About 15 minutes into the massage, after she had already left the room around four different times to deal with other people coming in, she told me she could only give me a 30-minute massage because she was the only person working and they had gotten busy. That should have been explained BEFORE taking my money for a full hour. I told her I wanted the one-hour massage I had already paid for, but she refused because other customers had arrived. At that point I stopped the massage and demanded a refund. If you are the only person working, you shouldn't continue accepting walk-ins when you already have a paying customer in a one-hour session. Constantly leaving the room and then cutting my paid service in half was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I left very disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience.

The next day my sister's body hurt really bad, she even had bruises (and she's not one easy to bruise, that's me) because of the elbow massages even though she told her not to. Their Yelp info said they take walk-ins, so I called and Susan told me I could be seen right away. I showed up within ten minutes and she greeted me in a friendly manner, then showed me the pricing. They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. If you're someone who pays attention to stuff like that, it may be a small annoyance, but the massage is worth it. ;-)

I even left work early and drove all the way there for my scheduled massage. When I arrived, they asked me to pay before the massage. As soon as I showed them my Groupon gift card, their attitude completely changed and I was told they could no longer take me because they "don't have time for Groupon." That makes absolutely no sense. You had time for my appointment until you realized I would be using a Groupon gift card. If Groupon is not accepted or is an inconvenience for your business, then you should not advertise or participate on Groupon in the first place. I wasted my time, left work early, and drove there only to be turned away at the door. The way the situation was handled was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on the customer service I received.
