This business advertised itself as a medical office that is lgbt friendly and provides services for including hrt for patients. That is why I chose this office. Other offices charged VIP plans for hrt and were focused on cis men. This office has now bait and switched the trans patients it advertised itself to, mandating they buy into the expensive VIP plan as they switch to a "concierge" service. So they want to charge me 76-100 extra dollars per month, not covered by insurance, to still have to go through insurance and pay for all of my medical treatments and bloodwork. I would rather pay that extra money to go to a specialist office not scamming its patients. If Calli Collins ever leaves this practice, or if they start requiring the VIP for even typical primary care services, this review will be changing to a 1 star, and I will go into more detail about my negative experiences with other staff in the office. This business has advertised itself as lgbtq+ supporting since I moved here in 2022. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even then when everyone was virtue signaling their support for transgender people the only person who really understood and cared was Calli Collins. She is the brightest light in this entire clinic and I am so grateful for finding her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Over the years I have referred multiple transgender clients here and as time has gone on the stories about why they could not get care here grew weirder and weirder. From adding new requirements to be valid as trans, to not being aware of standards of care, deadnaming, misgendering, now to adding a monthly fee if you want to receive care as being transgender. It makes sense that as the landscape changes they would like to distance themselves from the difficulties being imposed on this minority from all angles of authority, legal and political, but it does hurt to be turned away in this manner. If Calli ever opens her own clinic or leaves Healor I would immediately switch to wherever she goes. I do not recommend this Dr. Office. I found this office to be unprofessional and to not follow some standard practices. Reading through some of the practitioners responses to the reviews on here is clear many people have been affected and demonstrates evidence of the unprofessionalism- they are sharing patients insurance details in their reply's. That is a HIPAA violation. Pros: - Dr. Chandler Kramer is a great doctor, however he is no longer with this office so I guess I can't really count this one. - [[HIGHLIGHT]]Although they don't have a patient messaging portal, the office is very responsive to text messages.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cons: - I received a bill from Quest for my labs. I have never had to pay for Prep labs in my many years on prep. I paid the bill directly to Quest so that I didn't have to deal with any of the hassle trying to figure out why Healor didn't bill my insurance correctly. - I came in for PReP labs and I waited in a room for 45 minutes before a PA brought me my swabs for me to do myself. - The office told me that I needed to meet with my provider every 3 months for my PReP, which is different than other offices that only require an annual visit and renew PReP with the completion of labs every 3 months. Sadly, he has decided to implement a mandatory $100/month "health plan" for anyone that is receive HRT from Dr. Singh. This causes the health care for my husband and I to go over $2400 year for NO additional services that we didn't receive before. You can try to justify it by saying we receive "free labs" but that doesn't even come close to making up the difference. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sadly this means we will have to find another primary care physician for ourselves and all our relatives that we have referred.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a HUGE mistake by Dr Singh and simply a money grab. The doctors I've had with healor over the last 3 years have been great! However the office staff is horribly unprofessional and this office has not once but twice committed patient abandonment. I had my first pcp for 2 years (Chandler) and he was kind, responsive and did a good job managing my medications. A few days after this appointment I inquired about getting a referral for a procedure that had been briefly discussed already with my primary and they insisted I had to schedule another appointment "Money Grab"... [[HIGHLIGHT]]the office staff was not only hard to get ahold of but were extremely rude to me when I explained the protocol for the doctor I was asking to be referred to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The office staff has very little in the way of medical knowledge, policy or procedure but we were able to get the referral done without an extra appointment. Fast forward to 07/01/2025 I tried to schedule an appointment with Quest for routine bloodwork that Callie Collins said she was going to order and it wasn't available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried all day and left messages with Healor about sending my bloodwork and they informed me that I was no longer a patient...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]horribly confused I tried calling and they ignored my calls but texted me that they sent me my medical records back on 04/28/2025 as if that was the indicator for discharging me as a patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Those records were requested by me so I had hard copy's to go over with another specialist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was zero communication between us in writing or verbal to indicate leaving the care of my pcp.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After several attempts to figure out what's going on I recieved a text back from them that they discharged me for being rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I texted back, That was not true and there is zero evidence of such events occurring.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am certain they made an error or misunderstood something "maybe me requesting my records" as me electing to leave which was not the case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In either case Healor failed to notify of cancellation or being discharged from their care.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fortunately I have maintained all communication records since the first incident of them not notifying me of my doctor leaving or cancellation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have filed a complaint with the Nevada board and have since retained an attorney. [[HIGHLIGHT]]An apology would go a long way in situations like this but they refuse to take accountability or any effort to rectify the issue in a professional manner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am curious how many other patients of this facility have fallen victim to patient abandonment as this could end up as a class action suit. Rude front desk girl and zero communication, save yourself the hassel and go someplace else. I usually only write good reviews and just stop patronizing places with bad customer service or bad patient treatment. But terrible customer service at doctors offices is happening to often to ignore. This is happening everywhere, Healor is just the worst I've encountered. All patient interaction is via text. I was never sent consent forms after my 2nd vist and 1st telehealth visit and couldn't get my prescibed medication. No one even text me back until the next day and I still never received the necessary consent forms to get my medication. This issue could have been resolved in 2 minutes, if I could have spoken to someone on the phone. I was willing to ignore the rude front desk girl because Taylor was so lovely and caring but if I can't get basic communication when there is a problem, it's time to find a new doctor/clinic. Attention: Dr. Singh if people can't get a person on the phone when there is a problem you will not retain many patients. This is a customer service/ Hospitality industry town. Many of us have worked for tips our entire careers and we expect better patient treatment from a doctor and better customer service from the front desk office staff. I've never really had pleasant experiences with doctors until now. Mia is very attentive to what I am and am not comfortable with and tries to work with it with my best interest in mind. I had what I felt like was an emergency, and the (fantastic) reception desk was very up front about what to expect. They said they'd be able to take me in, but it would be a pretty long wait, which it was, but that also means they go home later, too. They're also proactive in acting on your concerns and bringing up their own. I've unfortunately had to go to the doctors a bit too much, but the atmosphere and attentiveness really makes it pleasant. read more

