I have been to 2 presentations. Bought the attic blankets and the solar power vents. All these items can be bought for less from different sellers. The attic blanket can be bought at Home Depot and installed by almost any half competent person that's not afraid of attics. The vents can be bought online and are exactly the same. The radiant barrier paint is available for under 400 for 5 gallons. The financing options they offer are worse than using a credit card. If you have a local handyman he can install all this for less than half the price. That said the blanket has helped stop radiant heat and the power vents are helping keep the attic cool. The paint has been made by many different manufacturers over the years. Not sure about the probiotic spray thing. If you are good paying more for them doing it for you and buying you a cheap dinner then go for it. read more

We recently went to a dinner and I was very impressed by the sales pitch. At the end of the presentation, Glenn stated that if we allowed the representative to come to our house for an estimate TODAY, we would receive a free water heater blanket and nest thermostat. We agreed to get the free estimate and were thinking of getting the attic blankets and probiotic system. When the representative was ready to leave my home, I asked about the free items we were supposed to get. He refused, saying we didn't buy anything and we weren't getting anything free. What a scam company. Literally everything they sell is either over promised, or like the probiotic thing, a complete scam. Any person with half a brain knows that probiotics are fragile, they will not live long on surfaces, in areas with heat, or moisture. That's why most probiotics need to be refrigerated. And they definitely don't eat dirt in HVAC ductwork . Seriously what a joke. Anyone buying this thing needs to have their head examined. And the foil insulation thing, "developed by NASA". Surprised they don't sue you for that. The whole sales pitch is this plastic box, one side with fiberglass insulation, the other side nothing but the thin foil insulation on top. 2 heat lamps are over both chambers. First problem, these bulbs put off RADIANT energy, like the sun. The sun isn't directly beating down on your fiberglass insulation. Your roof is in between the sun and your insulation. A more accurate comparison would be to put a piece of thin plywood between the lamps and the chambers to represent the roof. But perhaps the even bigger con is the fact that the chamber with the foil is empty, the temp probe is literally lying on the bottom, which is on top of the table, a big heat sink which prevents the probe from getting hot. The only halfway reasonable thing they sell is the solar attic fan, but $1,800 freaking dollars?! Are they out of their damn minds?? Oh, and by the way, that foil insulation, which consists of basically 2 layers of aluminum foil with a very thin layer of insulation between, that costs over $4 a SQUARE FOOT . Not making that up. You could literally go to the store, buy a bunch of aluminum foil, poke a bunch of pinholes in it, and it'd do the same thing (which isn't much) for a fraction of the cost! I kind of feel bad for the sales guy, I could tell he's tired of buying dinners for people who aren't dumb enough to fall for his pitch, but I guess it just takes one to make a huge profit at those prices. I certainly couldn't do his job, seriously I'd want to end it all after signing anyone up to be conned like that. Sad thing is from the lane video presentation it looks like the only people who buy this crap are old people, the ones easiest to pull a fast one on. I felt the need to update this review after the representative from healthy home 365 replied. First of all, that attic fan that you say is better than any other attic fan on the market, just Google iliving solar attic fan, Amazon sells it for less than $400, and no it's not made out of plastic that will melt. It's made out of aluminum and metal exactly like the one you guys sell. In fact looking at the pictures it looks virtually identical and I suspect it comes from the same exact manufacturer. Also I forgot to mention the so-called insulated paint that this company sells. The white exterior Koal seal type paint has literally been around forever, people have been using it on metal roofs for at least the last 40 years. It works because it's white and it reflects radiant energy. The fact that they are claiming it also works on interior ceilings is downright comical! And they do a demonstration where they show that a wall without the paint is 250° but with the paint is 225. Wow a 25° difference when you're talking about temperatures in the 200s . Are people really dumb enough to fall for this? Apparently they are. I'm glad this guy mentioned the Google reviews. Gave me a reminder to leave a review there as well, and I look through the other reviews and it seems like the only ones that get any thumbs up or the negative reviews which leads me to wonder if the positive reviews are even legitimate. Considering how shady this company is it wouldn't surprise me if they aren't. Oh and one other interesting piece of information about this company, apparently they used to sell some kind of additive for air conditioning units but it was breaking the air conditioning units so it looks like they stop selling that one, I guess when snake oil actually breaks things they realize they can no longer sell it read more

