We love and appreciate Whole Child Therapy!…read more We had a hard time finding a place that took both insurances we have one being a PPO and the other IEHP thankfully they take both! We called and spoke to Sophie and a couple other girls explained my situation about having to switch facilities and they helped me get into a therapist at the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. Ms Carmen! I can't say enough about her, She really takes her time to help with getting the kids comfortable with her my son is only 1 and Ms. Carmen gets on the floor and plays and make sure my son repeats words she says and really made him feel comfortable and special

The entire staff at Whole Child Therapy have changed our families' lives for the better! Our children are thriving because of the staff here! So happy our family found them and that they have been able to help us throughout our journey. They are always so helpful and do everything in their power to help children and the families alike. The management and staff also keep this facility very neat and clean which is highly important for many families and their children.

My son has been attending Leaps and Bounds for about a year now, and I can honestly say it's been…read moresuch a positive experience for our family. The front staff at the Norco location are always incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. I tend to ask a million questions, and they never make me feel like a bother, they always take the time to make sure my schedule is taken care of and that I have everything I need. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and truly invested in the kids they work with. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in such a supportive and positive space. I would highly recommend Leaps and Bounds to any parent looking for services like PT, OT, speech therapy, or any specialized support for their child. We've had nothing but a great experience!

I have had mostly positive experiences with other therapists; however, my experience with Courtney…read moreWyman was disappointing. I felt that she did not allow enough time for my child to transition and adjust before ending the session, and her manner felt rushed and harsh. As a parent, I suggested that next time my child be given a brief moment to finish cleaning up the toys, especially since there were still five minutes scheduled for parent discussion, which were not used. She did not acknowledge this suggestion and instead stated that she needed to end the session because she had another patient. At that time, our session had not yet ended, and there were still approximately three minutes remaining in the parent discussion period. I explained that allowing less than 30 seconds to clean up helps prevent triggering my child, as children on the spectrum can be very sensitive to abrupt transitions. Unfortunately, her response and facial expression felt cold and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I was disappointed by this experience, as I expected a higher level of patience and understanding from a professional working in this field. Effective therapy requires flexibility, empathy, and collaboration with parents, and I did not feel those qualities were demonstrated during this session.

He was having great difficulty in school academically and behaviorally. At home he had difficulty managing his impulsivity and behaviors. After coming here I saw an improvement in his grades and behaviors at school and at home. Coming here helped my son make great improvements in all areas. I decided to buy the equipment. He was no longer on the verge of being held back and was doing so much better in all areas without medication. Thank you Brain Boosters I appreciate all the help and time. Lauren Enriquez

After 2 weeks of training my youngest son started sleeping through the night. I also noticed a decrease in tantrums because he's better rested. Speech has improved a lot too. With my oldest (7 year old), his phobias decreased a lot. I really appreciate the friendly techs. Everyone there is so accommodating. Getting my youngest to stay seated was challanging in the beginning but we pulled through thanks to Bob and Marilyn's dogs. They allow my son's to play with the dogs as a reward after training. Today we no longer need to have the dogs help because they happily sit and know the drill. I hope to find more families benefit from Neurofeedback as mine has.
