My husband and I went today 8/2/26 to both get a 30 minute massage. The price was $50 each for a 30 minute massage. The lady had the audacity to tell my husband and I that it would be $100 total for the service, then said it would be $140 total which included tip. $20 tip each is outrageous and she was asking for it up front before our service. I told her she should not be TELLING ME the cost of the tip she expects and I said that asking for a tip prior to the service is rude. I politely told her we will not being getting a massge from the establishment and quickly exited the building. I highly do not recommend this place. read more

I wish the health department would check their linen to see if it is sanitized. The lady was in the room, prior to my entering it. When I got ready to leave, she just straightened out the base sheet. Alright, if you love being naked and exposed, go here. You can literally be naked in there. BUT they left a towel there to cover you. So what's the point of leaving it there when you're gonna be literally naked and exposed? Despite the bad reviews, I still went there because I really really needed a massage. It's really funny how while walking there, I called them ahead and asked if they have an availability. On the phone they said "no. Sorry. We don't have anything until 2pm today." After hanging up, I was like "f it I'm gonna go see if there's actually no appointments." I went in there, the old Chinese woman was trying to sell me out for 30minutes saying it's a lot cheaper. I still asked for an hour anyways, and she was basically mad? Oh you also gotta pay before going to get massages. Anyways, I paid with credit, THERE WAS NO PAPER NO NOTIFICATION NO ANNOUNCEMENT THAT IF I PAY WITH CREDIT, I WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA. When she led me to the room, GUYS I HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS A PEEP HOLE ON THE DOOR. Got ready, laid down. She came in, SHE STRIPPED MY F TOWELS OFF. The cloth was burning and she just placed right on my back then, she squirted oil on my body and left to get her phone to turn on music??? :D ??? Onto massage, first of all, if you can't reach certain area to massage, PLEASE MOVE TO OR NEAR THAT AREA TO MASSAGE, DON'T F LEAN ON SOMEONE'S HEAD WITH YOUR BOOBS TO MASSAGE. It's a good thing that she kind of know where the knots are, but guess what? EVEN IF SHE KNOWS, SHE DID ON MY SPINE REALLY HARD. I was in pain. I couldn't relaxed, I felt uncomfortable but I didn't want to create a ruckus so I stuck there with her for 60 minutes. What struck me the most was that my body was exposed and she didn't even care. During massage, she left 3 times, each time took longer to get back to massage. I paid $66 for a professional massage with a professional manner, not for uncomfortable and not relaxed massage. With my last experiences with other massage places, I have never ever felt so uncomfortable that it would be necessary to talk to the authorities and have them look into this place. I was having a super stressful day and decided to go on yelp for a place to get a massage. This place is super close to my residence. If you live near Calvine and Bradshaw, then it is super close. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I went in and the place was smaller than I thought. The front desk girl was really nice. I didn't know she would be my massage therapist as well. Overall the massage was good. I was very relaxed afterwards. I will be coming back. The reason why I didn't give it five stars is because when I first called, I asked if they take American Express cards. She said yes and when I checked out, it didn't go through. So I had to use a card that I didn't want to use in the first place. Another reason is because while in my massage, the front door alarm kept going off. It was a bit distracting. For 60 mins massage, she spend 20 mins in phone, walking in and out, spending time in talking and do very soft touch for 20 mins and cheated 20 mins. I will never go again. Very poor. I wouldn't know if they give a good massage. I called, spoke to a woman, asked if they had an appointment available. She said yes, I told her that I would be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the door was locked. I jiggled the door and knocked on the glass. No reponse. Then I tried calling, I got an answering machine. I tried calling again about 10 minutes later, while I was on my way to another massage spa, and the same lady answered this time. Come to find out, she is the manager, but isn't at the location. I was very ucomfortable at this place, was told I had to pay first for my massage, due to others not paying, I stated that I didn't think that was fair, girl behind counter said, she's only following the rules, she's not the manager, and this didn't use to be like that, she was not rude with her answer though. So I am a certified massage therapist. I have completed my 500 hours of training and completed the MBLEX to get my license in the state of California, tho I have had a different career change I would still say I know how to give and receive professional massage and this place was everything beside that. I was deciding to get a couple massage with my fiancé for a late Valentine's gift on Saturday at another massage place, but decided to push it back to today on Valentine's Day because I over worked a muscle in my leg. We decided to call this massage place and when we arrived we both felt something was off(afterwords we told each other). I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but the girl at the counter did not even seem of age, but hay this may be her moms shop we don't know. So me and my fiancé went