I purchased two probiotic systems and two attic cooling fans. This product works well for my asthma and would recommend it 100%. Unfortunately the customer service support is the absolute zero. I have called four times and still have no resources to check to see why my machines suddenly stopped working. My asthma symptoms have returned and i am beyond frustrated. When customers spend nearly $20k for a product and either hear, "Colorado? Oh we don't have many customers there so I'm not sure when we can get out there to help you." This is my fourth call to the company and when I requested to soeak to a supervisor or the owner, all I received is another call from Chad stating that he will be coming by either Friday or Saturday of this week, but not sure when he will be able to make it. Chad had already stated he was coming to fix my system last week and neither called nor showed up to fix my systems. I was also guaranteed 5 years worth of product to refill my systems; however since I can't even get support to fix my systems, I am sure that is also out the window. Healthy Home products do not work, I spent over $12,000 and asked to have them taken out and refund and their sales and installation (Premium Home Efficiently) To remove due false information and they said NO. (1) Kool Blue product caused my air conditioning fan to go out and said they would reimburse me for the cost to me of $525.00, never happened. (2) EPS system doesn't work. It was to help allergies and dust, but after install they said you have to run, air conditioner, heater or fan. Electricity Bill went up and my allergies have not improved. (3) multiple layers of instillation to reduce heat and electricity. It didn't work, my electric bill went from $145 to $220. After install they tell you, you have to get their new windows and paint on walls to reduce it. What a joke, scam. I asked to have removed and they said NO. The Products sound Great, so we scheduled for one of them with possibility of two more in the near future. They do have Dealers located in many different areas. We waited the entire day of our scheduled service of one of their products but never heard from anyone so it took me to track someone down. The person was apologetic so it was rescheduled for the following day. The process of the Kool Blue was done, but it's to soon to know if it works. My wife and I went to the dinner and presentation, and We were sold on all the products: solar attic fan, MLI insulation, KOOL Blue, and the probiotic system. Kolton, the salesman, was fantastic as were the installers, Elizar and Derek. Will, the presenter at dinner, was also very kind and informative. Although the prices are higher than average, We rationalized our taking out the loan by focusing in on the lifetime warranty. We wouldn't have spent so much money had that warranty and commitment to a lifetime relationship with Us not been available. We are probably most excited about the probiotic system. Initially, We misheard Will when he said that that the system was for only one HVAC unit because We expected it to go to both of our HVAC units. Thankfully, our two units are close enough together in the attic that HealthyHome365 said they would change the probiotic tubing to the other unit during our annual refill of the probiotics. This is the kind of customer service one purchasing products from this company is paying for. Having said all that, I am going to throw out the one and only negative (please take note that this negative did not warrant a losing of a star to a 4-star review). We got the impression from Will that We could get a 0% interest loan for the lifetime of the loan (I definitely did not mishear this), which led Us to believe that the company self-financed their products to customers. I saw this as amazing business confidence and bolstered my belief in the efficacy of the products. We didn't find out until later that night that HealthyHome365 used an outside financing institution for loans and that the 0% interest loan was only if the customer planned to pay the loan off within two (2) years. Thankfully, my wife and I had already planned on paying it off within the year; but, had We not, We likely wouldn't have purchased all the products that We did. Another note: I appreciate that Howard takes time to respond to the negative reviews on Yelp. It says something about a company's managers when every customer's experience and concerns are addressed. My partner and I recently attended a dinner presentation in Sparks, NV and it has since changed our lives. We both suffer from severe allergies and I've been wearing a CPAP for a number of years. we purchased the insulation, the solar attic vent and sadly, the healthy home 365 probiotics system. from the start I didn't see any improvement and asked to have it removed. my first mistake was to listen to the guy to have the unit checked out. when they came they said the unit was installed incorrectly so we gave it a try. there still wasn't much difference so they came back again and reset how much probiotics sprayed and when. while there was a little difference in my husbands snoring and coughing, I didn't feel it was worth it but was told I needed to give it a little more time. I purchased 2 bottles to try again but was very upset that we were told it was 