My dental hygienist is awesome. She tells me everything about my teeth. I like how if I have any questions about anything she will answer them. Dr. Kim genuinely cares about your teeth, the well being of your health. She asks if I have any questions and if she's doing something and I'm not familiar with it she will explain with no problem. I love that they see kids also so it's so convenient that I can bring my kids here. It's a very professional looking facility, so you wouldn't know if they see children. I am still hoping that maybe they will bring some kind of kids toy or something that lets other patients know that they see kids. Although, if the majority of their patients are adults then I understand. Overall, I enjoy coming here. It's convenient and they are open till 8pm so you can come after work. Excellent service from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor. Went in for an initial exam and X-rays. The hygienist was really friendly and kind. The dentist was thorough and professional. The two dentists are a couple who take turns being at the office in the north valley and the one on Longley. The north valley office is fairly small but nicely decorated, very cleanness, and easy to get to. Will update review again once I go in for a cleaning. read more

I was looking for a place that would do entire implants for 2 adjoining teeth in house. This quote is take directly off of Sage's website: "We are happy to provide the entire implant treatment process (including both surgery and restoration) right here in one convenient office location to help you remain at-ease with the team you know and trust". Sounded great. Was willing to use them even though I really like my own dentist (he only does the crown portion and was sending me to an oral surgeon for the posts, already had the bone graft done) . Jean could not tell me whether or not they could actually do it or have to send me to an oral surgeon as well. I would have to pay for another complete exam with xrays, although my dentist just did it last week, and then they "might be able to do it in house". I live down the street from this place so it would have been really convenient if they could actually provide the service they claim to offer, although I have several neighbors that told me they've had really bad experiences there and would never go back. I do appreciate Jean's honesty, but why waste everyone's time? If you don't do it all in house don't claim you do. read more

I did the pre-appointment paperwork and arrived early. Nothing was said about not fixing my tooth. When I got to the back the hygienist said "oh we don't do any work the first visit. I was promptly greeted by their receptionist with n my arrival and the wait was minimal. I'm having extensive dental work done. I'm so happy I got to get in earlier than my December appointment due to a cancellation. Today was appointment #2 to take care of two lower right molars. My first appointment was for X-rays and identified areas of concern. Dr Kim and Stuart are a great team. They kept me informed and allowed me resting breaks in between drilling and repairing teeth under broken crowns. We thoroughly discussed a proposed treatment plan and options to fix 4 areas in my mouth. I received quotes ($$$) on my "option of choice" to replace teeth she can't save (too much decay below the gum). If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to this office in 2016. The dentist agreed that needed all my teeth pulled and dentures placed. I had been overmedicated by multiple doctors and it ate my teeth. So, he went to work over a few visits removing all my teeth, and getting dentures set. From day 1, my dentures slid to the side. I went back multiple times for them to correct this. After a few visits, I was informed, this is as good as they're going to get. The dentist made me feel like garbage...like I should be happy they are better looking than old natural teeth. I have multiple specialists who have said, if I don't fix my jaw to a functional capacity, I may not be here in a year. I have other medical stuff that this is making nearly impossible to live with. This dental office has caused so far, over $10,000 that I've had to pay cash out of pocket for. I still need implants, bone grafts..so much more to fix this huge screw up. My insurance won't cover basically anything denture or implant related. I now have a ton of other health issues, pain in my jaw DAILY. I cant eat without pain...so most times, I'd rather just not eat. Is it worth that pain, nope. I'd rather be hungry. Doctors are talking feeding tube?? So, thanks Denists of Sage Dental for this fun...! So, if you want a set like mine, you want to pay thousands and thousands trying to just take a bite of food with no pain, and treated like garbage after you've paid for the work to be done? The I definitely recommend this place. You want quality