The Zask Medical team are also highly experienced in many of the subtle nuances that are important for deciding between different medical supply products. That are particularly experienced and the use and nuances of CPAPs For new CPAP owners Tony and his team take the time to provide detailed instruction and subtle nuances about operation that you don't ordinarily find in the manuals and even on the online information on YouTube. For experienced CPAP users Zask is also quite amazing. They take the time , if you ask, to help you in navigating the various Apps related to various medical products. This is above and beyond what you would get from most retailers. In addition, the ZASK team are very good about supply product service. ......And not just products that they sell. I was having trouble with a resmed travel CPAP that I purchased a couple of years ago from another retailer and Tony was kind enough to help me fix a problem without any charge-- just as a courtesy for being a customer. Beware price gouging. I visited here, thinking I would buy two items from this local store instead…read moreof ordering them online. They had both available. The man who helped me quoted a price for the first item that is more than twice the price I knew was advertised online. My mobility issues were plainly visible to him and anyone who laid eyes on me, so he knew I needed the items I asked about. I pulled out my phone and showed him the website with the first product and its price, which included free overnight delivery to my home. I asked if he will price-match. He refused to price-match or compromise. He claimed the online price "eats into our cost too much," which besides being a nonsensical statement is belied by the fact that numerous sellers offer it for the same price. He then volunteered his opinion that, "That's Mr. Bezos's money, anyhow," as if his misunderstanding of e-commerce somehow justifies trying to gouge me. He asked if I still wanted the second item, which was not "new in the box," and quoted a price far higher than what I had seen online. I declined and left. As a side note, this store is thoroughly and prominently accessorized with numerous religious symbols and declarations of faith. That made me wonder how the owner of this place rationalizes the principles of his/her/their faith with gouging people in medical need. I regret not asking, if only to satisfy my curiosity. Instead, I decided to share my experience with you. Rating: two thumbs down, zero stars out of 10, and strongly do not recommend. I purchased vehicle in November 2025 here it is March 2026 I am riding around with expired temp tags, but to be fair, dealership did provide letter to show if we had problem, but fourth months. What has prompted me write review, is last week, I had service appointment for van to be picked up on Wednesday 2/25. Appointment was made a week in advance, so, late into Wednesday afternoon I called to inquire about pickup, while on phone with service, I heard Mike talking to another person, who confirmed for whatever reason, my appointment had been erased from schedule, okay, things happen. Mike, in service is very professional & respectful. I was told van would be picked upbearly Thursday morning & returned Friday. Van was picked up late Thursday afternoon to be returned Friday. Meanwhile, Sherry, sales person called Friday about another matter, and said she would check on time of van delivery, now mind you this was Friday afternoon. Next day Saturday, was to be nice weather and I was looking forward to taking my son out to enjoy. Unfortunately, my adult quadriplegic son's wheelchair was with van for fitting. Late Friday afternoon, time passing, no one called to give update on delivery, so, not only was son without van but stranded without his wheelchair. I attempted to contact dealership, one person answered phone, sent call to a voice mail. I immediately called back and heard recording business was closed. I am a disabled veteran. Unfortunately, I am familiar with lack of consideration when it comes to depending on others for some of our needs. I suggest that businesses that pro$per from the disabled community, make respectfulness a priority.

Mobility works is a wonderful place to go for Disability needs, becuase the whole shop works towards the best outcome for the client. Mobility works really understands the vocation behind this job.

These fellows were dynamite! We needed someone to reinstall the stair lift chair that we had in…read moreour old house when we moved into the single-level house. Justin came out to give us an estimate and he and Dan started the work as soon as we could get them in our schedule. They had to shorten the metal rail that the chair runs along in order to install it. They also shortened and reinstalled the hand railing to another edge where it is very useful now. Once all this was done, they found that a chair lift part was malfunctioning. They took it upon themselves to troubleshoot first directly with the manufacturer and then organized a replacement part for us. We were up and running within a week (all this during Covid in April). They told us they also do other handicap adjustments in the house like grab bars and other items. We will definitely call them back when we need these extra services. Thanks Mack Mobility!

Karter's Medical Supply is the best! We were in town for only a few days to visit the museums. Two…read morepeople in our 4 person party were 80 and 86 years old. To assist with mobility, a friend had suggested we rent scooters rather than relying on the wheelchairs that might or might not be available at the various museums. We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating. Tony met us on time at our selected museum and gave a quick tutorial (the seniors had never used a scooter) on the spot. The scooters were fresh, clean and ready to roll. By the end of the day, the seniors so much enjoyed the freedom and comfort provided by the scooters that they decided they wanted them a 2nd day! We called and scheduled and did everything again day two - even riding the mall that day! (Of course we changed the pick up time 2 or 3 times.) Karters NEVER said "no" to any of our requests and served us like they were taking care of family members. Because of the ease of our visit, the seniors have agreed that we can and should do it all over again! I really cannot fully express how pleased I am with this company.