1 bottle a year at $100 a bottle but turns out it's 2 bottles a year. definitely not worth it. during the first year of the pandemic I went back and forth about returning still then no more responses for over a year but I keep messaging them for help with none. now it's $365 for 2 bottles of probiotics and no way worth this outrageous price. come take back this unit as promised when I first asked you too. My EPS 365 Probiotic was serviced 10 Apr 22. The machine holds one liter. In early Aug 22 we noticed water dripping into the bathroom directly below the A/C unit. The chiller was draining properly and the drip pan was dry. Concerned, I got my A/C man to try and determine the source of the water. Opening the plenum fiber duct box, he found pooled water in a low spot that had leaked out eventually into the bathroom directly below. The source of the water was the EPS 365 Probiotic machine causing black mole throughout the A/C system. Examining the probiotic canaster, there was only 200 ml left in the canaster. 800 milters had been dumped into the plenum in 3-4 months. The one liter was to last one year or about 80 milters per month. The machine malfunctioned by dumping so much fluid over a short period of time. The result of this machine malfunction is black mole throughout the entire A/C system threating the health of all home occupants and a bill of $4,065.25 to remove and replace the plenum boxes, register boxes and grills. All this evidence with pictures were provided to Healthy Home 365 and they would not even come out to look insisting that it was impossible for their system to have caused the mole and would take no responsibility at all saying you can sue if you want. We have purchased the Eco Probiotic System 365 and the KOOL blankets from Healthy Home 365 in 2019. My complaint is for the Eco Probiotic system only. I wake up congested and with runny noses more often and there's been an increase of dust. If we wipe down surfaces, fans, etc that same day it will be covered in dust. They told me it would cut down on dust and allergens and it has not been the case. We tried calling the person who sold the Eco Probiotic system to us(John Lazzareschi) but the number has been disconnected. Left multiple messages for Comfort Dynamics-company in NC that does service for this product. They have replaced the system ones in the past. As of today I have not heard from them. I just want the Eco Probiotic System removed from my crawlspace and my money refunded. I've already paid the full amount of 2,995$ for it. I feel misled since the business committed to provide things that weren't true. My complaints with BBB were back and fort between offices in Utah and Texas with no responses from Healy Homes 365 or the authorized dealer Comfort Dynamics. My folks got a card in the mail about some kind of presentation at a local restaurant. My mother insisted and I wound up taking her to this presentation for Green Energy home improvement products. I think my mother got tacos and I ordered a cheese burger, afterwords this slick salesman started going into his sales routine, which was pretty well rehearsed. I don't know how, but these people showed up at my folks house and talked my mother into buy this EPS 365 machine that ejects some kind of vapor into the air, supposedly its a some kind of probiotic or something? Anyway part of the deal to get the machine also required the purchase of a couple of rolls of space blanket insulation, basically its some kind of insulation thats sandwiched between some kind of reflective mylar, it reminds me of a car dashboard reflector you get at an autoparts store. According to the paper work this cost about $4,251 and that does not include the interest charge through Enerbank financing service who you will be paying your bill to via debit from your bank account. From my math, half of the 77.32 dollar payment went towards to paying interest on these items. (The Enerbank interest rate is supposedly %12.99 whereas according to google, 12.99% of (US$ 77.32) = 10.043868 US$) The Bill reads as follows; Transaction Amount; $77.32 Amount to Principle; $28.47 Amount to Interest; $48.85 So $4,251.00 divided by 77.32 = 54 months to pay this debt off? So thats like 4.5 years worth of payments. I've spoken with Enerbank directly and I don't really know how they work their fuzzy math? I tried to get them to lower the interest rate, even going so far as to ask for a military discount since my Dad is a home-bound disabled Vietnam Veteran, no go on that. Don't even bother asking. Even though the bill say's "Interest accrues daily. You may be able to reduce the amount of interest that you pay by making additional payments." that statement is an out right lie and verified by the Enerbank employee that I spoke with on the phone. So dealing with the finance company has not been a pleasurable experience at all, even their website and the way they do payments looks shady. But all that aside, my biggest gripe is with these Healthy Home sales people, their after the sale service SUCKS! My mothers EPS machine ran out of that probotic juice stuff for like a year and getting it refilled has been a pain in the you know what. You have to look around online at their websites for a contact number which when you do happen to find one you will have to call them to get the machine refilled, you cannot purchase Probiotic Juice