work...or it to be done right...I say go ANYWHERE ELSE!! SERIOUSLY! I feel like I'm having to literally bankrupt my family with procedure after procedure to try to make it less painful. The husband/wife team here suck!! If I was a dentist, I'd have never let my patient leave with teeth looking like that. Let alone knowing the damage it could cause being in the dental industry. Hope you both enjoy your cocktails on that fancy yacht my crap teeth bought for you... A lesson for these dentists here... My new dentist had to make teeth from nothing. She made a beautiful set, that doesn't slide sideways either. She didn't like them....Shes making me a brand new set. Because she's NOT A FRAUD like these dentists are. Goes to show what kind of character they have if they're willing to let you leave with apparatuses that can damage your jaw further. I saw this dentist a couple months back as I have a wisdom tooth coming in and it got infected. At that time they took X-rays and took a quick look to verify that I did indeed have an infection. I haven't been able to see the oral surgeon yet due to other medical bills ( I do not have dental insurance) and feel the same thing I did when I first saw them. All I need is a script for penicillin but they won't do it. Have to come in again and have X-rays again before they will prescribe. Knowing I do not have insurance I guess all they see are $$$. Is another X-ray really necessary?!?!?! No, it is not!! But still they refuse the antibiotics. Definitely not a dentist who cares about her patients!!! Stay away from here!!! I was able to get penicillin from my doctor. No need for me to have to spend more money. And as for the snark reply below, people are going through really hard times right now in case you didn't notice. Coming up with $500 was next to impossible!!! And that was the cheapest surgeon!! I have been going to Sage for about 2-3 years now! My favorite part is that I barely have time to sit down before I'm called back for my appointment! Due to Covid they are about a month out for appointments, but that is not their fault. I recently had to have a new filling and OH MY GOD. I cannot rave enough about how amazing this filling was. Dr. Branco did my filling in less than an hour. I have NEVER gotten a filling done without needing at least a week or 2 for my teeth to adjust it down so it's not hitting anything. Dr. Branco did such a good job that I couldn't even tell I got a filling the day after!!! I'm still in shock typing this!!! Fantastic! I'm super pleased. He also, went ahead and fixed my bottom retainer. He noticed it, and went ahead and fixed that. Outstanding & professional service!! Appointment time was at 4, and all of this was done by 5. Dr. Kim recommended I get my two remaining wisdom teeth pulled and up until the moment they were pulled, I was incredibly nervous. The last time I had wisdom teeth pulled was about 20 years ago and I'm beginning to think that I must have had a terrible experience or a terrible dentist. I feel so weird yelping about my dentist but really, I had a mouthful of dental work to be done and I will never go to another dentist as long as I am living here. Dr. Branco is the best dentist I've ever gone to. My son is 12 and autistic and he has always been very patient and gentle with him. I am halfway through my dental work and do not have any anxiety about going back and getting it finished. The staff is amazing. Heather, the receptionist is awesome. Every dental assistant we have had is professional and competent. I really like Dr. Branco. But heather is something else. I call ahead that I was going to be 7 minutes late and she said that doctor couldn't see my son anymore. Most of Dental offices have a 15 minute late policy. Now I need to change my Favorite Dentist just because someone is having a bad day. According to Dr. Kim, even after having extensive cleaning done by her wonderful hygienists, she still could not fix my old fillings or do my crowns. I am pretty sure that is why she went to school? I found a great dentist that has had absolutely no problem fixing my filling and doing my crowns! And he has not had to do as many crowns as "Dr. Kim" said I needed. Dr Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. She genuinely cares. I had to have a few appointments and everyone in the office is very friendly. They take the time to explain options. In the past, I had dentists that made decisions for me, rather than asking what what was a priority for me to have done. But Dr. Kim heard my concerns and helped me establish a plan for care. Heather has even gone the extra mile and competed insurance estimates for me before scheduling a big appointment. The hours are also very convenient. They are open later than any other office I have been to. It is nice to be able to schedule cleanings after work, rather than having to take time off. read more
