Most of it was done with elbow and forearm pressure rather than the kind of targeted deep tissue work I was expecting. There was also hot stone used, which was relaxing, but it was not what I had booked or what I needed that day. My massage therapist seemed to have some difficulty understanding me, so it is possible there was a communication issue. Either way, I left disappointed. The oil she uses also moisturizes your skin for days and you can get a salt scrub enhancer--which softens skin, dramatically, in the area you choose to use it on.