online. When you do manage to get a human on the phone, it will probably be someone who doesn't know what your talking about or the wrong department or whatever. When I finally did get a hold of someone who could get me a refill of this probiotic juice for this machine, they told me the price would be $199.00 for one bottle which is a 6 month supply. Wow, talk about sticker shock. The lady I spoke with was nice enough to let me know that I just missed the sale that offered two bottles for $299.00... Wow, two whole bottles! I could hardly contain my excitement... When I asked if her supervisor could offer my folks the same deal I got a big fat "NO" from him, but she recommended I call back and check to see when they will be on sale again. Oh yay, as if I don't have enough on my itinerary already, they want me to call them back and check in every month like their part of the family. My folks are pretty adamant that the slick salesman who sold them this thing stated that a 6 month refill was only $99.00 dollars! My parents aren't liars, but the Healthy Home scammers think they are. So if they tell you that its $99 for a refill make sure they state that in writing if your suckered into buying one of these stupid machines. Yes I say stupid coz when I told my mothers Doctor about it she nearly fell out of her chair laughing. Even my mothers doctor is calling b.s. on this probiotic dust eating machine! As far as my mothers doctor is concerned the only thing the EPS/365 machines will eat for certain is your money! She stated and I quote "No medical benefit whatsoever." end quote. Yet,... I feel for my folks, they like this machine for whatever reason? I joke with my mother every time she mentions this EPS/365 machine, about it being a monumental keepsake of the most expensive taco's she's ever eaten in her life, I can tell it hurts to laugh. I would NEVER do business with this company again! They sold me on a package several months ago, and I was paying $50/month patients through Enterbank for the past 7 months or so. Suddenly, today I go online and look at my bank statement, and they have scheduled a $143.43 deduction. I immediately phoned the bank, and was on hold more than an hour. I spoke with Ashley and let her know that i had not authorized this deduction amount. She said that because the loan balance had dropped, they re-amortized the loan, and this is my new payment. This company said that they would pay for and electrician to put in a outlet. As of this morning the electrician still has not been paid. It has been 7 months and still no payment. They sent us a 5 year supply of probiotics that have a shelf life of only 18 months form date of manufacture, but no manufacture date on the bottle so they COULD be all ready out of date. I purchased over $17k from your dealer Quality Eco Tech. I do ? The quality of the insulation and, I now know overpriced attic fan but MY biggest concern is the ECO Probiotics 365. I went to dinner presentation as I had concerns on AQ due to at home AQ testing machine I had purchased from another company which showed I should be concerned. Probiotics seemed to be the answer. Scheduled inspection for next day and was shown pics of mold in attic told due to poor insulation and venting. Bought into it hook line and sinker. My biggest concern is still AQ I asked salesman if I should clean airducts was told Not to waste my $ this ECO 365 system will take care of cleansing and maintaining. I ?'d how do I know the probiotics working? Was told reduction in dust, less allergies fresher smelling air. 1 yr inspection was to be 5/2023. I've felt uneasy the entire year that we were scammed. Insulation/solar vent didn't reduce energy costs nor is probiotic reducing dust or allergies. Called for 1 yr courtesy inspection left message advising I want proof; AQ test, camera in ducts to show "cleaned" as promised. Took 5 calls to get a call back. Scheduled 7/11, no show. Called QET they said miscommunication they had it for 13th. 13th inspector calls car broke down can't make it. Suppose to have someone call for 14th. Call 3:36 from New Orleans area code, I'm in Va, thought spam. Checked VM it was inspector. Called him back left vm yes need this done and proof working. No return call. Call QET now I'm extremely angry and feel they're avoiding as they can't prove product works. 1:14 call from Healthy Home almost didn't answer as ac was 615, TN. I asked why so many different area codes makes me further ? If legit. he said they have offices all over US. Ok but I doubt the guy that lm yesterday on my vm to schedule a time for him to come out was driving from New Orleans!! Either way bottom line when can they do inspection and how can they prove it's working? He said they don't do AQ test or duct work cameras, ok so what DO YOU DO to prove it's working? By invite, the spouse & I went to a sales presentation last night here in beautiful Oklahoma and were much impressed with the host, Matt. We were very interested in their products and scheduled a date & time for someone to follow up with a measure and quote. The time to arrive at our home was 6pm. Ok. Six pm came & went and then it was 6:15 which also came & went. Then it was 6:30 and still no one had arrived and worse yet, no one bothered to call and advise he or she was running late. That's all it would have taken. Just a simple phone call or at the very