I have been at Nail Master several times getting my nails done they do an absolutely wonderful job. Ask for Steve he is great. Yesterday I went and got a pedicure. Annie did a fantastic job. She took her time and really scrubbed and cleaned my feet. The nail polish was perfect that she put on very gently. Their nail salon is very cozy a lot of people in there getting their feet and nails done the atmosphere was very relaxing. Playing music and they had a TV on that you could watch. Probably one of the nicest places I've been to where all the employees are very kind and courteous to you. In all it cost me $30 with a $5 tip. Well worth every penny thank you Annie. read more

I cried so much and so hard. Used My Fiancés gift card from Xmas around Valentine's Day time and had a photo asked for that left the photo out and all that well she didn't shape Right she didn't even out the texture or the thickkkkness to it. Shaped sooo not even a shape I could name. Little 8 year old Next to me getting acrylics WAY WAY BETTER LITERALLY HANDS AND NAILS DOWN!! Charged me 79 and I even gave the poor woman a tip but I cried and cried and cried and I tried to fix them in the end I just had a broken heart, not often I get a gift Card For that let alone enough time to go get them done... so want a heart break sure go. read more

I have been going to this salon for many years and everyone here is so kind and professional and accommodating. The salon itself is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, I came in for a new set of acrylic nails and for a pedicure some of my toe nails were thin but o was able to get acrylic on my big toes so they can eventually grow out underneath. I had gotten a French manicure set as well as a French pedicure which both turned out perfectly! I have had lip and eyebrow wax here too and I'm always above and beyond satisfied I highly recommend this salon and all of the technicians too! read more

I made an appointment for following day I get there 10 minutes early.i had to wait over an hour to get done they were taking walk ins ahead of me .said that I didn't tell them a full set when I called .I said I wanted dip powder which they take off and redo each time 2.5 hours later im done charged me 80 which was only 70 .I said 70 she said no 80 .there is a board with prices but they dont follow it i would give less stars but cant read more

2 star manicure and 4 star pedicure. I went for a gel mani pedi and the gel on my fingernails was awful. I told the tech that I wanted my fingers and toes to match but they didn't let me know that the color I chose only had enough left for my fingers, so I had to choose another color that was similar for my toes. I had to ask for cuticle oil after my manicure because they left my fingers dry and dusty and didn't lotion. I wanted to like this salon because it was clean and spacious, and the people were nice, but I had to go home and salvage my fingernails myself, so I won't be returning. read more

He rushed my nails, when i showed him a picture of what i wanted he said that it was AI and that it was fake. What i got looks nothing like the picture i showed, when he trimmed my nails he didn't make sure they were even he went and did them with scissors. I was agreeing with everything he was saying because when i didn't he rolled his eyes. He said something about the nail bed and i replied "oh that makes sense" he replied with "i know it does, it's just common sense" which didn't sit right with me. When i told him there was a nail that was crooked he said it's fine that it didn't matter. They don't take reservation which is no problem and starting March 1. 2024 they will be open 7 days a week vs 6 days. The nails where very good. About 4 days later on gets hits on my bed and bends back a little. Now I'm dealing with an finger infection and want to take off the nail but I can not because 1. It's gonna make the infection worse 2.its pulling on my real nail. Also took about 25 minutes for someone to do my nails. Okay so my friend said not to go here and I wondered why because I've always went to this nail salon with my grandma like 5 years ago and it was awesome so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and maybe It was just a bad day for them so I decided after 2 years I wanted to get my nails done for starting back up at work at a fancy restaurant, I decided I wanted a french manicure with a black tip and the lady I got was on her phone but I decided to keep my cool and I said yeah I get it I am addicted to my phone sometimes too... and I noticed the owner of the place watching a game on tv and everyone that was working in the place was raving over their teams I honestly didn't care I just was kind of in pain sitting there for a hour as we chose what styles I wanted for acrylic and then as she was shaping each one she asked me if it was okay and I look down and see one of the thumb nails that she didn't even do at all I pointed at that and said no I don't think that one is done and she laughed and started shaping it and then paused and checked the score of the game on the tv since she wasn't facing the tv. As she was doing the clear nail polish I noticed some of the red I had on before and i thought maybe she will put a nudish topping to cover it and she never ended up doing it I had to point it out and it was already too late so I decided to try to think of something I could do to cover it up with and I noticed she tried to leave the black like for the tip so thin It still showed the white acrylic and I had to tell her I'm sorry I'm so ocd but I need the whitish acrylic part covered and she did that over again and it came out alright finally and I decided to put symbols covering the red I honestly won't go back here for my nails ever again unfortunately I paid $74 for all the symbols and you can still see the red and I even gave her a $20 tip because she still did what I asked and it was a 2 hour long appointment she didn't file down under the nail my real nail sticks out horribly. I can't wait to get these taken off. read more

The "manager" of this salon is beyond unfriendly and unprofessional. I called to book pedicures for a friend and I. After being told to come right then, we did just that. I arrived at the salon within 5 minutes and signed in. The manager asked why I was there so I explained I had called and was told to come right over. He then rolled his eyes and seemed agitated. There was another woman and her daughter there looking for acrylics and a pedicure and they were looking at colors so I asked to use the ladies room while I waited to select my nail color. The manager proceeded to sigh, roll his eyes, and I asked if there was something wrong or if I should go somewhere else or come back another time. He hurriedly said no to go pick a color and when I came out of the ladies room another staff approached me to apologize for the managers behavior saying "It's ok that's just how he is". I explained that it wasn't acceptable and that I was blown away by his level of rude and unprofessional behavior- the same staff then said it was "his facial expressions". I will certainly not be back to this salon and strongly discourage anyone from using this nail salon. read more
