Took him a week to pick up the unit - left a loaner. After about 8 days - I called and was told it would take 10 business days. 14 days later - no machine - no phone call. I called again - I was told I needed to be patient - the machine was sent to Texas. waited again - called and told the salesperson - we want our $$$ back, we were told - we do not give money back. All of a sudden, the machine is here and he could deliver in the next 30 minutes. I said no - if this was the kind of service - what would happen the next time. The salesperson now wants to pro-rate the use of the loaner. He insists we need to pay for the use of the machine. my husband has Pulmonary Fibrosis and he cannot be without oxygen when he goes outside. I need to have equipment that is in good working order. To have paid $$$ for a machine that broke within 3 months and have to call, call, call - this is no way to run a business.

Not only were Mike and Darryl patient, but they were personable, helpful, and funny. At any point they could have gotten frustrated with all my questions, and being there for so long. Clearance items are priced to sell! I just am not a fan of self check out, so sometimes it takes a little while for a clerk to come to the register. Sometimes they get busy helping another customer. And if you are buying alcohol, you cannot use the self service kiosk and have to wait.

Since my review in 2014, service within the Pharmacy has gotten better. The customer service provided is not great, but it's not bad either for me to rave or complain . This CVS location is very busy and often throughout the day there is a line waiting despite the time. Some days there are many pharm tech working so service is fast while other days there's not a lot and the line is slow. The pharm techs are fast at what they do and is able to answer insurance questions when I've inquired on it. Note: They do not open until 10am and closes later than the normal hour for lunch. I believe it's at 1:30pm.

I had been experiencing severe tooth pain for several days, which I believe was related to my wisdom tooth. The pain was so intense that I could not sleep, and I was having sharp, throbbing pain that seemed to radiate through my head. A dentist prescribed me an antibiotic because of my condition. When I went to this Walgreens to pick up my medication, the female pharmacist on duty told me that I could not receive it unless I contacted my dentist and asked the dentist to call another Walgreens to confirm the prescription. At that point, it was already around 9:00 PM, and the dental office was closed, so there was no realistic way for me to do what she was asking. I was already in severe pain and became so overwhelmed that I cried at the pharmacy. I understand that pharmacists have policies and responsibilities they must follow, but I felt that the female pharmacist showed very little understanding or compassion for how urgent and painful my situation was. I was not asking for medication without a prescription -- the medication had already been prescribed by a dentist. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I later drove approximately 20 minutes to another Walgreens, where I was able to pick up the same prescribed medication without being required to call my dentist for additional confirmation. I am disappointed that the situation was handled so differently between two Walgreens locations. I hope this complaint can be reviewed so that patients who are experiencing severe pain and urgent situations can be treated with more understanding, compassion, and clear communication in the future.
