(1/5 stars) I usually go to Miracle Nails for my eyebrows and have always been happy with their work. But my recent experience getting a gel manicure was extremely disappointing. First, the tech didn't even have me wash my hands before he started painting so the polish was applied over dirty nail beds. He also cut one of my fingers during the process, and while I reacted in pain, he just looked surprised and didn't apologize or acknowledge it. I showed him a simple nail design I wanted, but he refused to do it, saying he couldn't, and instead talked me into a plain royal blue French tip -- which was not what I wanted. To make things worse, the paint isn't even fully covering the sides of some of my nails. A couple of my nails are crooked, and the gel is applied so thickly that they just look bulky and uneven. To also add I wanted some length to my nails and he didn't want to do that either. I paid $95 and I left feeling frustrated and honestly embarrassed by how my nails turned out. Make sure you have your tip figured out before you go in. I gave him $70. My bill was $50. I intended to give him $10 as a tip. He put the money away. When he came back to see if my toes were dry I asked for my change. He tossed a fit in very loud Vietnamese and returned with 2 $10's. I gave him the $10 but he wasn't happy. First time I ever sent a review on any business. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt but my wife came home Furious. The person who did her nails here hurt her fingers during the process did a crappy job on her nails and demanded a 20% tip minimum which she refused to pay, she stormed out and will never go back, no one should go here to have their nails done. The only person that would recommend this business is one of the owners or an employee's family member trying to drama business. read more

Best pedicure of my life! Salon is brand new and the chairs are amazing. Opted for a spa pedicure with gel polish, $49 out the door with their 30% off special. Fantastic selection of colors to choose from. Spa pedicure includes callous treatment, awesome leg and foot massage, heated neck wrap and more. I swear my guy put 10 coats of polish on, too. I was feeling totally relaxed and pampered.... then he walked me over to the dry bar and gave me a warm towel neck and shoulder massage. Amazing value. Great service. Maybe it's a good thing I live in California. This place could be habit forming! read more

I only went because we were crunched for time and it was the only place opened on a Sunday. It was the worst experience ever. They were not busy and yet the man I had rush through, he not personable at all and did a horrible job on my feet. After leaving I still needed a pedicure it was that bad. He was rough cut into my toe with the clippers. Another customer came in and she requested a female. They became upset at her and kept on saying things about her it was totally u professional. I started going there August 2023, I went to healthy spa and nails just after Christmas because my husband got me a gift certificate. Just tried to get my nails done again at miracle and they wouldn't do them! Their loss is Skaneateles nails and spa's gain. Miracle nails you aren't the only place that does gel extensions without tips! Rude and disrespectful wouldn't even let me try to explain! Not going back ever! I only stayed because they did gel extensions without tips, the techs don't understand the difference between almond shaped nails and stiletto! I wish I couldn't even give one star. I have been here a million times before this and have never had any issue. First the guy didn't cut my toe nails and didn't understand when I said I wanted to have them cut which was fine but he had to call the manager over every time I said something. Second, he added about 5 coats of gel which I know will have them peel off much easier and quicker. I asked to not do the fifth coat, but the manager insisted. Third, he cut my cuticle 4 different times and made me bleed. Fourth, when I was getting the massage he was so absolutely rough I told him to lighten up and he did not. I also told him to not go down so far two separate times and he kept doing it anyway. When I was done with my "service" I asked him if he was going to cut me a deal since he made me bleed 4 different times. He didn't understand, so the manager came over. I told him I was going to pay but there should be some sort of discount if he cut me 4 different times. He told me he was not going to make me pay for the manicure but I was never allowed there again. Again, nothing like this has ever happened before and I've been many times. My technician did a horrible job on my nails and was very rough in her touch. She was dismissive when I tried to correct her. When it came time to pay and I did not add a 15% tip, the man told me if I do not, I am not welcome back. read more

My friends went in as part of our bachelorette party weekend. We made appointments (HIGHLY recommend - they were very busy and had to turn away business). Everyone was super accommodating and did great work. I live in DC and this was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. They have a lot of great (read: affordable) packages that do 10 min add-on chair massages...do it; it's a great benefit. It's no frills, but high quality. Also - for tourists, don't let the location concern you. It's a bit out of the way, but truly a great place where they're going to take good care of you. They do a 10% cash discount, too! read more