I don' normally write bad reviews, but this is the exception. I would like to alert potential patients that the medical care at Healor fails in medical integrity and respect for patients. I learned, after becoming a patient at Healor, that if I want to schedule with my doctor, I would have to pay a monthly subscription of $35 monthly, in addition to my double coverage insurance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked my doctor why the additional costs, his reply was, "people pay a lot of money to see me."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was stunned that caring for my medical needs was so irrelevant if I wasn't wealthy or had the means for the monthly subscription. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing two surgeries and treatment, and still under Healor's care, I was able to schedule an appointment for follow-up with the Healor's doctor. It was during this appointment that I decided to seek out another primary doctor, as not one time did the doctor ask how I was doing or provide a review of my medical situation. The doctor just reviewed my labs and left the room. I've been through a kidney transplant, brain cancer, breast cancer, etc., and never have I felt so insignificant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In addition to the scant medical care, the office staff are young, inexperienced, and provide inadequate follow-up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lastly, after finding another primary, I continue to receive a bill that my insurance companies paid, and the several times I've called to rectify the bill, I hear "no worries" and then commit to taking care of the situation. Do not recommend. Terrible office experience and staff, plus not a great location. I heard good things about the doc and was looking forward to meeting him. When I showed up was met by a heavily tattooed woman who was very rude. She scanned my health insurance card and insisted on scanning my driver's license. I told her that I previously had been a victim of Identity theft when another doctor's office was hacked and was worried about letting them keep a random scan of my ID. I asked her how she would protect my ID and how her systems were secured to prevent hacking. She just shrugged and looked lost. She made it clear, no scanned ID, no treatment. She claimed it was a federal law to have a scanned ID on all patients, which is absolutely inaccurate. There is no such law. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she came back saying she spoke to the doctor and he would only see me if I paid him $250 in cash, even though he was in network. She refused and I left. It took a total of 2 hours and then they didn't feel the prescriptions as promised. Called back the next day to find out why the prescriptions weren't filled and was given excuses that they would have to talk to the practitioner to get the prescription sent over immediately, which never happened again. Seen the doctor here multiple times. Unprofessional receptionist and very poor service for the latest appointment review. Texted and emailed the clinic multiple times to change the appointment time with no response. And received the wrong bill this year, called to ask about it and got an answer that it was wrong and had been corrected, then still received it. Finally it was the time of the appointment and check-in that told me they were no longer accepting my insurance, very ridiculous and nothing was communicated prior to that. But the Dr. Collins I met with was kind enough to refer me to another doctor to help me, after knowing we wouldn't be able to meet. Otherwise I would have given this clinic one star. And my insurance was able to set up Dr. Collins as a PCP, but I was not accepted by this clinic. Additionally, nurse practitioner Mia is outstanding. Unprofessional staff and a money motivated doctor. I went in for testosterone HRT and off the bat the nurse did not understand anything about medications or procedures. I understand if it was her first day but it was should have been my first warning sign. I am a bit overweight and despite it having nothing to do with my visit, Dr. Singh brought it up several times. He was insulting and rude regarding not only that but my decision to get HRT. For anyone seeking him for this reason; there are far better options. I have had a cold and sore throat for a few weeks. And it was simply just amazing since I didn't have insurance. My arm hurt in the part where they took the blood for weeks and it left me bruised and it was very terrible, they were all terrible, they seemed racist, another thing they told me they would call me to give me the blood result and they never They called me because of the result, apart from the fact that they charge me again for the exam, they treated me badly. Dr Tran has save my life she had ran some test on me and help me find out about my thyroid health before I got worse also my sleep apnea she recommended good knowledge about my health and how I should take care of my mind body and sprit through yoga and meditation instead of taking medicine she cares so much and is a very great doctor I highly recommend dr Tran I also recommend Dr Eriko as well she was so sweet to gift me a lip bath bomb she makes that changes colors and smells soo good! Honestly the worst doctors appointment I've ever had. I moved here from Cali and needed to make an appointment and somehow this place popped up on zocdoc so I decided to book it here big mistake! I pulled up to the building couldn't find the suite so I gave them a call the girl who answered was very rude. Waited a pretty long time to see the doctor, i repeated myself countless of times to the doctor. The fact that the doctor kept asking me the same question over and over made me feel like she wasn't really listening to me or my concerns. She ended up prescribing me medication I went to the pharmacy at 6pm and it turned out the doctors office never sent it over. So I waited the next day to call the office and let them know they told me the prescription was sent and should be ready at 3pm I went back to the pharmacy and they said the office hasn't sent it even after communicating with them over the phone about it. The pharmacist told me that the medication prescribed was an over counter medicine and the doctor should have given me that option. I ended up getting the over counter medication and wasting so much time. Never going back to this place ever again such a headache! read more

They send me home with a list of neurologists to call to find out if they have a neurosurgeon and then I have to figure out which one takes my insurance. It's been 3 weeks and they have done nothing. Most recently I signed up for their weight-loss program which starts with four weeks of injections and then on month 2 the program starts. I am now on month three I've paid $600 for this program alone and the program has still not started. If you're looking for a weight-loss program look somewhere else.