least, a text. However, the guy that did show up AFTER 6:30, stated he was running a little late. I said, "no, you're a lot late" His reply, "well, got tied up with financing" and I said, " I have a phone". He in turn, made an about face and walked off making the comment that they would not be back. Can you beat that? Can we say rude & nothing less than UNprofessional??? A representative of a company pushing sales and his attitude straight up sucked. I'm really glad we didn't commence any engagement with this guy whose name I didn't catch. Attended one of their seminars early summer of 2018, since my older home could use some updates to cut utility costs. At the seminar I signed up for an estimate on upgrades. I was interested in a radiant barrier. The salesman who came to my house was totally certain I needed two very expensive solar power vent fans in the attic, more insulation and some gizmo to spray probotics into my a/c, which is like a subscription requiring and annual refill of the system at a cost for a total of over $13,000.00. And never offered a quote on a radiant barrier. I have had the "radiant barrier" in my attic for about 4 or 5 years. I am still looking for the paperwork. But I don't recall the name of the company who did it! I know Healthy Home has only been around for about a year and a half!! SO what happened to the co who installed for me? I also realize there are other companies who sell these products! I just want to make sure I am getting the best deal for my money! There are other renovations I need done such as painting and some plumbing replacements (I.e. commodes) but I am anxious about this particular upgrade because August is upon us! The presentation was miss leading saying the probioticsystem will help with allergies breathing problems clean the air. It's crap my wife allergies never went a way and we changed the air filters as well. It's a bunch of crap and I got suckerd in to it. An "authorized dealer" of Healthy Home 365, Pure Home Efficiency, came to our city and did a fantastic demonstration of their product.(MLI insulation). We purchased the product and have used it for about 7 months. Their claim was to reduce energy usage. They came back to our city this month, so I went to the presentation again. I showed them that our usage didn't go down, in fact it went up. They sent a tech guy to our house who said it was installed correctly. When I showed him the bills going up, he told me to call customer service. I have left several messages for Steven and Kyle, but no response. I feel like I am getting no service and even more of a run around instead of a direct response. Buyer beware. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! From the looks of other complaints, I don't see them doing anything about it. All we can do is warn others not to make the same mistake we did. read more

We received a card to attend a dinner and information on how to make your home more healthy I am a very skeptical person as there are so many scam artist out there just waiting to take your hard earned money my wife has bad ashma I have bad sinus problems and we have a dog and cat .the presenter was Scott and Logan was the person who came out to meet with us .he laid out all the products they provide and we decided the probiotic system the Kool blue and attic insulation we're what we needed the solar fans Logan said we really did not need as we have very good airflow in our attic believe it or not they showed up the very next morning and installed everything so far my only problem is only one guy came and there were suppose to be 2 so it was basically a all day job My attic is divided in to 2 separate areas the first section I only found one area he missed but the 2nd section there were several sections and some areas where the ceiling peaks are real tall he found he couldn't get to .. once this barrier is put down u virtually have no way to walk in your attic we called Logan and he called the installer and he was already on another job I told him there was no way to get to the areas unless he removed all the barrier and I would have to build walkways to get to them so I worked half the night and most of next day to do this I figure I might as well replace the missing areas myself he had left me part of a roll which took care of the areas I didn't get mad over this but I did ask for some sort of compensation I talked to the installer and he said he would take care of it ...he didn't .a couple of bottles of probiotic would have been a nice gesture ..on their part .well that being said it's to soon to tell about the Kool blue or probiotic system as far as the attic barrier I did several test .the website on proper insulation said with a proper insulated attic and we have spray foam and 24" of blown the outside temp and attic temps in winter should be only around 20 degree difference ours was only 8 which tells u hardly any heat if any was escaping in to the attic next test I ran house temp to 69 degrees and turned heat off it took 8 and half hrs for room temp to drop to 64 and it was 32 and snowing hard at the time of the test it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this barrier works as for as the rest I'll let u know when I know. read more

