently. read more

Went with 3 girlfriends to get pedicures while on our girls beach weekend. We called and made appointments for a Friday afternoon in April and all got in together. We all loved our pedicures and several of us also got manicures and eyebrow waxing. The customer service was excellent! The eyebrow waxing even included a facial massage. Enjoyed my conversation with the nail technician. Great price and service! Will definitely come back. read more

I have been going to this salon for two years. Several times I have been getting a pedicure and i was left so a waxing could be done. I never minded this because it usually did not take long. I went in there the other day just for a lip wax and was told there was a 25 minute wait. I left to go find another place. Some days are good here and some days are not. I went here for a Brazilian wax. It was the WORST i have ever had in over 7 years! I don't think the woman even knew what she was doing. She bruised me in two places, went over the same place with wax multiple times which has now burnt me. Got wax stuck on me and scrubbed hard at me to get it off and split wax on me twice, with no apology for any of it. I was close to tears. I will NEVER go back again!!! read more

Walked in for pedi/mani. Was seated right away. The pedicure was awesome. Technician took her time and did a great job. The spa chair was also very relaxing. Ended up getting an eyebrow wax too. I must say this was the most relaxing eyebrow wax I've ever had. The manicure was soso but I don't really have much to work with when it comes to fingernails.
