I have to go here because my work contracts with them. The type of care you get depends on who you get. The 1st visit was very bad. The doctor hit me in my injury several times. She didn't care about the level of pain. She was just going through the motions. After I was given my release papers she saw and heard how much pain I was in trying to put my shirt back on. Then she asked about my pain. My 2nd visit the doctor was excellent. He did a great job examination. I felt he really cared about my injury and how I was going to recover. My 3rd visit not so good she told me she could not do anything for me. My 4th and 5th visit I had the same doctor and he also did an excellent job with my treatment. The lady at the front desk and the nursing staff have all been very nice and helpful. The new check in software is absolutely horrible!! To fill out the same information every time you go to the place is ridiculous and redundant. Especially since you have all the information already. You definitely need to rethink this process. read more

I came in to get my inhaler refilled and sat in the room for an hour while staff walked in & out of my room to get supplies for other people. I just kept getting told you're next, he's got a couple ppl ahead of you, any second now. Meanwhile I'm wheezing in my exam room. Don't worry though! Normally not into risking urgent cares, but needed a COVID antibody test. I waited an hour just to have some blood drawn. The bruising that is still majorly obvious is a pretty good indication that the staff isn't properly trained. I've never in my life had bruising this bad (pic was taken 6 days after) from an IV or blood work. I'll never go back. read more

It was literally 7 staff members sitting at the desk and I was the only one in the lobby getting a TB test for work. It took over an hour to get a TB. I was getting ready to leave and I asked for my ID back and a staff member said "oh we're coming right now." I then see a staff member drawing up the TB solution. I went into one of the treatment rooms where it still took 15 more minutes. read more

My biggest problem was at the end of my visit I was told to follow up in a week and given an appointment time and date to arrive. When said date came that I had to fit into my schedule I was met with a very full waiting room and being told that they never do follow up appointments it's first come first serve. If that is the case, then I suggest that you are not misleading and give a time and date for an appointment you have no plans on even scheduling if you're not going to stand by it wasting others time. Also try not to be so smug at the front desk when informing someone who did take the time to schedule the appointment in their day to accommodate you. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. I had to take my 5yr old there and 99% of the staff were welcoming and the doctor we had was awesome! She actually took the time to know your problem and explained everything instead of rushing to see other people even though they were packed with clients. I much rather go here then my regular doctor any time of the day. read more

Awful service I will never go back I can't believe they actually run a medical practice like this. The girls at the desk were bad mouthing patients loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. I waited about an hour to be seen there was another patient in the lobby that checked in about 30 mins after me, When I was brought back to the room the nurse that did my vitals was very unfriendly and almost seemed bothered to have to be doing her job, she cut me off mid sentence multiple times when I was trying to answer her questions and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask a question. After she left I was waiting for the doctor to come in and they decided to take care of the other patient that checked in after me first since her appointment was faster then mine (this is actually what was said to me) even though it's suppose to be first come first serve. I felt that was unprofessional. The doctor was the only good part of this experience. He was very polite answered all my questions throughly and prescribed me the medication I needed. Although this particular medication I guess is not covered by any insurance and my pharmacy didn't even carry it. We knew that might be a possibility but decided to try anyways. I was told to call the next day if I ran into that issue and I was ensured that he would prescribe me a different one no problem. I made sure to call right when they opened. No answer, so I left a voicemail with my name and phone number. Hours later still no call back. I proceeded to call multiple times throughout the day. No answer EVERY TIME. So I had to drive back up there and get a new prescription. I asked if their phones weren't working. And the front desk girl laughed and rolled her eyes and said, "oh that things rings off the hook all day and there's only two of us." I told her I called around opening time and left a voicemail and never received a call back and she's said, "yeahhhh there's no point in leaving voicemails cause there's like 500 voicemails on the machine" ummm weird? This is a doctors office and why tell me to call if you're not going to do your job and answer the phones and check the machine?? Wednesday December 15th roughly around 7PM, I found myself extremely disgusted with the racial behavior demonstrated by the desk lady on duty. I witnessed the lady at the front desk refuse to allow an African-American woman and her baby to be seen for a Covid test after expressing that they have been in contact with Covid due to the fact that they were booked with appointments for the rest of the night. This would have been okay because that's policy if she was consistent with that policy. 10 minutes after refusing the lady and her baby, the front desk woman allowed a WHITE man who had no symptoms of Covid and no appoint to be seen for a rapid test. This is unacceptable behavior that was not only witnessed by myself but also by several others waiting to be seen and also the nurse on duty acknowledged that this was unacceptable behavior. read more

Thursday, December 30th, 2021. I was in desperate need to get a COVID test and had tried everywhere including this unprofessional place. I knew you didn't need an appointment, so I went there. Stated my reason as to why I was there and one of the the front desk ladies practically jumped down my throat with, "we are at full capacity now, we can't see you. come back this afternoon and we might be able to see you then." I said you can't make appointments online. She stated that is right. I asked that we are supposed to keep driving over here to see if you can see me? "Yes." All the other patsies behind the desk were just staring at me while she was being nasty to me during all this. Very rude, uncaring and unprofessional. No need for the attitude. No one wants attitude, but especially if you are not feeling well. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AT ALL HELP IT!! read more