Love teh Multi-layer insulation and will probably get it in the future. BUT: We attended a presentation on Saturday given by Brad Pierson. We were interested in a quote but had essentially no time that day. Something else came up after we had made the reservation and family was waiting on us. We wanted him to come out and give us the quote but when we started to talk about looking at calendars that's when we found out it had to be that day. We explained our situation and the response we got (which I did not appreciate at all) was "Well you had time for a two hour presentation, you must have another 20 minutes." We had already heard him say that he would be seeing another couple so we verified that there was another estimator available, and we agreed to meet him that day so he could measure our attic and give us a quote. We live five minutes from the restaurant. 40 minutes later I was about to leave when Brad arrived. He gave the excuse that he went to another lead's address by mistake first. While here, he asked us questions about products presented in the presentation. After about 20 minutes he asked us questions about the size of our home, I had been basically sitting at the edge of my seat, obviously antsy about getting to the event I needed to be at and constantly trying to move things along. I even had to answer, while Brad was talking products, a text from my daughter about when we were going to arrive and I made Brad aware of that. He wrote up a quote, without leaving our living room, even though he had specifically said that they would measure the attic with lasers so they could give us an accurate quote. It appears, based on our experience, that he could have given us the quote at the restaurant. When we discussed price we made it clear that it was more than we thought and more than we could afford. He discussed financing and the quote freeze for a year. We declined the financing because we do not finance anything anymore. He mentioned twice that it would be costing us more if we waited because right now the installation fee is waived. After repeating that we weren't interested at this time, he then asked us if we had any military background (a question that should have been asked at the beginning if a discount is available) to which we replied yes. That required a new quote be written up. We again declined. He then focused on the one product that my husband had mentioned, Kool Blue. We did agree to having the additive installed. Brad then had to go to his truck to get the paperwork he needed to write that up. It still took him several minutes to return, and probably ten more to complete the paperwork. Even before he started the paperwork he wanted me to complete a customer service review on the BBB website, which I was fully prepared to do, but he insisted he needed to walk me through it at which time I told him I could do it in the car on my way to my event, that I'd rather he just complete what he needed to do so we could leave. I don't know who he has quoted to before but his intimation that I was incapable of figuring out how to navigate through a review ("It can be a little confusing, it's tricky") was insulting. But it just seemed that Brad was more concerned with making a sale, any sale, and getting a five-star review (which he started to complete for me) for "the office competition" than being respectful of our time. Finally he was done with the paperwork he took his copy and my check back to his truck and to get the Kool Blue. Oddly enough, he wasn't able to get the product to work and called another installation guy to see if he was available. The other guy could get there in about an hour. When we said we absolutely could not stay any longer, Brad assured us someone would call "later today or sometime next week" to schedule for the installation. We finally were able to get on the road to our event 2 HOURS after the end of the presentation and more than an hour after Brad arrived at our house. So much for having an "extra 20 minutes." On Sunday, admittedly still a little hot about the disrespect for our time the day before, I realized that Brad had our check but we had no product and no scheduled installation. So I called him. He assured me that the scheduling supervisor had a note on his desk and would see it first thing Monday morning. "He'll take care of it first thing." It is now Tuesday. My father was in sales his whole life, I have been in sales and customer service positions my entire adult life and learned my customer service skills while working for Disney. I am not an elderly or even senior adult. I have worked with all kinds of people and have had access to computers my entire adult life. I am a certified expert in several programs. Brad gives a good presentation but his follow through in terms of customer service is sorely lacking. We were explicit about our time needs and financial situation. But, as I said, Brad seemed more interested in a sale than in good service. read more

This company is quick to take your money. Their customer service is nonavailable. Their follow up after installation does not exist. The management says they will call but three weeks later we are still waiting. I would not wish this company on my worsy enemy. read more

Very good presentation provided by Samantha...she was very knowledgeable and took the time to demonstrate products and explain the benefits of each. She was attempting to sell the products of course but didn't come across too pushy. I highly recommend them. read more
