I love this place. The portions are pretty big and they give you a lot of fresh salads if you order a salad. I've tried their version of the cobb salad and the buffalo salad. Every time I order from here, the portions are huge and the flavor is amazing. It's never bland and you get a good amount of protein in the salads. These salads keep me full all day. This is probably my new favorite place to come for acai bowls! I came here with my dad today, and ordered a berry açaí bowl for myself and a naked mango smoothie for my dad. I tried a sip of the smooth and it tasted great, it wasn't over blended which is good because it wasn't watery. The açaí bowl, I loved a ton. I read through the posted reviews because I wanted to be fair before I wrote this review. It is sad because the food is a nice alternative but the service turns you off completely from this place. It seems to be a consistent complaint by customers. I always order items that I am charged extra for and consistently never get whether it be through delivery or pick up. If you add up all the money they have "stolen" it is a substantial amount. When I called during my last order that was missing $10 dollars worth of "extras" I was told just come back to the store and get it. That was the third time that week alone that it happened and that was their response. Several time I received the poke bowl with no dressing whatsoever even though I paid for extra dressing. If I wanted to eat plain lettuce I would make it at home. Poor service turns you off completely! read more

I was wrong and I returned twice to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. The food here is fresh as can be and delicious. This is my favorite go-to health spot for lunch and dinner! The meals are always fresh and I always have a smile on my face walking out. I usually order my own bowl and tell the server what I would like in it. They even measure out my rice for me so I can count my carbs because I'm a diabetic. The owner, Anthony, is so sweet and friendly. He really knows good customer service. I really like this place. I'm not from the neighborhood so I try to order here when I am because I really enjoy the salads. However, I do have two small issues. When ordering a salad online the 'create your own salad'- it's $10 starting & you can add things. Understandable. But that $10 is for lettuce & dressing. No including meat or any other add ons. So if I wanted chicken it's now $11 with add ons such as broccoli, hummus, edamame etc. with those add ons being anywhere from $.15 to $.75 for such as sliced carrots my salad is already $17-20 which is outrageous for a few add ons. Now the last three times I ordered they forgot one to two of my add ons. The third time I complained & got a refund through uber eats (not the store). This has also happened to another order I have placed here with my friend who ordered a poke bowl (missing ingredients). I like this place but these two mishaps should be acknowledged. read more

I was very optimistic- I've seen a few people in the neighborhood talking about it on social media and I looked at the menu and everything looked amazing. I ordered a tuna poke bowl with white rice, avocado and spicy mayo and my boyfriend got a poke bowl with brown rice chicken and falafel. First off, everything LOOKED amazing, but my rice was ICE COLD. Obviously the person preparing it heated it up so unevenly, and there were huge clumps of rock hard, cold rice mixed in. Gross. The avocado was fresh, spicy mayo was great, and the tuna was okay. If only my rice was edible I could have enjoyed it more. As for my boyfriend's bowl, his falafel was also cold and as hard as a rock, and his chicken was dry. We should have brought them back but we ordered them to go, so I was already home and super hungry before we started eating. They really need to fix their microwave or learn how to eat up their food more evenly or it wouldn't have been that bad.. It's a shame because it really looked promising. read more

It had oily residue around the cup, and discoloration within the acai that I've noticed on occasion when I make my own acai at home. Whenever I see this I always discard it because it's kindve gross looking. The Thai salad was the tastiest thing I got. If you want a salad I'd recommend. I purchased another smoothie with cinnamon and banana can't remember but else but it tasted like milk water. Consistency way off. The portobello salad... I liked each item with the dressing individually. But together it was so overwhelming and too many tastes going on that it was just unenjoyable. I purchased a smoothie with almond butter and turmeric... it was so thick I couldn't drink it. Waited 15 min and same consistency. However the taste of turmeric was so over powering I didn't even care that it was too thick to drink. Another item in the trash. Lastly, there are many young kids working in there. Most of them trying hard and following health standard protocol. However, each time I went in there I received horrible service. They forgot items and it takes forever. A man who I believe is the owner thinks it's best to stand behind the counter and talk to his friends that come in than to greet and help new potential customers. I know how hard it is to make it in this industry and to be honest I hope they make it. But as for myself, I have definitely given it enough tries. The Acai bowl did not have the proper ingredients and the poke bowl was bland and the fish was not fresh. My bff knows I'm a health food aficionado so when she suggested this place close to home I was excited. I walked in expecting it to be a dine-in restaurant but it's definitely a take-out restaurant with window seatings. The place was very clean and the staff was soooo nice and accommodating. There was a ton of healthy vegetarian/ vegan friendly options. I had my first poke bowl ever and it was delicious! I chose the vegi poke which was fresh, flavorful and topped with this delicious crunchy fried onion bits. I paired it with the golden milk smoothie which was also very tasty. They also had a variety of other goodies like sweets, health bars, juices, kombucha, and pre prepped meals. I ended up grabbing 2 vegetarian meal preps, a coconut chia pudding, and vegan brownie to go. The vegan brownie - amazzinggg. The chia pudding - my bff is a big fan of chia so it was more for her, I think I would of enjoyed the homemade coconut yogurt better.