Great, caring staff. Doctor was kind and explained everything to me well. Facility is very clean. However, the waiting room was pretty cold because of the large glass windows. Also, the wait was pretty long. I was at the urgent care for a total of 2 and a half hours which isn't very common for an urgent care facility. I mean, if i wanted to be there that long I could've just went to the ER. Otherwise, I would recommend this facility to friends and family! read more

The doctor I saw was very nice. However, I would not recommend this place. The front desk person was very rude. She seemed bothered when you asked her long it would take to be seen. I waited 95 minutes. When I received my bill, they charged me a $30 evening/weekend/holiday fee which I never heard of an urgent care charging even though I checked in in the afternoon. Went to this location because they advertised on their website that you could do a walk-in Covid test, we got there first thing and were told they were not doing them and listed off a bunch of reasons which really weren't my problem. They said I could do a virtual visit to get on the schedule for later, but we had made a long trip to specifically go there because of what was on the website. They offered to put us on the schedule for the next day as well, they weren't listening that we couldn't just get up there at any time. They didn't really seem to care about our situation at all. My suggestion is that if you're not going to honor what's on your website, then take it off and also don't be so rude to the customers. read more

Everything about this place was dismal. Took 5 hours for my son to get a urine test. Can't blame Covid as they didn't have Covid tests. It's just poor orocesss management . The people that worked there are rude and don't communicate. An ER is better and that is hard to say!!! read more

Made an appointment on their website for my 5 year old to get a covid test. When we arrived at 11 they told us they would be with us as soon as they can. After waiting an hour I got up to check how much longer (had to get home to my baby before 1:30- I was told they were taking the walk ins that came in before me. I inquired what the purpose of making an appointment was then? I was brushed off. After waiting another hour I had to leave. I told the girl at the front desk that while I understand she isn't the one running the show- having the appointment system was pointless if they weren't going to honor appointment times.. she said "telling me really isn't going to do anything" I told her I knew that but that I had to say something to someone. It's frustrating. What a waste of people's time. Everyone in the waiting room with me was equally frustrated as they said the same to another mom who had brought her kid in for the same reason. She was told she would have to wait for all the walk ins first. Overall unprofessional and inefficient. They need a lot of work and training. read more

The front desk staff at this facility is the worst. They have this poor anti-customer demeanor! Like they are doing you a favor when you walk in. I went to a drug screen at this facility and on my way realized I had left my mask at home. But I'm going to a medical facility so asking or paying for a mask should be no problem right? . Guess again! as I walk in before I could even say hello, The nurse instantly went in and commented about how I was required to wear a mask. Being that it was obvious observation, I stated yes I was hoping I could buy one here. While explaining, how I left mine at home. With a mask on her face and box of mask visible in the reception area she proceeded to tell me how she did not have any mask available. Even to sell, Knowing from my last experience and long waits you have in the lobby, I asked her if she could at least check me and I'll then go to the nearby store to purchase what they had a full box of at the reception area. She declined, to afford me that simple request. I left the facility and proceeded to look for the nearest store and ironically next-door to the facility is a chiropractor's office. Imagine that another medical facility. I walked in and asked asked the pleasant ladies at the front desk if I could purchase a mask. Not only did they smile and find a mask for me. They refused to take my money and gave me 3 extra mask to bring back to the Well Now office. Needless to say I will be visiting that chiropractors office next week.. In the meantime I hope Wellnow offers more than just cups for urine but an atmosphere that makes you want to come back for other services. read more

I couldn't get an appointment with our primary care doctor. This place was conveniently located so we tried it. The staff is fast and courteous. The PA provided quality care. They were able to perform an x ray on site. The facility is very clean. Over all one of the best urgent cares I've seen. read more

I am not the biggest fan of urgent cares, as I prefer to see my primary care doctor, but I needed to get checked out in a pinch and would've had to wait a day or two for an appt, which I could not do as I was feeling pretty sick. I called my insurance company to find an urgent care in the network, and this was the closest one to me. There was only a few people ahead of me, so I thought I would be in and out in 15 mins. I did have to wait 30 mins, which was a little long in my opinion for *urgent* care. Also, there was a woman in the waiting room who was talking on her phone and she wasn't asked to keep it down or go outside, which I found very annoying since I wasn't feeling well to begin with and did not want to hear her talk. However, once I finally got back, the staff was very nice. The nurse who took my vitals and everything was very friendly. The doctor who saw me was also very thorough and explained things to me very well, which was good. I ended up needing a prescription for an antibiotic, which they sent right to the pharmacy and was already filled by the time I arrived. If I needed urgent care again, I would go here since it is convenient for me. read more
