You're greeted with a warm, friendly smile, and my favorite part is being asked, "What drink would you like, miss?" A complimentary glass of bubbles never hurts. The dedicated service, clean and hygienic atmosphere, and the level of care and precision are truly impressive. It's competitively priced compared to other local shops -- you might pay about $10 more, but you can't really put a price on comfort and luxury. I love it here. Keep up the great work.

Im a bit of a perfectionist so nails that are rough or uneven or have small imperfections literally drive me crazy and have me ripping off nails prematurely. But finding Pam who is also a perfectionist and an artist is what I needed. Overall the shop is something I look forward to as my pampering/luxury experience for hands or feet. I love my mimosa I get and just the whole experience from beginning to finish. The team is so welcoming and I always feel so pampered when I come! But again Pam. This business is shameless and dishonest. My friend and I came in for a French pedicure with a base…read morecolor, which we confirmed with the receptionist before sitting down. She told us it was absolutely possible without gel and had us choose swatches. Once we were in the chairs, the story changed. We were told it was "impossible" to do a French pedicure with a base color unless we upgraded to gel - which is not true. French pedicures with colors existed long before gel polish. When we pushed back, we were told a workaround would be done by painting around the white tip to create the base color effect. That also did not happen. Both pedicures were done with clear polish only, which we did not request or agree to. We paid and tipped before going outside into the sun and realizing that we both got clear. We were misled at the front desk, pressured to upgrade, and then given a service that did not match what was promised. If we had been told the truth upfront, we would have left. l've contacted the salon directly to request a refund for both services and will update this review once the issue is resolved.

When I opened my second (maybe 25 minutes in), a woman came and scolded me that she would appreciate it if I only drank two. I wasn't acting badly or anything. I was just sitting there getting my pedicure while surfing Instagram and letting out an occasional quiet chuckle. The pedicure was good, but she also wanted me to explain my choices about it. She was pretty rough with me too. Pricey at $77, and that's not even the most expensive one they offer. The chairs are comfortable, and they didn't cut me, but I won't be back.

I'm seriously obsessed with how my hard gel nails turned out at Oasis Nail Salon. The shape is…read moreabsolutely perfect! They are clean, even, and super flattering, and the finish is next level. The pink shimmer has this gorgeous, almost iridescent glow that catches the light so beautifully without looking over-the-top. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Each nail looks consistent and smooth, with no bulkiness at all. It's just a sleek, natural feel that's exactly what you want with hard gel. They feel strong and durable, but still lightweight and comfortable. You can tell real care went into the prep and application because they look flawless up close. I've already gotten so many compliments, and they still look fresh days later. If you're thinking about hard gel, this is the place to go, they absolutely nailed it. (No pun intended).

Updating from 3 to 4 stars- Since my review yesterday,…read morecommunication with management has been timely and professional. While the manager explained that the nail tech is newer staff, she was also apologetic for the quality of service I received. I feel that she was receptive of my feedback and heard my concerns regarding the nail shape and polish. As I mentioned, this salon seems to have a solid base of regulars. Hopefully newer staff can receive more training so that the quality is consistent and this local small business can continue to serve the neighborhood! --- My friend and I went for pedicures this afternoon. It was busy and we were walk-ins so, understandably, there was a wait. There seemed to be a good amount of regular customers, which was encouraging. My nail tech was nice and seemed to take his time despite how busy it was. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the quality of the pedicure. The polish is uneven both in its coverage and texture. Some nails aren't painted fully, even after I pointed them out and he went back to touch them up. Because of multiple coats (he did 2 coats of polish, top coat then more touch up polish then top coat again), the color is uneven and some are bumpy. The paint left around my cuticles is easily visible too. I wouldn't mind as much if these issues were on one, maybe two, toenails but it's on multiple and the pedicure looks messy overall. I was hoping this might be my go-to local nail spot but I'm disappointed by my pedicure experience.

Booked us both an 80 min massage and then I was going to get a facial. I booked online, they called me back hours later around 4:55 to get a credit card on file, by the time I called back they were closed no biggie I call them back the next day. The phone does this weird ring thing and no one answers and the call drops. I try calling from my husbands phone, same thing. They call back sometime later apologizing and saying their WiFi was down so their phones were down. Not a big deal. Also their saltwater jacuzzi is out of service. Not ideal but not the end of the world bc we can use the hotel pool. Fast forward to a week later, I'm checking in early and getting the tour and find out that not only is the jacuzzi out of service but their sauna is too. Le sigh. I get my massage which was not relaxing (the masseuse was nice but moved really fast the whole time, except on my forearms) Hard to enjoy someone vigorously rubbing your back for 80 mins. No biggie, bc facials are always slow and relaxing and this next part will help calm me down. My esthetician wasn't ready when I got out of the massage (was still setting up) so I grab a snack, go to the restroom and tell my husband to enjoy the hotel pool. He pays and then goes to the pool. Facial time! I get in the chair and a scratchy hair protector was put on me and she proceeds to wash my face and put on a quick enzyme mask. That's the first time she steps out the room. I'm not thinking anything of it. She eventually comes back, wipes off the enzyme, and then proceeds to tell me that her heart rate is raising high and she needs to drop it, and I was like ok no worries. I was another min or two and then ask, hey should I get someone? And she says yes I'm having a medical emergency please grab my manager. So I step off the table naked (hoping no one is looking lol), grab my robe, see her lying on her back on the floor with legs elevated on her stool, then I run into the hall and say hey esthetician name is having a medical emergency and the manager and receptionist rush in. At this point I'm calling it and decide to cut my losses and go to the pool. Get the bikini on and am about to walk to the pool when the manager comes back in to ask if I want to continue the facial! I'm concerned this girl is going to pass out on me while I'm on the table, no thank you. She prob needs to go home! Why are you trying to have her work some more when she literally had a medical emergency, so I decline and ask again "is she actually ok?" Am told yes and then offered spf. At that point I go to the pool which was another horror story for another day. We return maybe 1 hr 45 mins later and are then told we will only get a partial refund bc the service was almost over, which I am not sure if this is accurate bc I was naked on a table with my eyes closed, not staring at my watch. At this point my flabbers are gasted. My bday was lame. I would expect a spa anywhere to offer a refund for a service that was not completed due to not fault of my own and if they really wanted to be nice, provide a credit to come back and actually experience a proper facial and jacuzzi. Or even offer to pay for a drink! Long story short, don't recommend coming here.
