I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.

Today, one of the pharmacists called me on the phone to verify about the two Meningitis vaccines I…read moreplan on taking. I told him that due to some scheduling conflicts, I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment at around 6 pm, but the pharmacist told me that I can come in at any time today to get the vaccine. I thanked him for the reassurance and I went here to get Meningitis ACWY and B versions. I wanted to take these two vaccines again because of the recent Meningitis B outbreak in England, and I didn't want to get Meningitis from someone who was recently in the UK. I don't want to sound rude or insensitive in any way, but I would rather be vaccinated than getting Meningitis. The pharmacist Jason was really gentle with me and he was really good at talking to me and calming me down. He didn't take too long to prepare the vaccines. I also told him about my COVID vaccine nightmare that happened to me over the weekend. I was bedridden and nauseous AF. I threw up several times at home. Jason asked me if the illness went away the next day and I told him that I fully recovered. He was really glad. I also told Jason that I read that people with a history of headache disorders are more likely to get the rare side-effects of the COVID vaccine. He told me that's likely possible. I told him that when I was 18, I was sexually exploited and the trauma of it has caused me to develop tension headaches. He told me that he was really sorry to hear what happened to me. He pinched my shoulder and then shook it to lessen the pain from the vaccines. It was worth it. He also used a single band-aid and put it vertically.

We've used the drive thru for all of our visits, and we're especially grateful for how responsive they are and how fast they fill prescriptions when our kids need it most. Last night, after my son's urgent care visit, I stopped by CVS and had his prescriptions filled instantly. Then he was referred to CHOC hospital because urgent care was close to closing and their X-ray tech had already left for the day. We went to the hospital, got the X-ray, confirmed bacterial pneumonia, and of course he needed antibiotics. I went back to CVS again, they filled it right away, and we headed home feeling extremely grateful. Unreal level of rudeness and disregard for any sense of respect to the community. We walked up at 5:52 pm and 2 security guards and at least 5 staff members stood at the door turning customers away. I said it's not yet 6:00 and I have a few things to grab and will be fast. They wouldn't let us in. I asked for the manager who came out at 5:55 pm and said we are "closing" and can't let us in. I said this is a corporation and you can't decide to close early. I respect everyone's time and would not linger, but have some things to grab for Christmas. The manager would not let us in. I can't believe Walmart would do this. Beyond disappointed and hope NO ONE SHOPS HERE AGAIN. It wasn't just one rude employee it was a complete gang up. The rudest worker was the female in the video who said, "there's always one every year". If one means the ONE person who would stand up when people are being treated wrong then YES, I am the one.