in our separate rooms. I then undressed and went under the drapes laying face down on the table. The girl that looked about 14-16 walked in. I thought maybe she forgot to put something in the room for the massage therapy or something.... nope she pulled the drapes off exposing my entire body and placed a towel on my butt. I asked if she was doing the massage and she said "yes" I felt really uncomfortable at this point with the lack of professionalism, the fact that she looks like a minor, and the fact that there was a PEEP HOLE ON THE DAMN DOOR. I sat up and rapped the towel around me and asked how old she was she said "I'm 22" I said ok well can I see your ID she said "ok" as I got up she then said "well I don't have a drivers license" I said ok I walked right into the next room and told my fiancé we need to go I do not feel comfortable getting a massage here (his massage didn't start yet) they were very persistent on getting me my money back to me and letting me leave. I agree with some of the reviewers. It is difficult to find someone that speaks English to massage you. Aubrey is very talkative. It is funny that she is white, works with a lot of Asians, and she has lived in two of the very few places in the U.S. that you will not find white people...South LA and HI. It gives her a different perspective. She is also very good masseuse who does couples, old, young, and probably prenatal as well. She is on in the afternoon. I haven't tried the others but I will soon. I wish it was closer to where I live. read more

I am so disappointed. I have been taking my Aunt here for about a year and she has been more than happy with the services. This is the only place that truly presses hard enough to get all her knots out and for the price it's a great deal. However when she walked in today for her appointment at 4:15. She was received a call from them literally as she was about to walk in the store to say that they made a mistake and didn't have time for her appointment. She told them I'm already here I'll talk to you in person. We were greeted by Shirley the woman she normally goes to for her massage who profusely apologized and explained that she could make time for her but to come back in an hour. Then before we could reply we were interrupted by another employee by the name of Kim who kept on repeating herself saying that they didn't make a mistake and it wasn't their fault but to just come back. Both Kim and Shirley walked to the back rooms while Aubrey explained that there was an error and apologized to us as well and stated we could come back in an hour and someone will be available then but that there were not an open rooms available. We were upset as my Aunt has various medical conditions and her weekly massage helps alleviate her stress levels which in turn alleviates the stress being put on her heart. Then we were informed by Kim that we could come back in 15 minutes and that someone would be available, however that did not make sense since we were just told all the rooms were taken and that none of the massage therapists were available so of course we were confused and asked for further clarification. Instead of Shirley talking to us directly Kim was being the middle man and I asked to speak to Shirley directly to make sure this information was correct. Shirley came out and apologized and said no come back in an hour and I will help you then. I then asked for the contact number for the manager from Kim since Shirley had to leave to go back to attend to her client. Kim very rudely and aggressively handed me one of the fliers saying here call Vicky when I asked for Kim to state her name so I could tell Vicky everything that happened and include everyone's names she then became hostile and told me that she did not have time for this drama. I sternly told her that she was acting extremely unprofessional and that this is not how you speak to customers and it was not proper customer service. She then became more hostile and went to the back room again this time screaming in another language. Which made the entire atmosphere awkward and uneasy. I don't even want to know how the other customers who were getting the massage felt listening to all of this transpire. We came there with the intention of becoming relaxed and this entire situation was far from it. I tried to call the number listed on the flier only to have Kim answer and tell me no drama and hang up. The only way I found her name was by looking at the wall of the certificates of the massage therapists that included photos of them. It wasn't until later when Aubrey came out and apologized and asked if we would like to leave our number for Vicky and to tell us when she would be back in the office. We thanked Aubrey for all her help and told her that Shirley and her were excellent and appreciated their help and their capability to understand the situation but I did also inform Aubrey that we would be mentioning how Kim reacted. Then of course Kim interrupted us again to say really, wow so much drama. I then told Aubrey again that we appreciated her time and that she had a client to go back to and we didn't want to make her waste her time anymore than it had been. We walked out still hearing Kim state how we were so much drama and hear her yell about how we were awful. The entire situation was made so much worse by Kim. She made it so unprofessional and she does not know how to properly talk to customers or deal with sensitive situations. If you had asked me a week ago if I would recommend this place I would have had nothing but great reviews. But after today, I doubt we'll be going back or recommend this establishment to any of our relatives or friends. read more
