The manager ladies are wonderful. I see them and the rest of the staff addressing the regulars and their dogs by name and are so helpful and knowledgeable. I don't get in as often as I like but I came in on Saturday and the girls (Stacie and stephanie) were a huge help for all of my new puppies needs. 10/10 would recommend this store. I believe one of the girls is instagram and she posts alot of fun stuff. I mostly went to see their ornamental shrimp though. They not only gave me the numbers but clear instructions about what to do to finish getting the water ready for livestock. They also discouraged me from getting any living things until it was ready. I'll bring new water samples in 2 weeks and see if we're ready to go forward. Being more interested in me being successful and having healthy critters, than a quick sale, means I'll be coming back to them for my shrimp and fish.

Left to run errands and was called within the hour for pick up. That was fast. She didn't express anal glands because "they didn't need it". That's a first, but I let it go. I don't think flea shampoo, or any shampoo, was used. Both dogs started itching when I got home and they just didn't smell or seem clean. The whole vibe was weird. Although she was extremely happy with the tip I gave her. Yeah, never again.

Vet said she will do that. a newer groomer panicked and now they are banning my lil dog saying PetSmart says she's too old. Im disabled and it's hard for me to groom her myself...Why wasn't she too old 3 months ago and 3 moths before that,, etc. there is nothing in PetSmart's policies that say that. The manager lied to my face.
