D Dr Choi is a terrific dentist! He is professional, proficient and personable. His staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The office is clean, spacious, and easily accessible with plenty of free parking.

I went to Healthy Smiles in 2019 and it was great. Problems started post-pandemic. First of all, they never let people know they had reopened, and their website still indicated they were closed for quite some time after they re-opened. I get that they had to close and catching up would take a while but...why was it a secret? That's not great patient care. So I had to wait a long time for a cleaning, but that's understandable, fine. Then the real problems started. Healthy Smiles has another patient with the same name as me, but for whatever reason, refuses to differentiate us by birth date. Therefore, all of my appointments for the past 1.5 years kept getting mysteriously cancelled, not by me. I went in and discovered this when they told me they needed my insurance info...which I had provided on the phone that morning, not to mention I had been a patient for 3 years previously and my insurance info had not changed. So every time I talk to the front desk folks, I remind them that there are two of us and use my middle initial. I thought they might make a note or something...nope. Anyway, this confusion has led to delays repeatedly and I will not go back anymore. I couldn't get a cleaning every 6 months anyway - apparently their practice is too full. I think that is irresponsible. After waiting 9 months for one appointment, and thinking I was on a cancellation list only to find out that the appointment had been cancelled by the other patient with my name, the office offered me an appointment for a cleaning but no exam the following day. OK fine. But I thought the dentist would follow up and give me an exam the following week when I was there again to pick up a nightguard (yep, wish I could have picked it up at my apppointment and not had to take off more work...). I got only the most cursory exam...not confidence-inspiring. Last time I was there, Dr. Lee also told some "funny" stories about marmots being hit with golf balls on the golf course, and one being injured/in pain. This was upsetting, not funny. I used to have great experiences here, but no longer.

    Sit back and nap lol

I was so apprehensive when choosing a dentist, because hey it's my teeth, and who even loves the dentist lol. Well, I've been trying to get into Healthy Smiles since pre-pandemic, my partner said to try out her dentist and we literally walked in and got an appointment for the very next day. How amazing is that?? They took my new x-rays, and even cleaned my teeth lol- and I was within a few more days to actually finish up removing childhood silver fillings- Yes, I still had one to finely finish replacing with porcelain. They are entirely reasonable and leaves you feeling at ease. I really appreciate my dentist Lee she's so genuinely nice as is her staff as well- she's so calm that I fall asleep every time lol, nice way to catch a nap lol-

Not great customer service. Not friendly at the front desk: the hygenists are nice. They won't let you refuse xrays.

He was very nice and straight forward. My hygienist was super sweet and super nice! I really liked her! I'm sad to say though that after today I think I might drive across town just to see Dr. Kim and Dr. Branco all the way out in North Valleys because when I was finished with my cleaning and got the good job from the Dentist, I went to the front to check out and was told I had a copay, a bit thrown off because I've never had a copay for a routine cleaning ever in my however many years of going to a dentist religiously twice a year. I even was looking at my benefits app and it says routine cleaning is 100 percent covered. The lady just looked at me and took my credit card without saying anything but then told me after she swiped my card that it was for the cancer screening. I told her that I usually opt out of that because I just don't like paying $10 for them to flash a blue light around my mouth for a few seconds to see if I have cancer. I don't smoke, or chew, or do anything that would make me feel like I need this service. Well, she went ahead and told me that with the other Dr I did do the cancer screening it was the fluoride that I opted out of usually. I just said oh because I was still in shock that they didn't have me sign a paper asking me if I wanted to do this or not like when Dr. Kim and Dr. Branco owned this office. I was always asked if I wanted to do the cancer screening and I would sign a paper saying yes or no. Instead this office just did it without asking and then charged me???? Not cool. Not professional either. Definitely going to report this to the state dental board. They are now called Mountain Peak smiles. So not sure how this will work on the review.

It has been a long time since we been to a dentist because ours retired and we became full time caregivers for my elder mother who had dementia. When I met Dr. Logan I was so embarrassed that some issues were not good even though we were both brushing and flossing regularly. It doesn't matter, I found out, you still need the cleanings and regular checks. Dr. Logan was so kind, he gently got me in and so happy he did as I was getting tired of waking up every night worrying about my teeth. I am more than disappointed to have to write this review, unfortunately, I have experienced a…read moreneglect in the customer service from the office. The recent process of dental work that I have had recently has left me looking for another dental office. During my visit in September 2025, I was informed that my bridge was 'failing' and in addition I had a cavity underneath a crown, and in addition to that, an adjacent tooth had to be removed. To me, as a lay person, this sounded like a tremendous amount of work and cost. I felt the office manager or Cercek should have sat down with me and gone over various options. However, I was only given a referral to an oral surgeon for implants. Implants did not seem to be a good option for me after having an appointment with the referral dentist. Aside from the exorbitant cost, the x-ray showed that I would need a 'sinus uplift'. The oral surgeon did not even bother to discuss the fact that I have periodontal disease and how that can sometimes complicate issues and even having the implants 'fail'! On my own, I researched other options such as a partial denture. I was very disappointed that no information or options were given to me by the office. I, again, had to research on my own what would potentially be my reimbursement from the insurance company because Cercek is out of network. I only had $825 left for 2025. In 2026, the maximum reimbursement would be $1,500. Because I did the research, I decided to split the dental work that needed to be done over December 2025 and January 2026. I made an appointment for December 17, 2025 and another for the partial on January 14, 2026 shortly after the September visit. I later found out (at the 17th appointment) that a minimum of 6 weeks is required for healing. From the 17th of 2025 to the 14th 2026 is only 4 weeks! My appointment was moved up one week to the 10th of December, but even still that is not 6 weeks! From my researching, yet again, I found out that healing can take up to 3 months. The fact that the office didn't take the time to help me in scheduling is a gross neglect! Back in 2011 I had the adjacent tooth pulled, the oral surgeon packed the gum with cadaver bone and put in a couple of stiches. The tooth that Cercek pulled had bone loss, and I even asked if there would be bone filled in, and the answer was no with no explanation. No stiches either. Why would I go in for a measurement for a partial denture when my gums/mouth are not completely healed. That makes no sense. So, I called to cancel my appointment for the 14th and to relay these complaints to your office manager. I was told she was in a meeting. Did not receive a call back, so called again and was asked if I could be put on a 'brief hold', which I did. 10 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Called back yet again and was asked 'what is a good time that the office manager could call you back.' Very, very poor customer service. And this is not even the whole story, but that would require a very very lengthy review.