Well just got my toes done at this place ..because a friend of mine decided to take me as a surprise .. the gentleman did a great job .. i went to leave a tip $5 and some other gentleman working there threw a fit saying it wasnt enough.. and if i couldnt leave the percentage tip on the receipt than i dont need to come back .. i was embarassed after that good pedicure and all that . Boyfriend and I had a couples pedicure performed by Vanessa and Yoy. It was full service and they did above and beyond our expectations. I got three coats for my polish since it was light color. Leg message, stone message, lots of exfoliating and lotions. Great attention to detail. 10 minute massage at end was exceptional. Money well spent. read more

I went to this salon for the first time today, I don't think they did a bad job but they're customer service could've been better, I was never asked what I wanted and was hardly even spoken too. Also didn't realize they only did gel so I had to pay more money then I intended. Not sure your finger is suppose to feel like it's getting a third degree burn either while getting cured under the UV lights.... overall I'm happy with my nails though ‍ read more

I had a 6:30 pm appointment and was in and out in 12 minutes. Had to ask to get the big toe nail cleaned. No foot scrub, cut nails before soaking... or wetting feet , no soak to speak of. Could not get done faster... never again. read more

I'm a little sad to say I won't be returning to this salon in the future. I don't like to judge a business on a one-time occurrence, but my experience at Miracle Nails has gotten more disappointing upon each return visit over the past several years. The staff stands over you and rushes you to the chair, rushes through your visit (I got a regular pedicure) and rushes you out of the chair. There were a total of 5 customers in the place, including my dad and I, and there was no rush or line waiting. They barely exfoliate, and asking them to clip shorter or shape differently seems like a huge deal. My dad, who didn't get a color, was sitting in the chair for a total of about 7 minutes from start to finish before they were handing him his socks, and changing the plastic from the tub in front of him. If you don't pay extra for the specials or massages, then they really give you the bare minimum-- for $34. I know from previous pedicures that there are much better experiences in other Auburn nail salons for a run of the mill, maintenance pedicure. read more

Very clean but basic pedicure left much to be desired. Paid $25 to have my toes painted and my neck rubbed while my toes dried. It took all of 15 minutes. I have very bad heel calluses and he didn't even touch them, no scrub, no exfoliating of any kind, and no razor, which my feet needed badly. I guess if you want the full treatment you have to get the spa pedicure. Going back to my regular place where I only pay $28 for the full treatment and my feet are good for a month! read more

Miracle Nails applied a set of gel extensions 8 days ago. Two of the nails started to raise at the base two days ago. I stopped by to get them fixed which they were happy to do. They started by filing down the gel overlay...then they got out the trimmers and completely cut off the extension and my real nail. The tech then ripped off the gel overlay. The point of the gel extensions was to grow my nails out. At this point, I stopped the technician and said "No, I want them soaked off...I don't want my natural nails damaged as much." He said they didn't soak off...they are cut off. At this point, I figured my nails were shot so I told him to take them off...all nails cut off to stubs, he filed the heck out of them and used a card to rip off the gel overlap. My real nails are done (short, weak, white marks on them from over filing). I will never get fake nails again. I did research the gel extensions and they should be soaked off to protect the nail (as much as possible). The original set they put on seemed nice...a little thick for my preference. Today, September 4th, I was COMPLETELY HUMILIATED in front of everyone in the nail salon. I received a manicure. I am a licensed cosmetology teacher and I have never done, received, or seen a manicure done without soaking the client's nails. I asked for a soak and I was told they don't soak nails that are receiving gel polish. I also told the manicurist not to cut my nails, I wanted to maintain the length. However, she filed at least half the nail away! She polished my nails in a strange sequence. Instead of massaging my hands, she massaged my neck for about 1 minute and then rubbed lotion on my hands. When I was done, the manager berated me in front of the entire salon by telling me if I can't tip at least 10% to his employees, my daughter will not receive her manicure!!! I explained I only had enough to tip what I could which would have been $3 for each person because my bill totaled $140! He refused my daughter's manicure service and left me feeling so embarrassed. He also spoke to me in this matter while simultaneously massaging his client! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!!! I have never been FORCED to tip in a nail salon! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! read more

Great new equipment, very clean and sanitary. I always get a gel mani and normal polish on my toes, and they had plenty of matching OPI options - love that! Best foot massage I've ever gotten. They massage you while you dry. Highly recommend the spa pedicure. Overall great experience, will definitely be back!!! read more
