Okay, first the staff was super nice and certainly working hard. That said, food quality not all that great. The roll that I had certainly wasn't fresh and it tasted as though I've been made earlier in the day. Each thing that we had was not terrible, but also wasn't really that great. What I found odd was that even if you're eating there they pack up everything to go which makes it kind of a pain to sit down and try to eat. I've had everything from binto boxes, tofu, several different sushi rolls, and this time, I requested the HOTTEST roll they have. They gave me the tsunami roll. I'm not going to lie, I have no idea what was inside. I didn't ask, didn't look, I'm adventurous when I eat, and just kind of go for it. Boy I'm glad I did, this was amazing to say the least, it packed the perfect amount of punch. It was crispy, hot, delicious in every way. I wish I could describe the different flavors of the ingredients, I just have no idea what the ingredients are lol. They put thee smallest amount of crab in their jumbo crab roll it's not even sushi for how little it is. It's fried which isn't mentioned. It's hard for me to tell if they used canned tuna for that roll because it tasted like it but I loved it regardless & plan to order it again because of the lower amount of carbs on that one! The teriyaki here does have a generous amount of teriyaki -- someone here complained about having too much - ask for it on the side if you're watching your sugar or ask for a light amount of sauce. The tempura was well dunked in the coating, the rice was warm and the salad on the side had a nice dressing! Overall would recommend these bento boxes for a warm dinner - the chicken does taste a bit baked as I didn't see many charcoal looking marks but it was sliced well & I liked it! They are also very quick. Only reason I gave 4 stars was I heard an employee bad mouthing a call in customer and that's NOT okay.
