Which in fact, all deserve 5 stars. I usually see Kaitlyn for a Brazilian (who I believe is the store manager) and I will said she is very efficient with her work. She usually doesn't take the entire 30 minutes, however, she ensures that you are leaving with a high quality wax. She is very attentive and professional during any service I've received from her. One thing that I believe is important is that I rarely get ingrown hairs when I go to her. In addition, my hair doesn't grow back in an abnormal way. I believe for the price, I am receiving the best quality work! There is a few spots for street parking out front. Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I thought it was weird, but it always hurts so it's fine, she told me my hair was really coarse and so that it's hard. Today my right eyebrow is in so much pain, but my left eyebrow is completely fine. I've never had this happen before and disappointed that this is a service I paid for.
