What this session made me realize was that our bodies are like cars. We get it brand new off the lot, and as time progresses our tires get bald, our alignment gets thrown off, we need recalibration, etc. One thing that he said is that this tension is not new, it's not months old, this tension has accumulated since birth, and that hit so deep! Cons: parking can be a pain (I usually like to park in the front but there's only 2 available in front) since there are homeless people around about half the time. The room walls are pretty thin so if there are people coming in and out, you can hear it all. English isn't the primary language so sometimes when you call, it takes a bit to translate your message across. If you are using card to pay, there's an extra $1 charge.
